    Determinants of Employee Whistleblowing Intentions in Indonesia: Applying Theory of Planned Behavior

    This study examines the effect of factors in the theory of planned behavior on whistleblowing intentions which are moderated by perceived organizational support. This study uses an online survei method with 155 samples of company employees. The research data are analyzed using the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach, which used a measurement model and a structural model. The result shows that attitude and perceived subjective norms significantly and positively affect whistleblowing intentions. However, perceived behavioral control does not significantly affect whistleblowing intention due to fear of retaliation for the act of fraudulent financial reporting. Furthermore, the result indicates that perceived organizational support strengthens the positive relationship between attitude and perceived subjective norms with whistleblowing intentions, but does not have a moderating effect on the relationship of perceived behavioral control with whistleblowing intentions. This result implies that organizational support can encourage employees to enforce organizational rules and ethics. Besides, it shows employee’s feel valued and cared for in the organization so that it has positive implications, namely high commitment to the organization

    Achievement of learning depends on process learning that done. The determinant factor is teacher. Teacher has important role in the learning process in the school or Islamic School. Beside teacher, students also inflences, because student is the subject of learning. Because the essence of learning is a process of communicating; is the process of transferring message (Subject Matter) from the source of message (teacher) to the receiver (students). To avoid the fault in the transferring knowledge, neededa media to transferring message from the sender to the receiver that called by media of learning.By using media of learning suggested to makes more easily for student to receive knowledge well, so that there is no misunderstanding when receive the message from teacher. The ability of teacher to determine the media is very important and needed. Teacher must selective to determine the media of learning that used, because not all media of learning appropriate with condition. Pasuruan, which is an industrial area and street vendors are one of the informal sectors that dominate area in Kab. Pasuruan. One area in Kab. Pasuruan whose area is vulneranle to use by streer vendors to sell, is in the area along Jalan Raya Warung Dowo Village. Where the highway is the main road that is passed to get out of the Regency/ City both from Malang-Pasuruan-Probolinggo or vice versa. So that sometimes the streets become jammed and the city order becomes chaotic because the traders who sell do not comply with the rules. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab: apakah terdapar perbedaan prestasi belajar matematika antara siswa yang diberi pendekatan problem posing dengan siswa yang diberi pendekatan konvensional? Apakah terdapat perbedaan prestasi belajar antara siswa yang mempunyai metakognisi tinggi, sedang, dan rendah? Apakah terdapat interaksi antara pendekatan pembelajaran dengan metakognisi yang dimiliki siswa? Serta bagaimanakah aktifitas dan respon siswa selama pembelajaran dengan menggunakan pendekatan pembelajaran problem posing? Untuk menjawab pertanyaan ini dilakukan penelitian eksperimen dengan mengambil populasi di SMP N 1 Bungah Gresik kelas VII, dengan sampel diambil dengan acak (Random Sampling) yaitu kelas VII-A dan VII-B. penelitian ini dilakukan dengan membandingkan dua kelas tersebut. Kelas VII-A dengan pendekatan pembelajaran problem posing dan kelas VII-B dengan pendekatan pembelajaran konvensional. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa (1) prestasi belajar matematika siswa yang diberi pendekatan pembelajaran problem posing lebih tinggi dari pada siswa yang diberi pendekatan pembelajaran konvensional.; (2) prestasi belajar matematika siswa yang mempunyai metakognisi tinggi lebih tinggi bila dibandingkan dengan siswa yang mempunyai metakognisi sedang dan rendah; (3) tidak terdapat interaksi antara pendekatan pembelajaran dengan tingkatan metakognisi siswa; (4) aktifitas belajar siswa cenderung lebih baik setelah pembelajaran dengan pendekatan problem posing dilaksakan, dan siswa merespon positif terhadap pendekatan pembelajaran tersebut. Multicultural Islamic Education is an option in growing harmony and social relations in instilling multicultural values ​​in students. On this basis, this study seeks to describe multicultural values ​​and how to integrate those values ​​into learning. The location of the study was conducted at Sekolah Dasar Taman Harapan in Malang, known as a multicultural school, with qualitative research using a case study research design. The results of the study show that multicultural values ​​that grow and develop in Sekolah Dasar Taman Harapan include tolerance, togetherness, and love for peace. While the integration of multicultural values ​​in Islamic Education learning is carried out through the integration of multicultural values ​​in material, methods and learning media that are based on multicultural values

    Accounting fraud is fraudulent financial reporting are intentionally committed by the perpetrator to deceive the users. Accounting fraud tendency in influenced by faktors such as ethical leadership and internal control. The objective of this research is to analysis the effect of ethical leadership and internal control on the tendency of accounting fraud at the student organization of STIE Perbanas Surabaya. The respondents in the present study were the active students who followed the student organization of STIE Perbanas Surabaya and listed in SK Institute for the period 2015/2016. The respondents used as the sample totaled 100. The data were collected using questionnaire made up of 5 instruments with likert scale. From totaled 100 questionnaire was distributed, there are 83 questionnaire were returned and analyzed. The data were analyzed using SmartPLS 2.0 software. The test of validity and reliability were analyzed using outer model and the tests of hypothesis were analyzed using inner model. The result of the study showed that (1) ethical leadership affected on the tendency of accounting fraud; (2) internal control affected on the tendency of accounting fraud. The tendency of accounting fraud will decrease if the ethical leadership and internal control is higher at student organization. Peneliti memilih Richeese Factory sebagai objek penelitian karena satu-satunya restoran fastfood dengan inovasi produk unggulannya yaitu ayam goreng renyah dibalut dengan saus pedas dan saus keju yang mampu menarik perhatian konsumennya disaat konsumen lebih selektif dan cermat dalam memilih suatu produk, apalagi jika dibandingkan dengan restoran cepat saji lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian Richeese Factory Manyar Surabaya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kausal. Populasi yang digunakan yaitu pelanggan yang pernah melakukan pembelian pada Richeese Factory Manyar Surabaya. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data primer. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan jumlah sampel 100 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan alat bantu SPSS (Stattistical Product and Service Solution) Versi 25.0 Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel harga dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Richeese Factory Manyar Surabaya.     The development of attitudes of intolerance and antipathy due to differences in religion, culture, language, and ethnicity is a common problem faced by plural societies, including Indonesia. Education that upholds the values of diversity, justice, and equality is the required educational model. Multicultural education through the values contained therein becomes the main material to be internalized by students as a systemic effort in school education to educate the value of cultural diversity amidst the erosion of values of respect for diversity in society. This study discusses an overview of an integrative thematic learning model based on multicultural values at Taman Harapan Elementary School, Malang City. Qualitative research approach with case study type. Data collection techniques use participant observation; in-depth interviews and also documentation as support. Data analysis through stages of condensation, data presentation, and concluding/verification according to the Milles-Huberman model. Based on this process, the results of this research show that the integrative thematic learning model based on multicultural values at Taman Harapan Elementary School is built from 1) Input that requires multicultural values; starting from students, teachers, curriculum, and infrastructure used. Inp management This ut is a manifestation of the institution's commitment to providing multicultural education. 2) The learning process is based on multicultural values including; planning, and implementation with various strategies, methods, media, and learning materials that contain multicultural values, and authentic assessment.
