The purpose of this study was to improve teacher performance through academic supervision at SD Negeri 3 Kesambi, Mejobo District, Kudus Regency in the 2019/2020 school year. The school action research was carried out in 2 cycles, each cycle of four stages, namely planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. There was an increase in teacher performance at SDN 3 Kesambi. Before being given the action, the percentage of the professional competence of the teacher only reached a percentage of 50% with poor criteria. In the first cycle it increased to 67% with good enough criteria. In the second cycle it has increased to 80.19% with very good criteria. So it can be concluded that academic supervision improves the performance of SDN 3 Kesambi teachers. Keywords: Teacher Performance, Academic Supervisio

WATTPAD AS THE READING STORY STYLE ON SOCIAL MEDIA AMONG INDONESIAN URBAN MUSLIM YOUTH

Millennial can’t be separated from gadget use in daily life. This habit changes in reading and writing patterns too. These changes in the use of paper to social media. One of many applications which they can use to read and write is wattpad. This study aims to find how young Muslims use wattpad to write Islamic stories as a means of Islamic da'wah. This research is a qualitative research, using observations and interviews to get primary data. The process of writing research results by combining primary and secondary data. The results showed wattpad users can read thousands of books and stories written by other users and they can also write various kinds of stories that can be read by other users. Among the Muslim generation, Wattpad has become one of the favorite media for reading Islamic stories and writing Islamic stories. Because this application is simple and interactive between users, making users comfortable and more productive. There are several Islamic stories inspire users, including: The stories of the Prophet, Memorizing the Qur'an, Romance of Young People with an Islamic Style, The Struggle for Hijrah, The Relationship of Islamic and Non-Islamic Religions, Hijrah Becoming a Convert or A story of how to wear the hijab properly and correctly. The majority of Islamic stories are true stories categorized in the spiritual genre. The writer in wattpad performs social construction (through a process of internalization, externalization and objectification) of his life experience that is spread to other users to influence it. The main purpose of this genre is to preach or give meaning to others by using social media that is considered more effective than direct propaganda. Hal ini membawa perubahan pada pola membaca dan menulis. Perubahan tersebut nampak dari beralihnya penggunaan kertas menjadi media sosial. Salah satu aplikasi yang diminati sebagai sarana untuk menyalurkan minat membaca dan menulis dengan menggunakan wattpad. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemuda Islam menggunakan wattpad untuk menuliskan kisah-kisah islami sebagai sarana dakwah Islam. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, dengan menggunakan observasi dan wawancara untuk mendapatkan data primer. Proses penulisan hasil penelitian dengan memadukan data primer dan data sekuder. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pengguna wattpad bisa membaca ribuan buku dan cerita yang dituliskan oleh pengguna lain dan mereka juga bisa menuliskan berbagai macam cerita yang bisa dibaca oleh pengguna lain. Di kalangan generasi muslim, wattpad ini menjadi salah satu media favorit untuk membaca cerita yang islami dan menuliskan cerita Islmai. Dikarenakan aplikasi ini yang sederhana, simple dan interaktif antar pengguna sehingga menjadikan pengguna nyaman dan lebih produktif. Cerita-cerita islami menginspirasi pengguna, diantaranya: kisah-kisah Nabi, menghafalkan al Qur’an, percintaan anak muda dengan gaya Islami, perjuangan hijrah, hubungan agama Islam dan Non Islam, hijrah menjadi muallaf ataupun kisah bagaimana memakai hijab dengan baik dan benar. Kisah-kisah Islami tersebut mayoritas merupakan kisah nyata yang dikategorikan dalam genre spiritual. Penulis melakukan konstruksi sosial (melalui proses internalisasi, eksternalisasi dan obyektifikasi) atas pengalaman hidupnya yang disebarkan kepada pengguna lain untuk mempengaruhinya. Tujuan utama dari genre ini untuk berdakwah atau memberikan makna kepada orang lain dengan menggunakan media sosial yang dianggap lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan dakwah secara langsung. Wattpad menjadi media baru untuk berdakwah di kalangan generasi muda muslim milenial.

Penerapan Strategi Kooperatif NHT Dan TPS Dalam Pembelajaran Matematika Ditinjau Dari Adversity Quotient Siswa SMP

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh strategi pembelajaran terhadaphasil belajar matematika ditinjau dari Adversity Qoutient (AQ) siswa. Strategipembelajaran yang dibandingkan adalah strategi pembelajaran kooperatif tipeNumbered Heads Together (NHT), strategi pembelajaran kooperatif tipe ThinkPair Share (TPS), dan strategi pembelajaran ekspositori. Penelitian ini merupakanpenelitian eksperimen semu. Populasi untuk penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswakelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Sukoharjo. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan denganteknik sampling acak atau teknik sampling random (random sampling tecbnique).Diperoleh sampel berjumlah 95 siswa, dengan rincian 31 siswa pada kelompok eksperimen satu, 32 siswa pada kelompok eksperimen dua, dan 32 siswa kelompokkontrol. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah tes hasil belajar matematika dan angketAQ. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis variansi dua jalan dengan sel taksama. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh simpulan sebagai berikut. (1) Strategipembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT memberikan hasil belajar matematika yang lebihbaik dibandingkan strategi pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TPS dan pembelajaranekspositori. Strategi pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TPS memberikan hasil belajaryang lebih baik dibandingkan strategi pembelajaran ekspositori pada materi bangunruang sisi datar. (2) Siswa kategori climbers mempunyai hasil belajar matematikayang lebih baik dibandingkan siswa kategori campers dan quitters. Siswa kategoricampers mempunyai hasil belajar matematika yang lebih baik dibandingkan siswakategori quitters. (3) Tidak terdapat interaksi antara strategi pembelajaran denganAQ siswa terhadap hasil belajar. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh strategipembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar matematika tidak tergantung pada kategori AQ

Upaya Meningkatkan Kemampuan Berhitung Permulaan Pada Usia 4-5 Tahun Melalui Penggunaan Media Papan Flanel Dalam Pembelajaran Tematik di TK PERTIWI I MANJUNG NGAWEN KLATEN TAHUN 2011-2012

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berhitung permulaan pada anak usia 4-5 tahun di TK Pertiwi I Manjung, Ngawen, Klaten Tahun 2011/2012 melalui Pembelajaran Tematik. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas bersifat kolaboratif, peneliti berkolaborasi dengan guru kelas sebagai guru mitra. Subyek penelitian adalah peneliti sebagai pelaku tindakan kelas dan anak kelas A TK Pertiwi I Manjung. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar observasi. Prosedur dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 3 siklus. Tiap siklus meliputi perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Penelitian proses pembelajaran untuk mengetahui kemampuan berhitung permulaan, cara pemecahan masalah dan keaktifan anak dalam proses pembelajaran. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pembelajaran dengan menggunakan media papan flanel dalam pembelajaran tematik tepat rencana, sehingga meningkatkan kemampuan berhitung anak kelas A TK Pertiwi I Manjung. Data pencapaian pada pra siklus 40%, siklus I 60%, siklus II 70% dan siklus III 80%

The Relationship Between Auditory Memory Digit And Receptive Language Ability Of Preschool Age Child In Surakarta

Background: Receptive language is the ability to understand what is seen and heard to help children develop listening skills, identify concepts through understanding the labeling of words, and improve the ability to respond to any communication. Auditory memory involves the ability to retrieve information presented orally. This study analyzed the relationship between auditory memory digit and preschool-age child receptive language ability. Methods: This study was quantitative research. The research design used in this study was an observational correlation with a cross-sectional approach. The research sample consisted of 58 students in three Private Kindergartens existing in the Ministry of Education and Culture of Surakarta. Auditory memory testability of sample using hearing forward test and receptive language ability of sample using Assessment of Children's Language Comprehension form. Hypothesis testing using the Chi-Square hypothesis. Results: The result it can be concluded that auditory memory digit does not have a relationship with receptive language ability in preschool-age children because significance value more than 0.05 (ρ>0.05) with an OR value of 0.857, this means that the auditory memory digit is above average has a meager chance of influencing receptive language ability above average, which is only 0.857. Conclusion: The dominant factor influencing the receptive language skills of children aged 3-6 years is communication during interactions or activities with parents, such as reading fairy tales or telling stories. Receptive language skills predicted symbolic understanding as reflected in picture comprehension and how language skills are interrelated with social skills
