Enhancement in graphitization of coal tar pitch by functionalized carbon nanotubes

In this study, the influence of the addition of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) and carbon black (CB) on the graphitization temperature and microstructure of coal tar pitch (CTP) are investigated. X-ray diffraction patterns of carbon residues indicate that minimum interlayer spacing (d002) values are obtained at 2000°C for CTP/CNT. Moreover, the Raman spectrum of CTP/CNTs is similar to graphite, and the relative intensity of Raman lines shows that CTP/CB is less graphitized at 2000°C. In addition, scanning electron microscopy images show that when CB is added sample textures tend to disordered morphologies. However, CNTs, not only improve the morphology of CTP, but also act as nuclei for the growth of graphite flaky crystallites. The role of the CTP/CNT interface and the defects of CNTs on the graphitization degree are studied using transmission electron microscopy, and a mechanism for the graphitization of CTP, in the presence of CNTs, is proposed

Economic activity in the non-governmental organizations on the example of the Foundation LUCE in Bielsko-Biala

Niniejsza praca dotyczy prowadzenia działalności gospodarczej w organizacjach pozarządowych na przykładzie Fundacji LUCE w Bielsku-Białej. Określone zostały podstawowe cechy Fundacji i jej cele statutowe. Autorka skupiła się na zakresie prowadzonej działalności gospodarczej oraz ścisłego powiązania z realizacją celów statutowych. Omówione zostały również podstawy prowadzenia Fundacji oraz jej dochody. Szczegółowo zanalizowano coroczne przychody i koszty Fundacji LUCE. Praca obejmuje także tematykę obowiązkowego wpisu do KRS, zwolnień i ulg podatkowych, prowadzonej księgowość oraz uprawnień kontrolnych i nadzorczych wobec Fundacji.This thesis concerns the economic activity in the non-governmental organizations on the example of the Foundation LUCE in Bielsko-Biala. The basic features of the Foundation and its statutory goals have been defined. The author focused on the scope of business activity and close connection with the implementation of statutory goals. The author also discussed the basics of the Foundation's operation and its income. The annual revenues and costs of the LUCE Foundation were analyzed in detail. The thesis also includes compulsory subjects KRS, exemptions and tax system, conducted accounting and control and supervisory powers to the Foundation

Autorka skupiła się na warunkach prowadzenia działalności gospodarczej przez tę instytucję. Omówione zostały również podstawy prowadzenia fundacji, jej działalność w odniesieniu do systemu podatkowego oraz uprawnienia kontrolne i nadzorcze. Praca obejmuje także tematykę Organizacji Pożytku Publicznego i jej powiązań z działalnością gospodarczą. Ponadto rozważaniu zostały poddane przywileje i obowiązki organizacji posiadającej status OPP.This thesis is about running a business by foundations.
