    Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah: untuk mendeskripsikan persepsi pegawai mengenai Motivasi, kompensasi dan disiplin kerja, serta untuk menganalisis pengaruh Motivasi, Kompensasi dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja secara simultan dan parsial Pada Bank bjb Kantor Cabang Cibinong. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai yang bekerja pada Pada Bank bjb Kantor Cabang Cibinong, menggunakan cara simple random sampling dan jumlah responden yang dijadikan sampel dihitung berdasarkan rumus slovin sebanyak 124 responden. Metode pengumpulan data dengan melalui pengamatan, studi pustaka dan kuesioner. Adapun analisisa data melalui : uji validitas, reliabilitas, analisa diskriptif, korelasi, dan regresi. Berdasarkan persepsi responden hasil analisa deskripsi, bahwa variabel disiplin kerja dan kompensasi perlu mendapat perhatian dari pimpinan. Dari hasil analisa regresi berganda (R2) sebesar 0.667, Motivasi (X1), Kompensasi (X2) dan Disiplin Kerja (X3) terhadap Produktivitas Kerja (Y) menunjukan pengaruh positif signifikan. Dengan persaman regresi diperoleh bahwa variabel motivasi lebih dominan bila dibandingkan dengan variabel disiplin kerja dan kompensasi. Dengan persamaan regresi adalah Y  = 6.243 + 0.586 x1 + 0.239 x2+ 0.018x3. Dari persamaan regresi diperoleh bahwa variabel motivasi lebih dominan bila dibandingkan dengan variabel disiplin kerja dan kompensasi

    Stasiun Djoernatan Centraal Semarang: Sebuah Riwayat Stasiun Trem Kolonial

    Djoernatan Centraal Station, formerly known as Semarang Centraal Station, is an inactive tram station located in Purwodinatan, Central Semarang. This station used to be a large station that had quite a lot of railroad lines such as a locomotive depot, carriage depot, warehouse, and even a workshop. This station was built around the mid-1800s and was built by Samarang-Joana Stroomtram Maatschappij which was the Dutch East Indies railroad company. Djoernatan Centraal Station was the center of the Semarang City steam tram network at that time. Apart from connecting the Djoernatan Centraal station with the Semarang NIS Station (Kemijen Station) in Tambaksari and the Port of Semarang, this city tram also takes the Jurnatan-Bulu and Jurnatan-Jomblang routes. The Jurnatan–Bulu route is on the side of Jalan Bojong (Youth Street) while the Jurnatan–Jomblang route runs along the road which is now known as Jalan MT Haryono. This tram line was closed in 1940 due to unprofitability and all remaining locomotives and carriages were moved to Surabaya.     PENGARUH PEMBERIAN KALSIT TERHADAP BEBERAPA SIFAT KIMIA LATOSOL PATUK GUNUNGKIDUL

    Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh pengapuran dengan kalsit (CaC03) terhadap dinamika beberapa sifat kimia Latosol. Metode yang digunakan adalah percobaan yang disusun menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) satu faktor dengan tujuh perlakuan pemberian kalsit yang disetarakan dengan dosis (0; 0,5; 1; 1,5; 2; 2,5 dan 3 cmol/kg Al-dd) yang secara berturut-turut setara dengan pemberian  kalsit sebanyak (0;  3,8;   5,7;  7,6;   9,5;    11,4;   13,3 g kalsit/3 kg tanah kering mutlak), atau (0 ton/ha; 2,964 ton/ha; 4,218 ton/ha; 5,624 ton/ha;  6,956 ton/ha;  8,436 ton/ ha, dan 9,842 ton/ha). Setiap  perlakuan  terdapat 3 ulangan  sehingga ada  21 unit  percobaan. Pengolahan  data  untuk  mengetahui  pengaruh  perlakuan  digunakan  sidik  ragam Anaysis of Varian (AN0VA) dan diikuti dengan uji lanjutan menggunakan Tukey pada taraf uji nyata 95%. Parameter yang diamati meliputi pH, KPK, P-tersedia, Al tertukar dan oksida Fe, Al, Mn. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian kalsit setara 0,5 cmol/kg Al-dd = 2,964 ton/ha berpengaruh  nyata terhadap kenaikan pH, penurunan Al3+dan H+tertukar. Tidak ada beda nyata pada pemberian kalsit walaupun pada takaran Al-dd 3 cmol/ kg, namun ada perbaikan sifat-sifat tanah seperti P tersedia  dengan takaran kalsit sampai setara Al-dd 1 cmol/ kg. Pemberian kalsit >  1 cmol/kg Al-dd pada tanah Latosol diduga sudah berlebihan (over liming) yang berdampak pada penurunan P tersedia.  Pemberian kalsit pada dosis >  1,5 Cmol/kg baru menunjukkan kenaikan nilai KPK tanah . Oksida-oksida Mn tidak mengalami perubahan dengan penambahan dosis kalsit

    This research aims to evaluate the role of self-actualization as an intermediary in the influence of leadership example and communication on employee performance at Bina Mandiri Multimedia Vocational School. The exemplary variable is understood through three indicators, namely exemplifying the method, inspiring, and challenging the process. The leader communication variable also has two indicators, namely verbal and non-verbal communication. Meanwhile, self-actualization is understood through indicators such as the search for happiness, achieving personal success, and understanding one's identity. Performance variables are defined through aspects such as quality, quantity, and responsibility. This research uses quantitative methods with a confidence level of 95%. The sample used consisted of all employees of Bina Mandiri Multimedia Vocational School, namely 40 people. The data collection method involves the use of primary data through observation and questionnaires and secondary data through literature study. The research instrument was tested through validity and reliability tests. Data analysis was carried out using Smart PLS with a partial square structural analysis approach. The research results show that leadership example has a positive impact on self-actualization which in turn has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, leadership communication has a smaller or insignificant impact on self-actualization and its influence on employee performance is also limited through this factor.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi peran aktualisasi diri sebagai perantara dalam pengaruh keteladanan dan komunikasi pimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai di SMK Bina Mandiri Multimedia. Variabel keteladanan dipahami melalui tiga indikator, yaitu mencontohkan cara, menginspirasi, dan menantang proses. Variabel komunikasi pimpinan juga memiliki dua indikator, yaitu komunikasi verbal dan non-verbal. Sementara itu, aktualisasi diri dipahami melalui indikator seperti pencarian kebahagiaan, pencapaian kesuksesan pribadi, dan pemahaman identitas diri. Variabel kinerja didefinisikan melalui aspek-aspek seperti kualitas, kuantitas, dan tanggung jawab. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan tingkat kepercayaan sebesar 95%. Sampel yang digunakan terdiri dari seluruh pegawai SMK Bina Mandiri Multimedia, yaitu sebanyak 40 orang. Metode pengumpulan data melibatkan penggunaan data primer melalui observasi dan kuesioner serta data sekunder melalui studi pustaka. Instrumen penelitian diuji melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Smart PLS dengan pendekatan analisis struktural pendekatan partial square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keteladanan pimpinan berdampak positif terhadap aktualisasi diri yang pada gilirannya berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sementara itu, komunikasi pimpinan memiliki dampak yang lebih kecil atau cenderung tidak signifikan pada aktualisasi diri dan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja pegawai juga terbatas melalui faktor ini

    Hand Gesture Recognition Based on Keypoint Vector

    Human-computer interaction (HCI) is usually associated with using popular input devices such as a mouse or keyboard. In other cases hand gestures can actually be useful for human-computer interaction when hand gestures are needed to make the game controls more interesting. There are three basic controls as input mouse: move, click, and drag. Hand gestures and hand shape are different for each person. This becomes a problem during automatic recognition. Recent research has proven the success of the Deep Neural Network (DNN) for representation and high accuracy in hand gesture recognition. DNN algorithms can study complex and nonlinear relationships between features by applying multiple layers. This paper proposes hand feature based on the normalized keypoint vector using DNN. The model was trained on 2250 hand datasets which were divided into 3 classes to identify the mouse movement. The network design uses multilayer with neuron sizes (13, 12, 15, 14) with 500 epochs and achieves the best accuracy of 98.5% for normalized features. The important work in this research is the use of keypoint vector from hand gestures as features to be fed to the DNN to achieve good accuracy

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja Bidang Sumber Daya Air pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kabupaten Sukabumi (studi pada Integrated Participatory Development and Management of Irrigation Program (IPDMIP)) berdasarkan 14 Daerah Irigasi Kesepakatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Balanced Scorecard (BSC) untuk pengukuran kinerja. Hasil analisis menyatakan bahwa hasil pengukuran kinerja perspektif keuangan 99,37% menunjukan serapan anggaran yang tinggi karena komitmen daerah, koordinasi dan reimbursement yang baik. Perspektif pelanggan hasil Survei Kepuasan Masyarakat 89,10% menunjukan hasil yang sangat sehat. Perspektif Bisnis Internal menunjukan 84,93% kategori sangat sehat, didukung oleh 97% indikator operasionalisasi kelembagaan irigasi (Komir), tersedianya dokumen Rencana Pengembangan dan Pengelolaan Irigasi (RP2I), kenaikan 3,9% nilai IKSI pada Pengelolaan Aset Irigasi (PAI)/PAKSI, dukungan 73,59% dari indikator Perkumpulan Petani Pemakai Air (P3A), serta 118,55% capaian indikator rehabilitasi jaringan infrastruktur irigasi pada 14 Daerah Irigasi Kesepakatan. Perspektif Pembelajaran dan Pertumbuhan menunjukan 91,41% kategori sangat sehat. Sehingga diperoleh hasil 91,20% kriteria AA “Sangat Sehat” untuk capaian kinerja Bidang Sumber Daya Air pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kabupaten Sukabumi (studi pada Integrated Participatory Development and Management of Irrigation Program (IPDMIP)) berdasarkan 14 Daerah Irigasi Kesepakatan

    Perbudakan di Ommelanden dan Wilayah Sulu Abad XVIII–XIX: Sebuah Tinjauan Komparatif

    The areas of Sulu and Ommelanden are discussed in this study because these two places have similarities in socio-economic elements, that is slavery which is the main focus in this study. The Dutch who held slavery in Ommelanden and the Sulu Sultan who controlled slavery in Sulu becoming an interesting topics to discuss because they raise differences in a similarity. This study aims to describe the comparison of slave management systems, slave marketing, cases that have occurred and other matters related to slavery in Southeast Asia (especially in Ommelanden & Sulu). The methodology used in this research is a historical method using international literature sources which are analyzed in depth. The results showed that slavery carried out by the Dutch in Ommelanden was more organized while slavery in Sulu was based on illegal acts and was accompanied by violence. In addition, the slaves who were rented/traded in Ommelanden were obtained legally, while the Sulu slaves were obtained through piracy and kidnapping by the Illanun & Balagingi people.     Education is a very strategic vehicle in improving the quality of human resources which is a determinant factor of development. In this case the teacher is not merely a teacher who transfers knowledge, but also as an educator who transfers knowledge, but also as an educator who transfers values ​​as well as a mentor who provides direction and guides students in learning. Factors that affect the performance of a teacher can come from within the individual itself and factors from outside the individual. One of them is pedagogic competence, motivation, and work environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the simultaneous effect of pedagogic abilities, motivation and work environment on teacher performance at SMPN 27 Bekasi City and to determine the partial effect between pedagogic competence, motivation and the work environment of teachers at SMPN 27 Bekasi City. This research was conducted at SMPN 27 Bekasi City. The research was conducted from February 2022 to May 2022. The variables studied were pedagogic competence, motivation and work environment. The instruments used as a means of collecting research data are library studies and field studies. The method used in this study is quantitative, namely research based on data in the form of numbers that are processed by statistical analysis to influence between variables and the sample used is 53 samples. Instrument testing with validation and reliability tests. Data analysis using SPSS software with four stages. First, testing data quality. The second stage, the classical assumption test, the third stage performs multiple regression analysis. And the fourth is to test the hypothesis. The results showed that simultaneously, pedagogic competence (X1), motivation (X2), and work environment (X3) had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Partially it is proven that there is an effect of pedagogic competence on teacher performance. Partially it is proven that there is an influence of motivation on teacher performance. Partially it is proven that there is an influence of the work environment on teacher performance
