Peran Keterlibatan Ayah dalam Pengasuhan dengan Konsep Diri Remaja Tunadaksa
One of the problems that often faced by the teenagers with physical disabilities is the negative self-concept. Self-concept is a description of a person affected by the environment. The negative self-concept could lead the teenagers into a higher level of juvenile delinquency. Father, as one of the family members has an important role in shaping self-concept on teenagers. Teenagers with adequate attention of a father would tend to feel loved and worth that could lead them to shape a positive self-concept. The purpose of this quantitative-correlational was to determine the role of father involvement in self-concept of teenagers with physical disabilities. The respondents of this research were teenagers with physical disabilities aged 13 – 19 years old with father in total 53 respondents. Sampling technique used in this research was non-probability by using purposive sampling. The instrument used was Father Involvement Scale (rxx’=0,904) and Self-Concept Scale (rxx’=0,930). Data analysis technique was simple linier regression analysis. The result of study showed that there was significant correlation between father involvement in self-concept of teenagers with physical disabilities (R=0,452, p<0,05). Known the value of R2 was 0,204,. It means values the role father involvement in self-concept of teenagers with physical disabilities is 20,4%.  Salah satu permasalahan yang sering dijumpai remaja tunadaksa adalah konsep diri negatif. Konsep diri merupakan gambaran mengenai dirinya sendiri yang dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan. Konsep diri negatif dapat membawa remaja pada tingkat kenakalan yang tinggi. Ayah merupakan salah satu anggota dari keluarga yang berperan dalam membentuk konsep diri remaja. Remaja yang mendapat perhatian dari ayahnya akan merasa disayang, berharga, dan mendorong remaja membentuk konsep diri positif. Penelitian kuantitatif-korelasional ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran keterlibatan ayah dalam pengasuhan dengan konsep diri remaja tunadaksa. Responden dalam penelitian ini remaja tunadaksa berusia 13-19 tahun yang memiliki ayah dengan jumlah 53 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah non-probability dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Skala Keterlibatan Ayah dalam Pengasuhan (rxx’=0,904) dan Skala Konsep Diri (rxx’=0,930). Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara keterlibatan ayah dalam pengasuhan dengan konsep diri remaja tunadaksa (R= 0,452, p< 0,05). Diketahui nilai R2 (R Square) sebesar 0,204, artinya nilai peran keterlibatan ayah dalam pengasuhan terhadap konsep diri remaja tunadaksa adalah 20,4%
PEMAKNAAN KONSEP NRIMO ING PANDUM PADA PEDAGANG TRADISIONAL DI PASAR LEGI SURAKARTA
Nrimo ing pandum is interpreted and applied in the daily life of the Javanese people, one of which is traditional traders that include syukur, sabar, and nrimo, so they can survive in various circumstances that sufficiently change the economic conditions. The formulation of the problem in this study is how to interpret the concept of nrimo ing pandum to traditional traders. This research aims to determine how nrimo ing pandum is analyzed from the perspective of conventional traders in Legi Market, Surakarta. This research is qualitative in the form of a phenomenological study using interviews and literature studies. The study results show that the meaning of nrimo ing pandum is reflected in the attitudes of syukur, sabar, and nrimo, especially when facing unstable economic conditions. This result shows that the concept of nrimo ing pandum is still applied and rooted in the personality of the Javanese people, mainly traditional traders

Health Insurance is a protection that should be owned when married, insurance provides benefits to free participants from the difficulty of providing cash data, health costs that can be monitored and the availability of health data with health insurance, families will get optimal care when sick or postpartum so that prospective fathers and mothers are not burdened with large medical expenses. Health insurance has several benefits for its users, namely as health savings, easing the burden and a comfortable and peaceful life. The types of health insurance are seen from the fund managers, namely the government and private fund managers (premi) managed by private companies.

Abstrak— Pemeriksaan kesehatan sebelum menikah dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kondisis kesehatan calon pengantin. dalam mencegah terjadinya masalah kesehatan pada diri sendiri, pasangan dan keturunan agar terbangun keluarga baik dan sejahtera. Asuransi Kesehatan merupakan perlindungan yang patut dimiliki ketika sudah berkeluarga, asuransi memberikan manfaat untuk membebaskan peserta dari kesulitan penyediaan data tunai, biaya kesehatan yang dapat diawasi dan tersedianya data kesehatan dengan adanya asuransi kesehatan, keluarga akan mendapatkan perawatan yang optimal ketika sakit maupun pasca melahirkan sehingga calon ayah dan ibu tidak terbebani dengan biaya pengobatan yang jumlahnya besar. Asuransi kesehatan terdapat beberapa manfaat bagi penggunanya yaitu sebagai tabungan kesehatan, Meringankan beban dan hidup yang nyaman dan tentram. Analisis Demokratisasi Desa Era Reformasi (Studi Kasus: Desa Tanah Datar, Kalimantan Timur)
This paper aims to examine the implementation of village democratization in the reform era, especially in Tanah Datar Village, East Kalimantan. The author uses a descriptive qualitative research method by collecting data and information using library research. The main source for this scientific writing is the official website of Tanah Datar Village. Meanwhile, the object of this research is the extent to which democratization has progressed in Tanah Datar Village, East Kalimantan. So it can be said that in this research, the author sees that village democratization in the reform era has experienced changes and improvements. This can be seen in the policy-making process involving the community, transparency and government accountability, as is the case in Tanah Datar Village. The implementation of democratization in Tanah Datar Village, East Kalimantan can also be illustrated through the transparency of the use of the APBDes which is described on the village government website. However, there are still several things that can be used as evaluation material for the village government, such as the freedom of association of the Tanah Datar Village community which is still very minimal and the damage which occurs in several village infrastructure. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the implementation of democratization in Tanah Datar Village so that the implementation of democratization in the village can run more effectively and be responsive to the various needs of its residents in this reform era
Discipline Character and Religious Character: The Effect on Students' Numerical Ability
Numerical abilities and educational character are very important in learning mathematics at school, some of the student characters that must be considered are disciplinary and religious characters. This study aims to determine the effect of students' disciplinary and religious character on numerical ability. This study uses survey research methods with descriptive research types with survey techniques. The population used in this research is all SMP/MTs/equivalent in North Lampung for the 2020/2021 academic year. The sampling technique used in this study was the cluster random sampling technique, so that MTs Negeri 1 North Lampung and MTs Negeri 2 North Lampung were obtained as samples. Three classes were taken from each school as a sample consisting of representatives from class VII, VIII and IX. The instruments used in this study were a numerical ability test and a disciplinary character questionnaire and a religious character. Data analysis technique using Multiple Linear Regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the influence of the disciplinary character of the religious character on students' numerical abilities was very strong, amounting to 73.6 percent. The results of the regression equation analysis show Y = 32.586 + 0.286X1 + 0.368X2. This equation shows that every 1 increase in the disciplinary character variable will affect the numerical ability variable by 0.286. Likewise, for the coefficient of the religious character variable, it will affect the numerical ability variable of 32.586
Peran lembaga Pusat Pelayanan Terpadu Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Anak (P2TP2A) terhadap Kasus kekerasan Anak Usia Dini
Anak usia dini sejatinya memiliki hak pada saat masih didalam kandungan. Persepsi serta pemahaman masyarakat terkait hak anak usia dini yang masih minim menyebabkan masyarakat itu sendiri kurang memperhatikan keadaan anak usia dini. Melindungi anak-anak dari lingkungan yang berdampak negative yang dapat merugikan anak dari setiap aspek perkembangannya. Pentingnya menjaga kesehatan mental anak usia dini demi pembentukan karakter anak yang baik. Maraknya kasus kekerasan anak usia dini yang menjadi sorotan pemerintah. Peneliti menemukan kasus yang berkaitan dengan kasus kekerasan anak usia dini yang terjadi di kecamatan Pabuaran yang membuat gempar warga sekitar. Maka dari itu, pemerintah membuat komitmen untuk menghadirkan sebuah lembaga pemberdayaan perempuan dan anak usia dini yang disebut lembaga Pusat Pelayanan Terpadu Pemberdayaan Perempuan Dan Anak (P2TP2A). Lembaga Pusat Pelayanan Terpadu Pemberdayaan Perempuan Dan Anak (P2TP2A) merupakan sebuah layanan yang terbentuk dilator belakangi terkait perlindungan terhadap perempuan dan anak usia dini. Lembaga P2TP2A ini memberikan beberapa layanan untuk menangani kasus kekerasan yang terjadi seperti trauma terhadap anak dan perempuan dengan memberikan konseling dan rehabilita. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif karena peneliti ingin memberikan sebuah temuan-temuan kekerasan yang terjadi terhadap anak usia dini serta peran lembaga P2TP2A dalam menangani kasus dengan mendeskripsikannya.Anak usia dini sejatinya memiliki hak pada saat masih didalam kandungan. Education for Sustainability as a teaching strategy for resolving community challenges through formal, informal, or non-formal education is expected to benefit from various community service best practices by academics, researchers, and students.
