Kebijakan Formulasi Pidana Denda Terhadap Korporasi Ditinjau Dari Undang-Undang Nomor 32 Tahun 2009 Tentang Perlindungan Dan Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui dan menjelaskan Kebijakan Formulasi Pidana Denda Terhadap Korporasi Dalam Tindak Pidana Lingkungan Hidup serta mengetahui dan menjelaskan Pidana Pengganti Denda Terhadap Korporasi Dalam Tindak Pidana Lingkungan Hidup. Pidana denda merupakan kewajiban seseorang yang melakukan tindak pidana untuk membayar sejumlah uang yang telah ditentukan dalam KUHP. Dalam KUHP yang dianggap sebagai subjek hukum hanyalah orang saja. Akan tetapi seiring berkembangnya zaman muncul korporasi yang juga dianggap sebagai subjek hukum karena korporasi juga dapat melakukan tindak pidana. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu normatif. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan yuridis normatif. Sifat penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menyebutkan bahwa dalam dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 32 Tahun 2009 menganut sistem perumusan pidana denda komulatif dan untuk sistem penjatuhan pidana maksimum khusus dan minimum khusus, sedangkan dalam KUHP menganut sistem alternatif serta sistem penjatuhan pidana nya adalah maksimum khusus. LAPORAN PRAKTIK PENGALAMAN LAPANGAN (PPL) Lokasi: MTs Negeri Godean

Praktik pengalaman lapangan (PPL) merupakan program yang wajib dilaksanakan oleh mahasiswa program pendidikan. Program PPL ini dimulai dengan melakukan pemilihan sekolah, observasi, pembekalan dan pelaksanaan. Program PPL dilaksanakan selama satu bulan dengan 128 SKS. Kegiatan yang dilakukan meliputi kegiatan mengajar dan non mengajar Mts Negeri Godean merupakan salah satu sekolah yang menjadi tempat praktik pengalaman lapangan. Mts Negeri Yogyakarta merupakan sekolah menengah pertama yang terdapat di Klaci, Sidoagung Sleman. Masing-masing terdiri dari empat kelas untuk kelas VII, VIII, dan IX. Dalam hal ini, siswa merupakan sasaran kegiatan PPL. Adapun penilaian mencakup karakter siswa, minat belajar, serta hasil belajarnya. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan kondisi yang telah dilaksanakan, mahasiswa PPL merumuskan dan merancang berbagai program yang akan dilaksanakan selama kegiatan PPL berlangsung. Program yang direncanakan berhasil dilaksanakan dengan baik. Ada berbagai indikator yang menunjukan keberhasilan pelaksanaan program PPL UNY Tahun 2015 di Mts N Godean. Berbagai keberhasilan ini dikarenakan koordinasi yang baik antara sekolah dengan mahasiswa PPL UNY 2015 serta antar Mahasiswa PPL Pendidikan Jasmani Kesehatan dan Rekreasi UNY yang telah mengantarkan keterlaksanaan program PPL UNY 2015 di Mts N Godea

PENGARUH VARIABEL FUNDAMENTAL TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PERUSAHAAN SEKTOR INDUSTRI BARANG KONSUMSI YANG TERDAFTAR DI BEI PERIODE 2009 - 2013

ABSTRACT MUHAMMAD NUR. The Effect of Fundamental Variables on Stock Price of Industrial Consumer Goods Companies that Listed in BEI period 2009 – 2013. State University of Jakarta. 2015. The aims of this research are: (1) to identify partially the effect of fundamental variables on stock price of industrial consumer goods companies, and (2) to identify simultaneously the effect of fundamental variables on stock price of industrial consumer goods companies. The period data used in this research is January 2009 – December 2013. The sampling technique is using purposive sampling method. The sample of this research is taking 30 companies. The used technique of data analysis is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of descriptive statistical analysis show that Closing Price (Stock Price), Cash Ratio, DER, and ROE have variety data movement, while TATO doesn’t have variety data movement. The results of multiple linear regression show that Cash Ratio and ROE partially have negative effects on stock price, but they are not significant. DER partially has positive effect on stock price, but it’s not significant. TATO partially has positive effect and significant on stock price. Cash Ratio, DER, ROE, and TATO simultaneously have significant effect on stock price. Keywords: cash ratio, DER, ROE, TATO, stock price
