    Kvantu skaitļoÅ”ana ir datorzinātnes apakÅ”nozare, kas balstās uz kvantu mehānikas likumiem. Kvantu vaicājoÅ”ais algoritms ir galvenais pētāmais objekts. Galvenais darba mērÄ·is ir padarÄ«t kvantu algoritma konstruÄ“Å”anu pēc iespējas vienkārŔāku. PētÄ«jumā ir aprakstÄ«ti kvantu vaicājoÅ”ie algoritmi, kas rēķina BÅ«la funkcijas uzdodot nelielu skaitu vaicājumu, un tiek piedāvāti kvantu vaicājoÅ”ie algoritmi daudzvērtÄ«gu funkciju aprēķināŔanai. Darbā ir aprakstÄ«ti vairāki efektÄ«vi kvantu algoritmi konkrētu uzdevumu veikÅ”anai. PaÅ”i nozÄ«mÄ«gākie ir kvantu vaicājoÅ”ie algoritmi ar ierobežotu kļūdu, piemēram, piedāvāts algoritms divu bitu AND BÅ«la funkcijai, kas izmanto vienu vienÄ«gu vaicājumu un izsniedz pareizu atbildi ar varbÅ«tÄ«bu 9/10. Katrai aprakstÄ«tajai funkciju kopai ir veikta pamatÄ«ga kvantu un klasiskās sarežģītÄ«bas analÄ«ze. Pēdējā pētÄ«juma daļa ir veltÄ«ta BÅ«la funkcijām ar zemas pakāpes polinomiem, kuri reprezentē dotās funkcijas. Darbā piedāvātie paņēmieni ļauj uzkonstruēt BÅ«la funkcijas ar pietiekami lielu intervālu starp funkcijas determinēto sarežģītÄ«bu un reprezentējoŔā polinoma pakāpi. Atslēgas vārdi: kvantu skaitļoÅ”ana, vaicājoÅ”ais modelis, vaicājoÅ”ais algoritms, daudzvērtÄ«ga funkcija, zemas pakāpes BÅ«la funkcijaQuantum computing is a way of computation based on the laws of quantum mechanics. The main subject of this research is a quantum query algorithm, where we pursued a major aim to make quantum algorithm design as straightforward as possible. This survey presents quantum query algorithms computing Boolean functions with a small number of queries and algorithms computing multivalued functions. Numerous quantum algorithms efficient for certain problems are described in the thesis. Bounded-error quantum algorithms are the most impressive, for example, a single-query algorithm for conjunction of two bits with the correct answer probability 9/10. Quantum versus classical algorithm complexity gap is discussed thorougly for each scope of functions. The last part of the thesis is devoted to Boolean functions with low-degree representing polynomials. Approaches presented in this work allow to design a Boolean function with a large gap between the deterministic complexity and the degree of a representing polynomial.     Nilpotent orbits and codimension-two defects of 6d N=(2,0) theories

    We study the local properties of a class of codimension-2 defects of the 6d N=(2,0) theories of type J=A,D,E labeled by nilpotent orbits of a Lie algebra \mathfrak{g}, where \mathfrak{g} is determined by J and the outer-automorphism twist around the defect. This class is a natural generalisation of the defects of the 6d theory of type SU(N) labeled by a Young diagram with N boxes. For any of these defects, we determine its contribution to the dimension of the Higgs branch, to the Coulomb branch operators and their scaling dimensions, to the 4d central charges a and c, and to the flavour central charge k.Comment: 57 pages, LaTeX2

    The object of research: National football academy of U-13 years young players nominal effect of different programs to quickness development. Relevance: Nowadays remarkable results in sports are achieved at a very early age that is why coaches require higher qualifications for new and talented children to take part in motive activities. One of the most important tasks is to explore and justify efficiency of means and methods used in training junior sportsmen and to apply these methods in practice. Impressive results can be achieved not only through thorough selection of sportsmen, not only by developing physical qualities, or by teaching technique of good performance but also by knowing the importance of training components in each sportsman and correlation between these components in different training periods (Skurvydas, 1998; Girdauskas, 2000). The aim of research: Uncover the National Football Academy U-13 soccer sports training program characteristics and dynamics of fitness. Tasks: 1. To estimate effect before sports training program to the National Football Academy U-13 soccer speed, static jump and jump with arm motion results. 2. To estimate which of sports training program had greatest impact to the National Football Academy U-13 soccer players to their speed, static jump and jump with arm motion results. 3. To compare and evaluate these results with those of other countries with equivalent research. Methods of analysis: 1. Analysis of literary sources. 2. Pedagogical experiment. 3. Testing. 4. Mathematical statistics. 5. Comparative analysis. Conclusions: 1. Static jump the average result is 32.1 cm, jump with arm motion is 38,3 cm, 30 meters from the local running is 4.72 s. 2. The most impact for speed, staic jump and jump with arm motion results dynamics had power quickness training program. 3. Our tested U-13 soccer players og static jump results after all the sports programs are consistent with Finnish soccer players 5 level. Jump with arm motion results are consistent with their 5 level. 30-meter run from the local results are consistent with their 4 level. Our tested U-13 soccer players results of static jump results after all the sports programs with Lithuanian soccer players were higher. Jump with arm motion results are lower. 30-meter run from the local results are higher

Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 58 lapām.The author of the bachelor thesis ā€œInternet access as a fundamental human right under the influence of a pandemicā€ analyses the theoretical-practical aspects of internet access and the provision of human rights in the Internet space and related risks, identifies gaps, offers improvements in the legal framework and other solutions. The application of human right standards to modern challenges is clarified in the work, the internet space as a place for the realization of rights is explored; human rights and the internet environment have been studied. As a result of the work, the hypothesis that the access to the Internet, especially in the context of a pandemic, is linked to the realization of human rights and the provision of many opportunities, and therefore access to the Internet is a fundamental human right. Such sources of reference as the literature of foreign and Latvian authors, a wide number of internet sources, Latvian and international legislation, as well as findings established in court practice were used.     The Importance of a Teacher in a Distance Education and the Progressive Methods of Teaching in a Virtual Learning Environment

    The purpose of the article is to analyze the experience of the first work years of teaching the students, who study by distance, to compare other authorsā€™ experience and to examine the advantages of Moodle virtual learning environment (VLE), searching for new applications of it. The relevance of e-learning is noted. It is affirmed that metacognitive learning strategies are typical for learning foreign languages in virtual environment. It is said that the Internet is a tool that ensures studies by distance. It is said that raising the qualification and learning by distance allows a responsible employee to improve foreign language skills while lifelong learning. VLE adaptability for teaching and studying English is being discussed. It is stated that the Internet conditions all types of methods in the virtual environment, application, and its existence expands and deepens the learning approach. In the paper it is claimed that the Moodle VLE function is to improve the learning process to ensure a high level of expertise and the objectivity of assessment. Studying in conventional way and in the virtual environment are briefly compared. Moodle virtual learning environment application objectives to learning outcomes, emphasizing the importance of the traditional teaching methods, the studentā€™s responsibility to call attention to the learning process and system characteristics are defined. It is noted that learning in the virtual environment is based on the principles of epistemology, therefore the Moodle system meets the didactic tasks. The virtual learning environment possibilities ensure a very good feedback and increase studentsā€™ motivation, and, consequently, that provides better knowledge. It is emphasized that while teaching by distance, the teacherā€™s responsibility, his role in the development of educational material and the course tasks have increased. Some specific cases for various forms of studies and exercises to perform in the Moodle e-system are given. Some statistical data demonstrate the improvement of the quality of knowledge due to the Moodle system application for training foreign language
