KONFLIK BATIN TOKOH UTAMA PEREMPUAN DALAM ROMAN AROK DEDES KARYA PRAMOEDYA ANANTA TOER

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan unsur intrinsik, hasil psikoanalisis dan konflik batin tokoh utama perempuan dalam roman Arok Dedes karya Pramoedya Ananta Toer. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Objek penelitian ini adalah roman Arok Dedes karya Pramoedya Ananta Toer. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan konflik batin tokoh utama perempuan, analisis struktural sebagai pijakan dan psikoanalisis Sigmund Freud untuk mengungkapkan konflik batin tersebut. Data diperoleh dengan teknik membaca dan mencatat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) Struktur novel berupa unsur intrinsik yang difokuskan pada tema yaitu pemanfaatan perempuan dalam kekuasaan, plot yang terbagi  menjadi tahap awal, tahap tengah, dan tahap akhir, penokohan yaitu tokoh Dedes sebagai tokoh utama perempuan dalam cerita, dan latar yang terbagi menjadi latar tempat, latar waktu, latar sosial-budaya; (2) konflik batin yang disebabkan oleh tokoh utama laki-laki, perlakuan Tunggul Ametung dan perlakuan Arok; (3) pandangan masyarakat dalam roman Arok Dedes terhadap tokoh utama perempuan. Kata Kunci: Konflik, Psikoanalisis, Tokoh Utama Perempuan

Keputusan pembelian konsumen buku k13 PT Gramedia di Indramayu, Jawa Barat di tinjau dari perspektif brand equity dan relationship marketing

This study aims to determine the effect of brand equity and relationship marketing on consumer purchasing decisions for 2013 curriculum books at PT. Gramedia marketing area of Indramayu Regency. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with explanatory survey design. The population in the study was junior high school who purchased the 2013 curriculum books, totaling 75 schools. Collecting data using a questionnaire containing instruments or indicators for analysis. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression with t test and F test to test the research hypothesis. The results showed that brand equity and relationship marketing have a positive and significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions for 2013 curriculum books at PT. Gramedia marketing area of Indramayu Regency either simultaneously or partially. The limitation of this study is that the independent variables cannot provide comprehensive answers to answer purchasing decision problems. Research findings are empirical evidence that can be used as a review to improve purchasing decisions or relevant management topics

A review of relay network on UAVS for enhanced connectivity

One of the best evolution in technology breakthroughs is the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV). This aerial system is able to perform the mission in an agile environment and can reach the hard areas to perform the tasks autonomously. UAVs can be used in post-disaster situations to estimate damages, to monitor and to respond to the victims. The Ground Control Station can also provide emergency messages and ad-hoc communication to the Mobile Users of the disaster-stricken community using this network. A wireless network can also extend its communication range using UAV as a relay. Major requirements from such networks are robustness, scalability, energy efficiency and reliability. In general, UAVs are easy to deploy, have Line of Sight options and are flexible in nature. However, their 3D mobility, energy constraints, and deployment environment introduce many challenges. This paper provides a discussion of basic UAV based multi-hop relay network architecture and analyses their benefits, applications, and tradeoffs. Key design considerations and challenges are investigated finding fundamental issues and potential research directions to exploit them. Finally, analytical tools and frameworks for performance optimizations are presented

Lembaga kebudayaan Betawi merupakan wadah berhimpunnya para pemerhati, pencinta & pelaku seni budaya Betawi yg bertujuan meneliti, membina, memupuk, memelihara & berbagi nilai-nilai budaya tradisional betawi pada daerah DKI Jakarta. HUBUNGAN KELINCAHAN DAN DAYA TAHAN OTOT TUNGKAI TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN MENGGIRING BOLA DALAM PERMAINAN SEPAK BOLA : studi deskriptif pada siswa SMAN 15 Bandung yang mengikuti ekstrakulikuler sepak bola

tungkai terhadap keterampilan dribbling cabang olahraga sepak bola. Masalah penelitian yaitu apakah terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara kelincahan terhadap keterampilan dribbling, apakah terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara daya tahan otot tungkai terhadap keterampilan dribbling, dan apakah terdapat korelasi yang siginifikan antara kelincahan dan daya tahan otot tungkai secara bersama-sama terhadap keterampilan dribbling dalam olahraga sepak bola. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif, sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 22 siswa. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode total sampling. Hasil penelitian ini adalah, korelasi antara kelincahan dan keterampilan dribbling diperoleh t-hitung sebesar 1,35, lebih kecil dari t tabel= 2,09. Korelasi antara daya tahan otot tungkai dan keterampilan dribbling t-hitung sebesar 0,91 lebih kecil dari t tabel=2,09, sedangkan korelasi antara kelincahan dan daya tahan otot tungkai secara bersama-sama diperoleh F hitung 60,82 lebih besar dari F tabel 3,52. Kesimpulan; bahwa terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara kelincahan dengan keterampilan dribbling, daya tahan otot tungkai dengan keterampilan dribbling dan secara bersama-sama dinyatakan diterima. Dengan demikian disarankan bagi para pelatih sepak bola, agar lebih memperhatikan kondisi fisik khususnya mengenai kelincahan dan daya tahan otot tungkai untuk lebih meningkatkan hasil dribbling, dan prestasi pada umumnya; Para pemain sepak bola sebaiknya juga memperhatikan betapa pentingnya mengetahui peranan atau faktor-faktor apa saja yang menunjang keberhasilan dribbling dengan baik dan faktor sarana dan prasarana juga harus mendukung agar hasil dari latihan bisa maksimal.;---This study aims to reveal the correlation of agility and endurance of leg muscle to the dribbling skills of football sports. The research problem is whether there is a significant correlation between agility of dribbling skills, is there a significant correlation between durability of leg muscle to dribbling skills, and is there a significant correlation between agility and durability of leg muscle together against dribbling skills in soccer. The method used in this research is descriptive method, the sample used as many as 22 students. Sampling using total sampling method. The result of this research is the correlation between agility and dribbling skills obtained t count of 1.35, smaller than t table = 2.09. Correlation between leg muscle endurance and skills of dribbling t-test of 0.91 is smaller than t table = 2.09, whereas the correlation between agility and durability of leg muscle jointly acquired 60.82 F count larger than F table 3.52. Conclusion; there is a significant correlation between agility with dribbling skills, durability of leg muscle with dribbling skills and together are accepted. Thus it is advisable for soccer coaches, to pay more attention to the physical condition, especially regarding the agility and durability of leg muscles to further improve dribbling results, and achievements in general; Football players should also pay attention to the importance of knowing the role or factors that support the success of well dribbling and the good facilities is also a supporting factor for the results of the exercise can be maximized

Sustainability – Driven Entrepreneurship: The Mediating Effect of Opportunity-Based Management Structure on the Relationship between Entrepreneurial Orientation and Environmental Sustainability Management of SMEs: A Conceptual Framework

Generally, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises have been given high priority in Malaysia and identified as one of the engines of economic growth to drive Malaysia towards the New Economic Model (NEM) transformation. However, the environmental sustainability management of SMEs need to be taken into deep consideration in order to ensure sustainable entrepreneurship in Malaysia.  This study focuses on the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and opportunity–based management structure on environmental sustainability management of small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with the prime intention to enlarge the element of sustainable entrepreneurship.  The problem to be addressed in this quantitative study is to look into the level of commitment of entrepreneurial firm in indicate towards the effort to ensure sustainability of environment; the main concern of entrepreneurial firm in making as much profit and growth, it is also the importance of the society to know their perceptions and commitment towards maintaining the environment.  Therefore, the main focus will be given on the relationship between Entrepreneurial Orientation (EO) and Opportunity-based Management Structure with environmental sustainability management in the Malaysian SMEs context.  Finally, this paper concludes by presenting the conceptual framework of entrepreneurial orientation, opportunity-based management structure and environmental sustainability management in SMEs. Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) based car parking system

Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology is widely used in various applications such as attendance system, tracking system, monitoring system or parking system. Currently, the existing parking system used manual entrance through security guard to access the premise. Therefore, the company need to hire security guard to monitor the premise. In addition, the security guards need to monitor all movement of vehicle or person that enter or leave the premise. As a result, unauthorized vehicle or person can easily access the building. To address this problem, we proposed a parking system using RFID technology that can monitor vehicle’s movement that enter or leave the specific area or place by scanning the RFID tag. The potential benefit is it can improve security for both security guards and users. Besides that, this parking system can facilitate access control for users and improve traffic flow during peaks period. There are five modules in the proposed parking systems which are user registration, vehicle registration, RFID tag, staff and report generation

Measuring the underwater received power behavior for 433 mhz radio frequency based on different distance and depth for the development of an underwater wireless sensor network

Underwater wireless sensor network (UWSN) important to enhance the widely use of the application of the Internet of things (IoT) for underwater. Uses of the acoustics base of wave propagations are the best ways to establish the UWSN. But the unpracticality of the hardware due to the size and cost has limited the application of UWSN. Radio frequency (RF) wave propagation is the best way to overcome this situation. Low frequency of the RF wave is proven feasible and suitable for underwater communication. 433 MHz RF were chosen to measuring the underwater received power behavior between the transmitter node and receiver node based on different distance and depth. HC12 transceiver module was used as a transmitter and spectrum analyzer with the telescopic antenna was used as a receiver. The received power give a good reading when the transmitter note was at 0.5-meter depth with a maximum operating range within 12 meters from the receiver

DEVELOPMENT OF TEACHING MATERIALS IN EQUIPMENT IMPROVEMENT OF HOUSEHOLD ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT IN SMK NEGERI 1 PURWOREJO

This study aims to: (1) Develop teaching materials on subjects for the improvement of household electrical appliances for class XII of the TITL Semester Gasal expertise program at SMK N 1 Purworejo, (2) Test the feasibility of teaching materials in subjects for repairing household electrical appliances for the class XII Odd Semester TITL expertise program at SMK N 1 Purworejo to media experts, (3) Testing the feasibility of teaching materials for the improvement of household electrical appliances for class XII Odd Semester TITL expertise program at SMK N 1 Purworejo on material experts, (4) Testing the feasibility of teaching materials for the improvement of household electrical appliances for class XII of the TITL Odd Semester expertise program at SMK N 1 Purworejo to students. This research is a 4D-Models RnD Model research. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The feasibility testing phase is carried out by two media experts and two material experts. Job sheet testing of household electrical equipment repairs is done in class XII in the SMK N 1 Purworejo TITL expertise program involving 30 students. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study are: (1) producing job sheets for household electrical equipment repairs for class XII in the SMK N 1 Purworejo TITL expertise program, (2) the results of the appraisal of job sheets for repairing household electrical appliances by material experts get an average score of 84 in the category "Eligible", (3) the results of the appraisal of the job sheet for repair of household electrical appliances by media experts get a mean score of 64 in the "Eligible" category, (4) the results of the appraisal of a job sheet for repairing household electrical appliances by students get an average score of 82, 27 with the category "Very Eligible"
