BUSANA PESTA MALAM DENGAN SUMBER IDE BUSANA ADAT PENYAMBUTAN PENGANTIN PRIA DALAM PAGELARAN BUSANA NEW LIGHT HERITAGE
Pembuatan proyek akhir ini mempunyai tujuan, yaitu: 1) Mencipta desain Busana Pesta Malam Dengan Sumber Ide Busana Adat Penyambutan Pengantin Pria Dalam Pagelaran Busana New Light Heritage, 2) Membuat Busana Pesta Malam Dengan Sumber Ide Busana Adat Penyambutan Pengantin Pria Dalam Pagelaran Busana New Light Heritage, 3) Menyelenggarakan pagelaran busana dengan tema “ New Light Heritage “ yang menampilkan Busana Pesta Malam Dengan Sumber Ide Busana Adat Penyambutan Pengantin Pria Dalam Pagelaran Busana New Light Heritage.
Proses penciptaan desain busana pesta malam adalah mengkaji tema yaitu New Light Heritage. Heritage Jawa Barat kostum tari merak merupakan sumber ide yang penulis gunakan dalam menciptakan busana pesta malam. Kostum tari merak menggambarkan tingkah laku burung merak jantan yang memiliki keindahan bulu ekor sehingga banyak orang yang salah memperkirakan bahwa tarian ini tentang tingkah laku merak betina. Dalam menciptakan desain busana ini, penulis menerapkan unsur dan prinsip desain sehingga busana yang diciptakan berupa gaun panjang yang disambung dengan bustie. Kain yang digunakan adalah kain valentino silk dan batik tulis motif mega mendung berwarna biru, dengan tambahan batik tulis motif burung merak pada bagian roknya. Proses pembuatan busana pesta malam ada tiga tahapan yaitu: 1) Tahapan persiapan meliputi pembuatan desain kerja, pengambilan ukuran, pembuatan pola, dan rancangan bahan; 2) Tahapan pelaksanaan meliputi peletakan pola, pemotongan dan pemberian tanda jahitan, penjelujuran dan penyambungan, evaluasi proses I, penjahitan, dan evaluasi II; 3) Tahapan evaluasi hasil yang dilakukan selama dalam proses pembuatan busana. Dalam menampilkan busana pesta malam mengalami tiga tahapan yaitu: 1) Persiapan meliputi pembentukan panitia, menentukan tema, menentukan tujuan, menentukan waktu dan tempat, menyiapkan sarana penunjang, dan menentukan anggaran, 2) Pelaksanaan yaitu menampilkan busana pesta malam dengan sumber ide busana adat penyambutan pengantin pria dalam pagelaran Busana New Light Heritage; dan 3) Evaluasi hasil mulai dari persiapan sampai pelaksanaan pagelaran busana.
Hasil dari Proyek Akhir berupa busana pesta malam dengan sumber ide busana adat penyambutan pengantin pria dalam pagelaran busana New Light Heritage dengan konsep Feminine Elegant. Proses pembuatan busana pesta malam ada tiga tahapan yaitu: persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi hasil. Busana yang diciptakan sesuai dengan sumber ide, desain, dan teknik penjahitan. Dalam menampilkan busana pesta malam mengalami tiga tahapan yaitu: persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi hasil. Busana Pesta Malam Dengan sumber Ide Busana Adat Penyambutan Pengantin Pria Dalam Pagelaran Busana New Light Heritage, diperagakan oleh peragawati dari YAM Yogyakarta pada sesi 1 dengan nomor urutan 11. Pagelaran busana yang diselenggarakan dapat berjalan dengan baik dan lancar
Analisis keterampilan proses sains siswa SMA melalui model pembelajaran penemuan berorientasi sains teknologi masyarakat
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari pengaruh model pembelajaran penemuan berorientasi sains teknologi masyarakat terhadap keterampilan proses sains didik pada materi asam basa dan garam. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi experiment dengan desain penelitian pretest-posttest control group design. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling, sehingga diperoleh satu kelas sebagai kelas eksperimen sebanyak 35 orang dan satu kelas sebagai kelas kontrol sebanyak 34 orang. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMAN 3 Mataram Lombok Indonesia pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2019/2020. Kelas eksperimen diberikan perlakuan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran penemuan berorientasi sains teknologi masyarakat, sedangkan kelas kontrol menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional. Data keterampilan proses sains diperoleh berdasarkan hasil observasi. Hasil nilai keterampilan proses sains diperoleh nilai rata-rata rata kelas eksperimen sebesar 72 dan nilai rata-rata kelas kontrol sebesar 61. Hasil uji hipotesis untuk keterampilan proses sains peserta didik menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil keterampilan proses sains antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol dengan nilai F sebesar 33,73 pada signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran penemuan berorientasi sains teknologi masyarakat  terhadap keterampilan proses sains
PENGARUH PERBANDINGAN VOLUME FASA AIRDENGAN FASA ORGANIK DAN KONSENTRASI AgDALAMFASA AIR PADA EKSTRAKSI PERAKDARI LIMBAH FOTO ROENTGEN
Roentgen photo waste containing silver metal ion (Ag+) in form of silver thiosulfic complex ([Ag(S2O3)2]3-) that danger for health and environment. To prevent contamination to environment by silver metal from roentgen photo waste, separation become need to do. Solvent extraction was one of available separation technique on this case. The aim of this research was to evaluate the influence of few extraction parameters that was water-organic phase ratio and Ag concentration on water phase to silver extraction percentage, and apply optimum condition to roentgen photo waste sample. Silver extraction was applied on various water-organic phase ratios, there were 5 : 10; 10 : 10; 25 : 10; 50 : 10; and 75 : 10 mL and various silver concentration on water phase, there were 10, 20, 30, and 40 ppm. Ag+ ion concentration was measured by AAS in 328.22 nm wavelength before and after extraction process, than calculation of silver extraction percentage could be conducted. Based on research result, optimum condition of silver extraction was obtained on 1 : 2 of water-organic phase ratio and 10 ppm of Ag concentration on water phase. 10,27 % silver extraction was obtained on application of optimum extraction condition on roentgen photo waste
TARI PUTRI GAYA SURAKARTA (Gambyong/Pasihan/Wireng/Pethilan/Srimpi)
ABSTRAK
Tari Tradisi Putri Gaya Surakarta (Gambyong, Pasihan, Wireng, Pethilan, Srimpi), Lilin Minasari (2015 Penyajian S-1 Jurusan Tari, Institut Seni Indonesia, Surakarta).
Ujian Tugas Akhir merupakan salah satu tahap akhir dalam perkuliahan untuk menyelesaikan Program Studi S-1 jalur kepenarian jurusan tari Institut Seni Indonesia Surakarta. Pada Ujian Tugas Akhir ini penyaji memilih 5 Genre atau ragam bentuk Tari Putri Gaya Surakarta yaitu Gambyong, Pasihan, Wireng, Pethilan, Srimpi.
Penyaji diharuskan menguasai sepuluh materi Tari Tradisi Gaya Surakarta diantaranya Tari Srimpi Gandhakusuma, Tari Srimpi Anglirmendhung, Tari Priyambada Mustakaweni, Tari Langen Asmara, Tari Srimpi Sangupati, Tari Gambyong Ayun-ayun, Tari Gambyong Mudhatama, Tari Gambyong Pangkur, Tari Adaninggar Kelaswara, dan Tari Srikandhi Cakil.
Penulisan kertas kerja ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan latar belakang penyaji, uraian tentang sajian tari yang penyaji pilih, yang meliputi struktur tari, struktur karawitan tari, tafsir garap penyaji, juga uraian tentang proses pencapaian kualitas kepenarian, dan rias busana. Penyaji harus kreatif dalam menuangkan imajinasi dan interpretasi terhadap sajian tari yang dibawakan. Dari keseluruhan hal di atas tidaklah lepas dari berbagai konsep tari Jawa yaitu Wiraga, Wirama, Wirasa dan konsep Hasta Sawanda. Untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang hal tersebut penyaji mencari dan membaca buku referensi yang berkaitan dengan materi, serta melakukan wawancara dan apresiasi dalam berbagai pementasan.
Proses Ujian Tugas Akhir yang penyaji lakukan melalui beberapa tahap yaitu persiapan teknis, pendalaman, pengembangan wawasan dan Ujian Penentuan. Tahap Ujian Penentuan Akademik, penyaji diwajibkan menyajikan dua repertoar tari melalui undian dari sepuluh materi terpilih diantaranya yaitu Tari Adaninggar Kelaswara dan Tari Langen Asmara Tahap selanjutnya adalah tahap Ujian Tugas Akhir, dimana penari harus memilih tiga materi dari lima materi yang terpilih kemudian untuk Ujian Tugas Akhir ini penyaji menyajikan satu repertoar tari hasil dari undian
A Comparison of Yogurt and Probiotic Supplements Effects on the Hardness of Tooth Enamel: An In vitro Study: Perbandingan Pengaruh Yogurt dan Suplemen Probiotik terhadap Kekerasan Enamel Gigi: Studi in Vitro
The demineralization of tooth enamel, which can be triggered by acidic foods and drinks at pH < 5.5, can initiate dental caries. Yogurt and probiotic supplements are drinks that are often consumed to help digestive function and improve the immune system. However, both drinks have a low pH, thereby, a long time of consumption can trigger the demineralization process. This study aims to evaluate the enamel hardness after applying yogurt and probiotic supplements, which was carried out experimentally in a laboratory with a one-group post-test design. The sample used is 9 human maxillary premolars in each treatment group. The treatment group comprises the test material, such as yogurt and probiotic supplements, as well as one control group with artificial saliva. Dental samples were immersed in the test material for 96 hours, and the enamel hardness level was measured with a Micro Vickers Hardness tester. The T-paired test showed that soaking with yogurt does not significantly affect the hardness of the enamel, as indicated by a p-value of 0.016. However, the effect was significant in probiotic supplements, with p=0.004. The results showed that soaking with yogurt was not significantly different from probiotic supplements in reducing enamel hardness, as evidenced by the Post Hoc (LSD) test (p=0.464). Conclusively, yogurt decreased enamel hardness less than probiotic supplements
Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Learning Cycle 5E untuk Meningkatkan Pemahaman Konsep Matematika Siswa SMPN 1 Pasie Raja
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematika siswa dan untuk mengetahui respon siswa terhadap model pembelajaran Learning Cycle 5E. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang dilaksanakan sebanyak 3 siklus. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII 3 SMPN 1 Pasie Raja yang berjumlah 23 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematika siswa pada siklus I sebesar 54,78%, lalu pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 66,09% dan pada siklus III meningkat menjadi 80,87% dan respon siswa mencapai 3,01 kualifikasi positif. Jadi, dapat dikatakan model pembelajaran Learning Cycle 5E dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematika siswa, dimana kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematika siswa meningkat dari setiap siklusnya. Sehingga model pembelajaran Learning Cycle 5E ini bisa diterapkan dalam pembelajaran pelajaran matematika materi segiempat

Abstract
This study is a quantitative study with a correlation design which aims to determine the relationship between parenting patterns and the learning independence of fifth grade students of SD Cluster III, Majaleng District, Wajo Regency. The population in this study were the fifth grade students of SD Cluster III, Majaleng District, Wajo Regency with 62 students. The data was collected by using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique was descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. Based on the results of descriptive statistical analysis, it was found that the democratic type of parenting was the most widely used parenting category by parents, as many as 30 students with a percentage of 48.3, students' learning independence had an average of 94.43 and a percentage of 87.44. Based on the results of inferential statistical analysis, the t-valuecount(17.40382) is greater (>) the t-valuetable(9.48773) at the 5% significance level. Thus Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. From the results of the study, it was concluded that there was a significant relationship between attention to parenting patterns and the learning independence of fifth grade students at SD Gugus III, Majuleng District, Wajo Regency
PENGGUNAAN MEDIA LINGKUNGAN UNTUK MENINGKATKAN AKTIVITAS DAN KEMAMPUAN MENULIS PUISI PADA SISWA KELAS VIII SMPN 13 BANDAR LAMPUNG TP 2018/2019
The choice of this research topic was due to the problem of the low achievement of learning Indonesian, especially the students' ability to write poetry. The purpose of this study was to describe the increase in the ability to write poetry using environmental media in class VIII students of SMPN 13 Bandar Lampung. The method used in this research is Classroom Action Research. The research subjects were students of class VIII Semester 1 SMP Negeri 13 Bandar Lampung for the 2018/2019 academic year, totaling 31 students. Data were obtained from observer observation sheet notes on the learning process planned by the researcher, learning activity observation sheets, and test sheets to determine learning achievement. Based on the findings and discussion results for 3 cycles, learning activities from cycle 1 to cycle 2 increased 18.5%, cycle 2 to cycle 3 increased 19%. Meanwhile, learning achievement from cycle 1 to cycle 2 increased by 15%, cycle 2 to cycle 3 increased by 26%, and observations of observers who partnered with researchers showed that the average criteria were good. Thus, the use of environmental media can increase the activity and ability to write poetry for eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 13 Bandar Lampung semester 1 in Bandar Lampung TP 2018/2019
The Role of UK Communities and Leadership in Tackling Female Genital Mutilation
Female Genital Mutilation is the act of removing part or all of a woman's external genitalia, including the act of injuring a woman's genitals without medical reasons. It is estimated that more than 200 million women have undergone Female Genital Mutilation procedures. This is an international problem and concern. The practice of Female Genital Mutilation in England emerged due to the arrival of immigrants who brought this culture. The efforts made by the British government in dealing with Female Genital Mutilation are by enforcing the law in the form of creating anti-Female Genital Mutilation laws and educating the public through campaigns and community empowerment. This research was created to try to see the role of British communities and leadership in dealing with Female Genital Mutilation using comparative feminist political theory and the concept of women's rights. This research will use a qualitative descriptive research methodology. The results of this research are in the form of political policy analysis using four approaches, namely gender; policy; and welfare states, state feminism, policy implementation and making, women's movements. Effect of aloe vera on the proliferation phase of oral mucosal wound healing in rats
Aloe vera is known as a medicinal plant containing an active substance acemannan thought to play a role in accelerating wound healing. This study aims to determine the effect of aloe vera extract on the proliferation phase of oral mucosa wound healing in rats by looking at epithelial thickening, epithelial gaps closure, growth of new blood vessels, and connective tissue growth. This research is a pure experimental study with a post-test only control group design. On the left buccal mucosa of the mouth of 24 white Wistar rats (n = 24), an incision was made by scalpel with 10 mm length and 2.5 mm depth. The rats were divided into 4 groups: groups 1 and 2 as controls, while groups 3 and 4 were applied with aloe vera extract made by maceration technique. Wound tissue was observed histologically with Hematoxylin-Eosin staining under a microscope with an image analyzer for measuring the thickness of epithelium. The analysis of epithelial gap width used morphometry, and the number of capillaries was counted manually. Connective tissue thickness was measured with Image-J software. These were carried out on days 7 and 14 after treatment and the data were analyzed with the independent t-test and Mann-Whitney test. The results showed that aloe vera extract had no significant effect on epithelial thickening on day 7 (p = 0.701) nor on day 14 (p = 0.639), but a significant effect was shown on epithelial gaps closing (p = 0.049), connective tissue thickening (p = 0.004), and capillary increase on day 7 (p = 0.049). It could be concluded that aloe vera extract could potentially accelerate the epithelial gaps closure, connective tissue thickening, and capillary increase during the proliferation phase of the oral mucosa wound healing
