ANALISIS PENDAPATAN USAHA PEMBIBITAN BAKAU DI KUALA KOTA LANGSA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pendapatan usaha yang diperoleh oleh petani bibit bakau di Kota Langsa, dilakukan di Kota Langsa tepatnya di Kuala. Penentuan lokasi penelitian dilakukan secara sengaja ( purposive sampling ).Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh petani bibit bakau yang mengusahakan bibit bakau di Kuala Kota Langsa yang berjumlah 30 orang petani. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive sampling. Jumlah petani sampel diambil sebesar 50% dari jumlah populasi yang terdapat di Kuala.Jalur pemasaran petani yaitu langsung dari produsen (petani) mereka membelinya. Besarnya pendapatan yang diperoleh lebih besar dibandingkan modal yang dikeluarkan dan telah menguntungkan yaitu sebesar Rp. 701.616,66 per bulan. Adapun BC Ratio yang diperoleh adalah 1,80 yang berarti usaha ini layak untuk diusahakan dan ROI sebesar 80,67 % yang berarti bahwa usaha ini mengalami keuntungan sebesar 80,67 %. BEP Volume Produksi sebesar 2.805,54 polybag dan BEP Harga Produksi sebesar Rp. 170,97 per polybag.Diharapkan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan pemerintah lebih memperhatikan usaha pembibitan bakau dalam bidang pengembangan kualitas agar bibit-bibit bakau yang dihasilkan lebih berkualitas dan tidak terserang hama penyakit. Dan dalam setiap kali ada kesempatan pemerintah dapat memberikan penyuluhan yang lebih banyak lagi dalam hal pembudidayaan bibit bakau
black hole at N=2 supergravity
In this paper, we consider the charged non-extremal black hole at five
dimensional N = 2 supergravity. We study thermodynamics of AdS_{5} black hole
with three equal charges (q_{1} = q_{2} = q_{3} = q). We obtain Schrodinger
like equation and discuss the effective potential. Then, we consider the case
of the perturbed dilaton field background and find presence of odd coefficients
of the wave function. Also we find that the higher derivative corrections have

Comparative context analysis of codon pairs on an ORFeome scale
Codon context is an important feature of gene primary structure that modulates mRNA decoding accuracy. We have developed an analytical software package and a graphical interface for comparative codon context analysis of all the open reading frames in a genome (the ORFeome). Using the complete ORFeome sequences of Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Schizosaccharomyces pombe, Candida albicans and Escherichia coli, we show that this methodology permits large-scale codon context comparisons and provides new insight on the rules that govern the evolution of codon-pair context
Piezoelectric coefficients d(14), d(16), d(34) and d(36) of an L-arginine hydrochloride monohydrate crystal by X-ray three-beam diffraction
Previous work employed X-ray three-beam diffraction techniques to obtain part of the L-arginine hydrochloride monohydrate (L-AHCL. H2O) piezoelectric coefficients, namely d(21), d(22), d(23) and d(25). Those coefficients were obtained by measuring the shift in the angular position of a number of secondary reflections as a function of the electric field applied in the [ 010] piezoelectric direction. In this paper a similar procedure has been used to measure the remaining four piezoelectric coefficients in L-AHCL. H2O: with the electric field applied in the [100] direction, d(14) and d(16) were measured; with the electric field applied in the [001] direction, d(34) and d(36) were obtained. Therefore the entire piezoelectric matrix of the L-AHCL. H2O crystal has been successfully measured.13643543

An antibody that prevents serpin polymerisation acts by inducing a novel allosteric behaviour.
Serpins are important regulators of proteolytic pathways with an anti-protease activity that involves a conformational transition from a metastable to a hyperstable state. Certain mutations permit the transition to occur in the absence of a protease; when associated with an inter-molecular interaction, this yields linear polymers of hyperstable serpin molecules, which accumulate at the site of synthesis. This is the basis of a number of pathologies termed the serpinopathies. We have previously identified a monoclonal antibody (mAb4B12) that, in single-chain form, blocks α1-antitrypsin (α1-AT) polymerisation in cells. Here we describe the structural basis for this activity. The mAb4B12 epitope was found to encompass residues Glu32, Glu39, and His43 on helix A and Leu306 on helix I. This is not a region typically associated with the serpin mechanism of conformational change, and correspondingly the epitope was present in all tested structural forms of the protein. Antibody binding rendered β-sheet A - on the opposite face of the molecule - more liable to adopt an 'open' state, mediated by changes distal to the breach region and proximal to helix F. The allosteric propagation of induced changes through the molecule was evidenced by an increased rate of peptide incorporation and destabilisation of pre-formed serpin-enzyme complex following mAb4B12 binding. These data suggest that prematurely shifting the β-sheet A equilibrium towards the 'open' state out of sequence with other changes suppresses polymer formation. This work identifies a region potentially exploitable for rational design of ligands that is able to dynamically influence α1-AT polymerisation
EVALUATION OF THE CHEMICAL COMPOSITION AND ALLELOPATHIC POTENTIAL OF ESSENTIAL OILS FROM THREE SPECIES OF ASTERECEAE AGAINST SEED GERMINATION AND SEEDLING VIGOR OF LETTUCE
The allelopathic properties of the essential oils have been exploited because they are biodegradable natural compounds that can be used in combination or as prototypes for new bioherbicides. The objectives of this study were to chemically characterize the essential oils from B. dracunculifolia, C. bonariesis and T. diversifolia and to evaluate their allelopathic potential. The essential oils were extracted by hydrodistillation and their chemical compositions were determined by GC-MS. Allelopathic activities were determined by methods that evaluate the effects of volatile compounds and direct contact of those compounds on the seed germination and seedling vigor of lettuce. The principal constituents of the essential oil from B. dracunculifolia were limonene, trans-nerolidol and β-pinene; those in the oil from C. bonariesis were limonene, trans-β-ocimene and cis-verbenol (4.4%); and those in the oil from T. diversifolia were β-pinene, α-pinene and limonene. Minor differences in the germination and vigor of lettuce seedlings were observed when they were exposed to the volatile essential oils from the leaves of the three species of the Asteraceae family. However, upon direct contact with these oils, those of C. bonariesis presented the greatest allelopathic potential, which was attributed to its higher content of oxygenated monoterpenes
In-medium hadronic spectral functions through the soft-wall holographic model of QCD
We study the scalar glueball and vector meson spectral functions in a hot and
dense medium by means of the soft-wall holographic model of QCD. Finite
temperature and density effects are implemented through the AdS/RN metric. We
analyse the behaviour of the hadron masses and widths in the plane,
and compare our results with the experimental ones and with other theoretical

Quasinormal modes of massive charged flavor branes
We present an analysis and classification of vector and scalar fluctuations
in a D3/D7 brane setup at finite termperature and baryon density. The system is
dual to an N=2 supersymmetric Yang-Mills theory with SU(N_c) gauge group and
N_f hypermultiplets in the fundamental representation in the quenched
approximation. We improve significantly over previous results on the
quasinormal mode spectrum of D7 branes and stress their novel physical
interpretation. Amongst our findings is a new purely imaginary scalar mode that
becomes tachyonic at sufficiently low temperature and baryon density. We
establish the existence of a critical density above which the scalar mode stays
in the stable regime for all temperatures. In the vector sector we study the
crossover from the hydrodynamic to the quasiparticle regime and find that it
moves to shorter wavelengths for lower temperatures. At zero baryon density the
quasinormal modes move toward distinct discrete attractor frequencies that
depend on the momentum as we increase the temperature. At finite baryon
density, however, the trajectories show a turning behavior such that for low
temperature the quasinormal mode spectrum approaches the spectrum of the
supersymmetric zero temperature normal modes. We interpret this as resolution
of the singular quasinormal mode spectrum that appears at the limiting D7 brane
embedding at vanishing baryon density.Comment: 56 pages, 40 figure
Non-equilibrium Condensation Process in a Holographic Superconductor
We study the non-equilibrium condensation process in a holographic
superconductor. When the temperature T is smaller than a critical temperature
T_c, there are two black hole solutions, the Reissner-Nordstrom-AdS black hole
and a black hole with a scalar hair. In the boundary theory, they can be
regarded as the supercooled normal phase and the superconducting phase,
respectively. We consider perturbations on supercooled Reissner-Nordstrom-AdS
black holes and study their non-linear time evolution to know about physical
phenomena associated with rapidly-cooled superconductors. We find that, for
T<T_c, the initial perturbations grow exponentially and, eventually, spacetimes
approach the hairy black holes. We also clarify how the relaxation process from
a far-from-equilibrium state proceeds in the boundary theory by observing the
time dependence of the superconducting order parameter. Finally, we study the
time evolution of event and apparent horizons and discuss their correspondence
with the entropy of the boundary theory. Our result gives a first step toward
the holographic understanding of the non-equilibrium process in
