EXPERIENCE OF REMOTE ANALYSIS OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF CLUSTER POLICY IN REGIONAL AND SECTORAL ASPECTS
The article is written based on research in the framework of the Presidium of theRussianAcademyof Sciences' «Forecast Technological Development of Russia in view of new global integration processes, technological, economic and institutional aspects». The aim of the study was to develop and test a sociological tools remote monitoring implementation of cluster policy. The work was conducted by the authors in three stages: 1. Development of a methodology for analyzing and methods of remote sensing of primary information (2012); 2. Analiz source database on 83 regions of the country and on the oil and gas industry (2013); 3. Proverka fi ndings and conclusions based on the online survey of experts (2014). The paper presents the main results of this work at each stage of this work and concludes the possibility of using this methodology is not only scientifi c, but also for practical purposes

Automorphism groups of polycyclic-by-finite groups and arithmetic groups
We show that the outer automorphism group of a polycyclic-by-finite group is
an arithmetic group. This result follows from a detailed structural analysis of
the automorphism groups of such groups. We use an extended version of the
theory of the algebraic hull functor initiated by Mostow. We thus make
applicable refined methods from the theory of algebraic and arithmetic groups.
We also construct examples of polycyclic-by-finite groups which have an
automorphism group which does not contain an arithmetic group of finite index.
Finally we discuss applications of our results to the groups of homotopy
self-equivalences of K(\Gamma, 1)-spaces and obtain an extension of
arithmeticity results of Sullivan in rational homotopy theory
Propagation of Long-Wavelength Nonlinear Slow Sausage Waves in Stratified Magnetic Flux Tubes
The propagation of nonlinear, long-wavelength, slow sausage waves in an expanding
magnetic flux tube, embedded in a non-magnetic stratified environment, is discussed.
The governing equation for surface waves, which is akin to the Leibovich–Roberts
equation, is derived using the method of multiple scales. The solitary wave solution of the
equation is obtained numerically. The results obtained are illustrative of a solitary wave
whose properties are highly dependent on the degree of stratification
