    Целью работы является анализ функционирования особых экономических зон в России, на примере особой экономической зоны «Янтарь» в Калининградской области. В процессе исследования были изучены теоретические основы свободных экономических зон, так же проводился анализ состояния развития и перспектив свободных экономических зон в России, анализ состояния и эффективности особой экономической зоны «Янтарь» в Калининградской области. Кроме того, проводилось исследование деятельности таможенных органов на территории вышеупомянутой особой экономической зоны. В результате исследования были выявлены проблемы, которые препятствуют эффективной деятельности особой экономической зоны «Янтарь» и деятельности таможенных органов на ее территории.The aim is to analyze the functioning of special economic zones in Russia, in particular by the example of a special economic zone "Amber" in the Kaliningrad region. During the study in the course of research theoretical bases of free economic zones have been studied, also the analysis of a condition of development and prospects of free economic zones in Russia, the analysis of a condition and efficiency of the special economic zone "Amber" in the Kaliningrad region was carried out.     Study of internal stresses in a TWIP steel analyzing transient and permanent softening during reverse shear tests.

    Recent Bauschinger-type tests conducted on a twinning-induced plasticity (TWIP) steel highlights the important contribution of internal stresses to work hardening [1]. Along this line we present Bauschinger experiments in a Fe-22Mn wt.%-0.6C wt.% TWIP steel. The mechanical behaviour upon load reversal shows transient and permanent softening effects. Determination of the internal stress from the magnitude of the permanent softening yields a contribution to work hardening of the order of 20%.     Contribution of microstructural parameters to strengthening in an ultrafine-grained Al-7%Si alloy processed by severe deformation

    An Al-7%Si alloy was severely deformed by equal channel angular pressing (ECAP) to study the refinement of the microstructure and associated changes of mechanical properties. The initial coarse dendritic structure was broken into an elongated sub-micron grain/subgrain structure, with high dislocation density, and distributed fine Si particles. The Si particles in the composite are seen to induce a high dislocation density during deformation and lead to faster structural refinement than in a monolithic alloy with the same composition as the matrix. The additional strengthening of the composite relative to the monolithic alloy is due to both the finer grain size and the high retained dislocation density.     Developing a Medical Institution Management System through Promoting Social Accountability

    The paper regards the implementation of social accountability principles into the system of medical institution management as the target of research. The process of personnel management is viewed as its research subject. The paper aims to develop the system of incentives for medical institution personnel based on the principles of social accountability. The research methods and tools applied in the study are analysis of content and internal enterprise documentation, staff member interviews and statistical methods of data processing. The expected research outcome is the implementation phase of the social accountability management system resulted in the development of the Code of corporate conduct. The article advocates the view, that the Code of Conduct should be based on the diagnosis of the state of corporate culture and motivate employees of the organization. The management team of medical institution can set their own social and reasonable quality management system, which will enable it to promote and involve staff in the process of improvement

    Effect of the Ti-6Al-4V alloy specimens crystal lattice curvature within surface layers on fatigue failure mechanisms

    In the present work the role of the crystal lattice curvature in fatigue failure of Ti-6Al-4V alloy specimens was discussed. The effect of the specimens ultrasonic treatment and further electrolytic hydrogenation on their fatigue properties was revealed. It was found that the crystal lattice curvature resulted in the fatigue durability increase due to a grain boundary sliding at the boundaries of strongly dispersed phases as well as the decrease one by reason of the brittle intermetallic phase of Ti3Al precipitation or the stabilization by hydrogen of the strong BCC ß phase depending on the Ti-6Al-4V specimens structure and phase composition

    Объектом исследования является: учебный тренажерный стенд "Горизонтальный сепаратор установки комплексной подготовки нефти". Цель работы разработать учебный тренажерный стенд "Горизонтальный сепаратор установки комплексной подготовки нефти", позволяющий исследовать методы настройки ПИД-регулятора на практике. В процессе исследования был рассмотрен принцип работы горизонтального сепаратора, составлены необходимые дифференциальные уравнения, описывающие процесс, разработаны необходимые функциональные блоки. В результате исследования был разработан собственный алгоритм реализации учебного тренажерного стенда с использованием виртуального программируемого логического контроллера.The object of the study is: a training simulator “Horizontal separator of the complex oil treatment unit”. The purpose of the work is to develop a training simulator “Horizontal separator of the complex oil treatment unit”, which allows to study the tuning methods of the PID controller in practice. During the study, the principle of operation of a horizontal separator was considered, the necessary differential equations were described that describe the process, the necessary functional blocks were developed. As a result of the study, we developed our own algorithm for the implementation of the training simulator using a virtual programmable logic controller

    Fibrin gel - advantages of a new scaffold in cardiovascular tissue engineering

    Objective: The field of tissue engineering deals with the creation of tissue structures based on patient cells. The scaffold plays a central role in the creation of 3-D structures in cardiovascular tissue engineering like small vessels or heart valve prosthesis. An ideal scaffold should have tissue-like mechanical properties and a complete immunologic integrity. As an alternative scaffold the use of fibrin gel was investigated. Methods: Preliminary, the degradation of the fibrin gel was controlled by the supplementation of aprotinin to the culture medium. To prevent tissue from shrinking a mechanical fixation of the gel with 3-D microstructure culture plates and a chemical fixation with poly-l-lysine in different fixation techniques were studied. The thickness of the gel layer was changed from 1 to 3 mm. The tissue development was analysed by light, transmission and scanning electron microscopy. Collagen production was detected by the measurement of hydroxyproline. Injection molding techniques were designed for the formation of complex 3-D tissue structures. Results: The best tissue development was observed at an aprotinin concentration of 20 μg per cc culture medium. The chemical border fixation of the gel by poly-l-lysine showed the best tissue development. Up to a thickness of 3 mm no nutrition problems were observed in the light and transmission electron microscopy. The molding of a simplified valve conduit was possible by the newly developed molding technique. Conclusion: Fibrin gel combines a number of important properties of an ideal scaffold. It can be produced as a complete autologous scaffold. It is moldable and degradation is controllable by the use of aprotini
