PENGARUH PENDIDIKAN , MOTIVASI, DAN LINGKUNGAN KELUARGA TERHADAP MINAT BERWIRAUSAHA PESERTA DIDIK JURUSAN KULINER (TATA BOGA) DI SMK MUHAMMADIYAH 3 SINGOSARI

The large number of unemployed is due to the fact that the number of Indonesian people is not proportional to the supply of jobs. Here SMK is expected to be able to answer all these challenges by fostering students' interest in entrepreneurship. One of them is in the culinary department (catering) with an analysis of several factors, it is expected to be able to answer all these challenges. This type of research uses logistic regression model test, model goodness test, model significance test, wald parameter test and determination. Based on the results of an analysis of the implementation of entrepreneurship education at SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Singosari using discovery learning and project based learning models. The research model that is suitable for use is using the logit regression equation. The results of the Wald test show that there is only 1 variable that has a significant effect on the interest in entrepreneurship of students majoring in culinary (cooking) at SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Singosari, namely X2 = motivatio

STRATEGI GURU PAI DALAM PEMBENTUKAN KARAKTER RELIGIUS PESERTA DIDIK STUDI KASUS DI SMP MAMBA’UL KHOIR DESA PAREREJO PURWODADI PASURUAN

This study discusses the strategies that PAI teachers use in forming the religious character of students at Mamba'ul Khoir Junior High School, Parerejo Village, Purwodadi District. The religious character of students is indeed very prioritizedbecause character is the nature or character of students that distinguishes onestudent from another. If students have a good religious character, it can form a good student character as well. Therefore we need the right strategy that teachers use in the formation of the religious character of students. This research is used to provide innovation to teachers about appropriate strategies and can be used in the formation of the religious character of students. The research approach used is a descriptive qualitative approach, which is a method for finding data or information with the aim of being clearly explained, starting from the design of objectives, approaches, and data collection processes as material for making reports. From the discussion above, it can be concluded that the strategy of PAI teachers in the process of forming the religious character of students is through understanding, exemplary and also habituation

IMPLEMENTASI MANAJEMEN PEMBIAYAAN INTERNAL DI MTS ALMAARIF 01 SINGOSARI

The success of educational institutions in achieving optimal learning quality cannot be separated from the central role of financing as the main support. An appropriate financing strategy is important to implement as a basis for sustainable educational development. This article aims to explore the urgency related to strategies for implementing internal financing management in MTs. Almaarif 01 Singosari. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection was carried out by means of observation, interviews and documents. The data analysis method refers to the Miles and Huberman approach which starts from data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Meanwhile, to test the validity of the data, data triangulation is used, especially source triangulation. The research results show that financing management at MTs. Almaarif 01 Singosari is divided into three main stages. First, the financing plan is prepared by the deputy head together with the person in charge of the supporting work unit. Second, the management of the school's internal funding sources is taken from tuition fees and student stage money. Third, regular evaluations are carried out on a monthly basis by the heads of madrasahs and foundations. The main person responsible for this process is the head of the madrasah who always carries out an absorption check at the end of each year. The final results of this inspection are followed up with regular meetings to discuss the results openly and transparently. This entire process involves active participation from all relevant stakeholders, such as the foundation, madrasa heads, teachers, students and parents

IMPLEMENTASI MANAJEMEN PEMBIAYAAN INTERNAL DI MTS ALMAARIF 01 SINGOSARI

Keberhasilan lembaga pendidikan dalam mencapai mutu pembelajaran yang optimal tidak terlepas dari peran sentral pembiayaan sebagai penunjang utama. Strategi pembiayaan yang tepat menjadi hal yang penting untuk dilakukan sebagai landasan pembangunan pendidikan yang berkelanjutan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendalami urgensi terkait strategi implementasi manajemen pembiayaan internal di MTs. Almaarif 01 Singosari. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan yakni kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumen. Metode analisis data mengacu pada pendekatan Miles dan Huberman yang dimulai dari reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Sedangkan untuk uji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi data, khususnya triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pembiayaan di MTs. Almaarif 01 Singosari dibagi menjadi tiga tahapan utama. Pertama, perencanaan pembiayaan yang disusun oleh wakil kepala Bersama dengan penanggung jawab unit kerja pendukung. Kedua, pengelolaan sumber pembiayaan internal sekolah diambil dari SPP dan uang tahapan siswa. Ketiga, evaluasi secara berkala dilakukan secara bulanan oleh kepala madrasah dan yayasan. Penanggung jawab utama dalam proses ini yakni kepala madrasah yang setiap akhir tahun selalu melakukan pemeriksaan serapan. Hasil akhir dari pemeriksaan ini ditindaklanjuti dengan dilakukannya rapat rutin untuk membahas hasilnya secara terbuka dan transparan. Seluruh proses ini melibatkan partisipasi aktif dari semua stakeholder terkait, seperti pihak yayasan, kepala madrasah, guru, siswa, dan wali murid

Dampak perubahan kebijakan kurikulum terhadap guru

Bagi masyarakat yang menjadi sasaran kebijakan perubahan kebijakan biasanya penuh dengan kesulitan. Seperti halnya perubahan kebijakan kurikulum pendidikan di Indonesia saat ini. Perubahan kurikulum ini merupakan salah satu bentuk upaya peningkatan mutu pendidikan guna menciptakan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas dan kompeten. Penelitian ini berupaya mengeksplorasi dampak perubahan kebijakan kurikulum terhadap guru. Data diperoleh melalui observasi kelas, wawancara kepada kepala kurikulum dan juga guru serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa unsur yang berbeda dalam kurikulum 2013 dan kurikulum mandiri. baik dalam kerangka dasar, kompetensi sasaran, struktur kurikulum, proses pembelajaran, perangkat pengajaran dan perangkat kurikulum yang termasuk dalam kurikulum 2013 dan kurikulum mandiri. Dampak langsung perubahan kebijakan kurikulum terhadap guru adalah pertama, persepsi guru, kedua, metode pengajaran, dan ketiga, dampak terhadap profesionalisme guru. sedangkan dampak tidak langsungnya terhadap kepuasan kerja guru dan motivasi kerja guru
