    Proses pengujian Laboratorium merupakan hal yang sangat dibutuhkan untuk  mengetahui kekuatan suatu bahan logam maupun non logam, adapun pengujian yang terdapat pada laboratorium mekanik terdapat beberapa macam pengujian, antara lain Pengujian tarik,pengujian  bending,pengujian takik,pengujian geser dan lain sebagainya. Namun dalam hal penelitian ini dititik beratkan pada pengujian tarik, pengujian tarik merupakan pengujian yang paling sering  digunakan oleh konsultan untuk membuktikan kebenaran bahan yang akan di gunakan pada kontruksi bangunan dan jembatan, serta kontruksi- kontruksi yang lainnya.karena bahan yang dipakai oleh pemborong dengan diameter dan panjang yang sama kekuatan yang dihasilkan berbeda. Untuk itu dalam memperkuat dan bukti kebenaran kekuatan bahan tersebut harus dilakukan pengujian labor yang terkalibrasi. Dalam proses pengujian tarik yang perlu  diperhatikan antara lain, jenis bahan,kecepatan tarik yang sesuai dengan diameter bahan yang akan di uji, sehingga hasil yang didapat, dapat dicapai dengan baik, dan benar karena kecepatan tarik sangat berpengaruh terhadap hasil pengujian yang didapat.

    Machining process will produce a good product / work in accordance with the instructions specified by the finishing process, while still a lot of operator / mechanic machine tools are still faced with determining machining parameters such as cutting speed, feed rate, and the dept of cut.Melalui results of this study expected to contribute a measure of optimal parameters in CNC operations carried out by means of experiments Milling.Penelitian Al Mg Si material 3.6082 DIN 1725 using a CNC Milling. Any specimen that has been done on a CNC Milling with three variations of cutting speed, feed rate, and the dept of cut measured surface roughness (Ra). From the results of further experimental data are analyzed with regression models to obtain mathematical models. Mathematical models that produced a regression equation Y = 0.880-0.001 n- 0.004 f + 0.316 a 69.8% level of eligibility

    ABSTRAK KENDALA PENDAFTARAN TANAH UNTUK PERTAMA KALI DI KOTA PARIAMAN ( Studi Kasus Perkara Perdata Nomor 18/Pdt.G/2014/PN.PRM ) ( Didi Mulyadi, SH, 1720123095, Magister Kenotariatan Fakultas Hukum Universitas Andalas, 100 halaman, 2021) Pendaftaran Tanah Untuk Pertama Kali merupakan serangkaian kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh Pemerintah untuk mendata dan mendaftarkan bidang-bidang tanah milik masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk memberikan kepastian hukum kepada pemiliknya. Namun dalam pelaksanaannya terdapat beberapa kendala dari berbagai sudut pandang. Adapun permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah 1) Bagaimana proses pendaftaran tanah untuk pertama kali berdasarkan alas hak yang sudah berkekuatan hukum tetap di Kota Pariaman ? 2) Kendala apa saja yang ditemui dalam pendaftaran tanah untuk pertama kali berdasarkan alas hak yang sudah berkekuatan hukum tetap di Kota Pariaman ?. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yuridis empiris. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan, bahwa: 1) Kedudukan alas hak dalam Putusan Perdata Pengadilan Negeri Pariaman Nomor 18/PDT.G/2014/PN.PRM untuk pendaftaran tanah pertama kali adalah sebagai tanda bukti kepemilikan yang akan memiliki kekuatan pembuktian sepanjang di dukung oleh bukti lainnya yaitu bukti Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Pariaman Nomor 18/PDT.G/2014/PN.PRM dan Surat tanda bukti in cracht (berkekuatan hukum tetap) yang dikeluarkan oleh Pengadilan Negeri Pariaman. 2) Proses pendaftaran tanah pertama kali berdasarkan alasan hak yang sudah berkekuatan hukum tetap dalam hal ini Putusan Perdata Pengadilan Negeri Pariaman Nomor 18/PDT.G/2014/PN.PRM adalah sama dengan proses pendaftaran tanah pertama kali lainnya hanya terletak pada persyaratan yang dilampirkan, pada pendaftaran tanah pertama kali berdasarkan alasan hak yang sudah berkekuatan hukum tetap, selain melampirkan bukti pemilikan/penguasaan tanah secara tertulis seperti, alas hak, bukti lain yang dilengkapi dengan pernyataan yang bersangkutan dan keterangan dari dua orang saksi, bukti penguasaan secara fisik atas bidang tanah yang bersangkutan selama 20 tahun yang dituangkan dalam surat pernyataan, penguasaan itu dilakukan dengan iktikad baik dan tidak dalam sengketa, kesaksian dari Kepala Desa / Lurah, Identitas pemohon, dan bukti pelunasan PBB terakhir juga harus melampirkan Fotocopy Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Pariaman Nomor 18/PDT.G/2014/PN.PRM dan juga Surat tanda bukti in cracht (berkekuatan hukum tetap) yang dikeluarkan oleh Pengadilan Negeri Pariaman. Selebihnya proses yang dilalui adalah sama dengan proses pendaftarann tanah pertama kali lainnya. Kata Kunci : Pendaftaran Tanah, Kepastian, Putusan ABSTRACT LAND REGISTRATION OBSTACLES FOR THE FIRST TIME IN PARIAMAN CITY (Civil Case Study Number 18/Pdt.G/2014/PN.PRM) (Didi Mulyadi, S.H, 1720123095, Master in Notary Faculty of Law Andalas University, 100 pages, 2021) Land Registration for the First Time is a series of activities carried out by the Government to record and register parcels of land owned by the community to provide legal certainty to their owners. However, in its implementation, there are several obstacles from various points of view. The problems in this study are 1) How is the process of registering land for the first time based on a legal basis that has permanent legal force in Pariaman City? 2) What are the obstacles encountered in registering land for the first time based on rights that have permanent legal force in Pariaman city? The research method used is juridical empirical. The results of the study show that: 1) The position of the rights-based on in the Pariaman District Court Civil Decision Number 18/PDT.G/2014/PN.PRM for the first land registration is as proof of ownership which will have evidentiary power as long as it is supported by other evidence, namely the evidence of the Pariaman District Court Decision Number 18/PDT.G/2014/PN.PRM and the in cracht evidence (permanent legal force) issued by the Pariaman District Court. 2) The process of land registration for the first time is based on the reason that rights have permanent legal force in this case the Civil Decision of the Pariaman District Court Number 18/PDT.G/2014/PN.PRM is the same as the other first-time land registration process only lies in the attached requirements, at the first land registration based on reasons of rights that have permanent legal force, in addition to attaching written evidence of land ownership/control such as, the basis of rights, other evidence accompanied by the relevant statementand statements from two witnesses, evidence of physical control over the land. The land concerned for 20 years as stated in the statement letter, the control is carried out in good faith and not in dispute, testimony from the Village Head, the identity of the applicant, and proof of payment of the latest property tax must also attach a photocopy of the decision of the Pariaman District Court Number18/PDT .G/2014/PN.PRM and also a letter of proof in cracht (permanent legal force) issued by the Pariaman District Court.     Evaluation of Madrasah Based Management Programs in Private Aliyah Madrasah in Central Lombok Regency

    The objectives of this research are to understand, explain and improve Madrasah based Management Program (Islamic Concept). The research used qualitative approach which used evaluation model of CIPP (Context, Input, Process and Outcome). It was conducted at Islamic High School Jonggat sub-district. Instruments used were observation and deep interview technique. The results were that some weaknesses of programs in the effort of increasing teacher’s human resources that were not mastering learning model media (coul not operate the laptop and in focus), increasing the facilities need and low cost. Recommendations; it is suggested to those who are in the stakeholders to pay attention to this issue. So, the implementation of the program could be done successfully later

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan modul yang efektif dengan judul Logis Berargumentasi melalui Debat menggunakan pendekatan pedagogi genre. Penelitian dan pengembangan ini memodifikasi prosedur yang dikemukakan oleh Jolly dan Bolitho dan Dick, Carey, dan Carey. Untuk mengetahui kelayakan modul dilakukan validasi ahli dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket. Untuk menguji kepraktisan modul dilakukan evaluasi satu-satu dan evaluasi kelompok kecil dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket. Kemudian, untuk mengetahui keefektifan modul dilakukan uji lapangan melalui eksperimen dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes. Berdasarkan hasil validasi dari ahli materi, bahasa, penyajian, dan kegrafikaan diketahui bahwa modul ini dikategorikan sangat baik. Hasil uji kepraktisan menunjukkan bahwa modul yang dikembangkan sangat praktis. Terakhir, hasil uji lapangan melalui pretes dan postes terdapat peningkatan nilai rata-rata peserta didik sebesar 45,033, sehingga modul dapat dikategorikan efektif atau memiliki efek potensial bagi peserta didik

    Outstanding Teachers: The Steps In Acquiring Them

    Teachers are professional educators with the main task of educating, teaching, guiding, directing, training, evaluating, and evaluating students. So that it is expected to be able to produce graduates who are intelligent, qualified, competitive, noble and have noble character. The era of globalization requires high-quality teachers and is ready to compete, both at national, regional and international levels. The study aims to determine the criteria for outstanding teacher competitions in elementary schools by using a multi-site approach through schools that get national-level exceptional teachers in 2017 and 2018 in West Java, Banten and DKI Jakarta. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, documentation and observation, while data analysis techniques are used through data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing. The results of the study stated that the selection of outstanding elementary school teachers was intended to increase motivation, dedication, loyalty and professionalism of teachers who were expected to have a positive effect on improving performance and achievement. Criteria for selecting outstanding teachers consist of portfolio assessment, learning videos and teacher performance assessments, written tests consisting of teacher competencies and educational insights, scientific papers and scientific writing presentations

    The purpose of this research is to describe the selection and process coaching that is given to outstanding national-level teachers at Al Irsyad Al Islamiyyah Bekasi West Java. Using approach qualitative with the case study method. Data collected through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques data using reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results of the study stated that the selection of outstanding teachers was carried out in stages starting from the level of the education unit, sub-district, levels district/municipality, provincial and national. Conclusion, outstanding teacher selection consists of academic, administrative and special requirements. Prospective teachers are given guidance and training by education stakeholders ranging from school principals in units education, KKG, education offices, local government, supervisors, LPMP, Higher Education, and P4TK.
