    : There are three objectives of this study is to describe the reality of deviant behavior among students, knowing the causes of deviant behavior, describe the role of Islamic Education teachers in dealing with deviant behavior. Data sourced from the Principal, Vice Principal of Student field, Islamic Education teachers, and learners. Data collection methods used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the deviant behavior of learners Reality SMA 1 Pomalaa Kab. Kolaka is not uniform completeness according to the rules of discipline of the school, long hair for Men, for Women excessively ornate, late for school, play truant (leave early), located in the cafeteria during school hours, smoking in the school environment, said the language is less polite, brings HP and accessories, fighting, memalak, and gambling.     2016Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian pupuk \ud mikoriza terhadap kandungan selulosa dan hemiselulosa dari rumput gajah mini \ud dan rumput benggala. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan program \ud SPSS versi 16. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) \ud (Gaspersz, 1991) yang terdiri dari 6 perlakuan 4 ulangan, perlakuannya yaitu \ud R\ud 1\ud P\ud 0\ud (rumput benggala tanpa pupuk mikoriza), R\ud pupuk mikoriza 2,5g), R\ud 1\ud P\ud 2\ud 1\ud P\ud 1\ud (rumput benggala dengan \ud (rumput benggala dengan pupuk mikoriza 5g), R\ud (rumput gajah mini tanpa pupuk mikoriza), R\ud pupuk mikoriza 2,5g) dan R\ud 2\ud P\ud 2\ud 2\ud P\ud 1\ud (rumput gajah mini dengan \ud (rumput gajah mini dengan pupuk mikoriza 5g). \ud Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberiaan pupuk mikoriza tidak \ud memberikan pengaruh yang nyata (P>0,05) terhadap kandungan selulosa dan \ud hemiselulosa rumput gajah mini (Pennisetum purpureum cv. Mott) dan rumput \ud benggala (Panicum maximum). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian pupuk \ud mikoriza tidak berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05) terhadap kandungan selulosa dan \ud hemiselulosa antara ketiga level pemupukan yang berbeda, tapi untuk jenis \ud rumput memiliki perbedaan nyata (P<0,05). \ud \ud \ud 2\ud P\ud 0\ud \ud This study aims to determine the effect of fertilizer application of mycorrhiza on \ud the content of cellulose and hemicellulose from mini elephant grass and grass \ud Bengal. The results showed \ud that gift fertilizer mycorrhizal no significant effect (P > 0.05) on the content of \ud cellulose and hemicellulose mini elephant grass (Pennisetum purpureum cv. Mott) \ud and bengal grass (Panicum maximum). It can be concluded that the fertilizer \ud mycorrhizal not significant (P > 0.05) on the content of cellulose and \ud hemicellulose between the three different levels of fertilization, but for the type of \ud grass had significant differences ( P < 0.05 ). \ud 1\ud P\ud

    THE INFLUENCE OF INTELLECTUAL INTELLIGENCE AGAINST STUDENTS' ACHIEVEMENT IN MATHEMATICS

    This study aimed to determine: (1) the level of intellectual intelligence of students. (2) the level of student's mathematics learning achievement. (3) the presence or absence of significant influence of intellectual intelligence on student's mathematics learning achievement. This research was conducted on 12 April until 29 April 2013 which is located at SMP Negeri 2 Wundulako. The population in this study were all students of class VIII SMP Negeri 2 Wundulako Lesson Year 2012/2013 which amounted to 110 people, where the samples used by researchers as much as 25% that is 28 people by using random sampling method. Data collection techniques for intellectual intelligence variables using intelligence test results, while for learning achievement variable using the value of report cards.  Data analysis techniques used were statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. From the results of the study indicated that: (1) No students (0%) had intelligence on intelligent and very intelligent category, 1 student (3.75%) had intelligent intellectual intelligence, 5 students (17,86 %) had intelligent intellectual intelligence, 19 students (67.86%) had moderate intellectual intelligence, 1 student (3.57%) had average intellectual intelligence, 2 students (0% ) had less intellectual intelligence, and no students (0%) had very little intellectual intelligence; (2) The achievement of students' mathematics learning was in good category with the amount of 1 student (3,57%) had high learning achievement of math, 25 students (89,29%) got moderate learning achievement, 2 students 7.14%) got low mathematics learning achievement, and no students (0%) had very low mathematics learning achievement; (3). There was a significant influence between students' intellectual intelligence on mathematics learning achievement of students of grade VIII SMP Negeri 2 Wundulako

    The main objective of numerical simulation in thisstudies is to determine the effect of diffuser’s interior design onincreasing the diffuser augmented wind turbine (DAWT)performance by observing wind velocity increment. Numericalstudies were carried out using the computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD) method through a two-dimensional steady approach withAnsys Fluent 18.2 and Ansys Workbench 18.2 software. Thepresent studies spesifically investigate the shapes of diffuser,namely flat diffuser and curved diffuser. The studies demonstratethat the curved diffuser generates stronger increment of the windvelocity than flat diffuser (at centreline), which 1.842 times thefreestream velocity, while the flat diffuser is only able to increseup to 1.742 times the freestream velocity. The curved diffusershows the highest increment of the average wind velocity alongdiffuser with the greatest increment of 78.66 % and the flatdiffuser is only able to provide average wind velocity incrementup to 44.81%. The curved interor of diffuser is able to enlarge thewake area, so the effect of the suction flow entering the diffuserbecomes stronger. Therefore, curved diffuser is better to provideDAWT performance improvements

    OPTIMALISASI PERAN KEPALA SEKOLAH SEBAGAI LEADER DALAM MENINGKATKAN ETOS KERJA GURU PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM

    Penelitian ini menggali peran penting kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin dalam meningkatkan etos kerja guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di Kabupaten Kolaka. Kepala sekolah memiliki peran kunci dalam memastikan guru PAI bekerja dengan etos yang tinggi dan memberikan pengajaran berkualitas. Penelitian ini dilakukan di tiga SMA di Kabupaten Kolaka dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan kepala sekolah, guru, dan guru PAI, observasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan model analisis interaktif yang melibatkan empat komponen: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, sajian data, dan verifikasi data. Dalam penelitian ini ditemukan beberapa peran kepala sekolah sebagai leader dalam meningkatkan etos kerja guru PAI yakni (1) Menekankan pentingnya nilai-nilai agama dan etika kerja di antara staf dan guru, serta mendorong penerapan nilai-nilai tersebut dalam pekerjaan guru (2) kepala sekolah berusaha mengembangkan motivasi guru PAI untuk terus belajar dan berkembang. (3) Pemberian apresiasi juga menjadi aspek penting dari peran kepala sekolah. Mereka memberikan pengakuan atas kinerja guru PAI, menciptakan motivasi positif, dan suasana kerja yang menyenangkan. (4) Kepala sekolah juga harus mempunyai keterampilan mendelegasikan tugas dan wewenangnya kepada para bawahan . Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka mengoptimalkan peran kepala sekolah sebagai leader sangat penting dalam meningkatkan etos kerja guru PAI dimana Kepala sekolah bukan hanya memberikan arahan, tetapi juga menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung dan memotivasi guru PAI untuk memberikan kontribusi positif dalam pendidikan agama Islam
