    En el presente trabajo de investigación titulada: Sistema de gestión de calidad de Mibanco S.A. San Juan de Lurigancho 2018, se ha desarrollado para evaluar y determinar el objetivo general, el cual toma en cuenta la variable de medir el nivel de aplicación del sistema de gestión de calidad de Mibanco San Juan de Lurigancho 2018. El desarrollo de la investigación fue de manera sustantiva, nivel descriptivo, enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño no experimental. Se consideró como población a 148 clientes encuestados para la presente investigación; se recolectó información a través de la encuesta y el instrumento fue un cuestionario de 30 preguntas, los cuales fueron debidamente validados por expertos y determinando su confianza mediante de valores estadísticos SPSS. Se estableció el coeficiente de correlación estadísticamente, donde se explica la relación de la variable gestión de la calidad de Mibanco, de la sucursal San Juan de Lurigancho, investigado en el presente año, mostrando una validez de 0.976; donde presentan una correlación positiva de alta confiabilidad

    CARACTERIZAÇÃO FACIOLÓGICA DO FILITO BRANCO DA REGIÃO DE ITAPEVA-SP

    The phyllite explored in the region of Itapeva-SP is included in the metasedimentary deposits of Proterozoicage that belong in the Itaiacoca Group. Regionally these metasedimentary deposits are concealed by the FurnasFormation, which became an important prospective guide for the material of higher commercial value. The phyllitedeposits occur in the form of interdigital body of aleatory contours that are differentiated by the coloration in threefacies: white facies, which possesses the highest commercial value and it is mainly commercialized for the useas a melting in the white ceramics production; pink facies and black facies that have fractions commercialized intheir improved form (grounded and homogenized) for the use in the fields of animal feed or fillers. The distinctionof these facies does not occur only for their coloration, but also for physical and chemical parameters, wherethe difference of obtained contents of Fe2O3total, Al2O3, SiO2 and the loss on ignition, cause variation in propertiessuch as degree of refractory and color of burning of the material. The search chemical, mineralogical, petrographicaland physical analyses defined the existing difference between the facies of the phyllite; analytical dataalso made it possible, together with the field information, to claim the origin of this material through the action ofweathering processes, which through hydrolysis had caused the chemical composite mobility of pink and blackfacies originating the material of better commerce of the white facies.O filito lavrado na região de Itapeva-SP faz parte dos depósitos metassedimentares de idade Proterozóicapertencentes ao Grupo Itaiacoca. Regionalmente esses depósitos metassedimentares são capeados pela FormaçãoFurnas (Devoniano), cujo contato tornou-se importante guia prospectivo para o material de maior valorcomercial. Os depósitos de filito ocorrem na forma de corpos interdigitados, de contornos irregulares que sãodiferenciados em razão de sua cor em três fácies: a fácies branca, com maior valor comercial e principalmentecomercializada para o emprego como fundente na produção de cerâmica branca; a fácies rósea e a fácies preta,que têm frações comercializadas na forma beneficiada (moída e homogeneizada) para o emprego em ramoscomo de ração animal ou fillers. A distinção entre as fácies não ocorre apenas pela sua cor, mas também porparâmetros físicos e químicos, onde a diferença dos teores obtidos de Fe2O3total, Al2O3, SiO2 e perda ao fogo,ocasionam variação em propriedades como: grau de refratariedade e cor de queima do material. Através deanálises químicas, mineralógicas, petrográficas e físicas buscou-se definir a diferença existente entre as fáciesdo filito: dados analíticos possibilitaram, juntamente com as informações de campo, postular a origem dessematerial através da ação de processos intempéricos, que por hidrólise ocasionaram a mobilidade química decompostos das fácies rósea e preta originando o material de melhor comércio da fácies branca

    Unraveling the effect of silent, intronic and missense mutations on VWF splicing : contribution of next generation sequencing in the study of mRNA

    Large studies in von Willebrand disease patients, including Spanish and Portuguese registries, led to the identification of >250 different mutations. It is a challenge to determine the pathogenic effect of potential splice site mutations on VWF mRNA. This study aimed to elucidate the true effects of 18 mutations on VWF mRNA processing, investigate the contribution of next-generation sequencing to in vivo mRNA study in von Willebrand disease, and compare the findings with in silico prediction. RNA extracted from patient platelets and leukocytes was amplified by RT-PCR and sequenced using Sanger and next generation sequencing techniques. Eight mutations affected VWF splicing: c.1533+1G>A, c.5664+2T>C and c.546G>A (p.=) prompted exon skipping; c.3223-7_3236dup and c.7082-2A>G resulted in activation of cryptic sites; c.3379+1G>A and c.7437G>A) demonstrated both molecular pathogenic mechanisms simultaneously; and the p.Cys370Tyr missense mutation generated two aberrant transcripts. Of note, the complete effect of three mutations was provided by next generation sequencing alone because of low expression of the aberrant transcripts. In the remaining 10 mutations, no effect was elucidated in the experiments. However, the differential findings obtained in platelets and leukocytes provided substantial evidence that four of these would have an effect on VWF levels. In this first report using next generation sequencing technology to unravel the effects of VWF mutations on splicing, the technique yielded valuable information. Our data bring to light the importance of studying the effect of synonymous and missense mutations on VWF splicing to improve the current knowledge of the molecular mechanisms behind von Willebrand disease. identifier:02869074
