diplomové práce Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem diplomatické ochrany a jejím poskytováním v rámci mezinárodního práva. Cílem práce je daný institut a jeho používání popsat a přiblížit jak jeho vývoj, tak jeho budoucí směřování. Práce je členěna do pěti kapitol, které postupně rozvíjí a analyzují dané téma. První kapitola vymezuje samotný pojem diplomatické ochrany a jeho obsah. Zároveň uvádí podmínky, za kterých lze diplomatickou ochranu vykonat, zabývá se jejím historickým vývojem a uvádí i některé další související právní prostředky. Druhá kapitola představuje snahy o kodifikaci diplomatické ochrany a seznamuje čtenáře s Návrhem článků o diplomatické ochraně a popisuje současnou situaci v rámci využití institutu. Třetí kapitola je zaměřena na výkon diplomatické ochrany ve prospěch fyzických osob. Uvádí v prvé řadě podmínky, za nichž je možné diplomatickou ochranu fyzickým osobám poskytnout. Čtvrtá kapitola řeší možnosti a podmínky poskytování diplomatické ochrany právnickým osobám, mimo jiné i ve světle ochrany akcionářů. Pátá a zároveň poslední kapitola srovnává institut diplomatické ochrany s lidskými právy a zároveň se zabývá odklonem úpravy ochrany mezinárodních investic od institutu diplomatické ochrany.This diploma thesis deals with the topic of diplomatic protection and it's use in the system of international law. The goal of this thesis is to describe the legal institute of diplomatic protection and how it is exercised and to describe both the historical development of the institute and it's future direction. The thesis is divided into five chapters that gradually develop and analyse the topic. The first chapter deals with the definition of the legal term diplomatic protection and it's content. It also lists the conditions under which the diplomatic protection can be exercised. Part of the chapter deals with the history of the institute and also speaks about some legal institutes similar to diplomatic protection. The second chapter summarises the efforts taken in order to codify the institute and introduces Draft Articles on Diplomatic Protection to the reader. This chapter also describes the current situation of usage of the institute. The third chapter is focused on exercising diplomatic protection on behalf of individual citizens. It's main focus is to list all the necessary conditions under which can diplomatic protection be used in those cases. The fourth chapter on the other hand deals with providing diplomatic protection to legal entities and the conditions of such provision. Leoš Janáček's Lachian Dances and their use in music education at primary school

DIPLOMOVÁ PRÁCE Lašské tance Leoše Janáčka a jejich využití v hudební výchově na 1. stupni ZŠ Eliška Mervartová ABSTRAKT Diplomová práce se zabývá Lašskými tanci Leoše Janáčka a jejich didaktickou aplikací v hudebně výchovném procesu. Teoretická část zkoumá Lašské tance prostřednictvím didaktické analýzy. Stručně popisuje hudební řeč Leoše Janáčka a její propojení s lidovou tvorbou. Praktická část diplomové práce se zaměřuje na modelové přípravy, jak aplikovat Janáčkovo dílo do hudebně výchovného procesu. Jako vzorek byli vybráni žáci mladšího školního věku (třetí a čtvrtá třída na ZŠ Vrchlického v Liberci). Výsledkem práce jsou výukové materiály, které slouží jako zdroj inspirace pro budoucí i stávající učitele hudební výchovy. The practical part of the diploma thesis is focused on the didactic interpretation of the Lachian Dances. The pupils in the age of middle childhood, specifically 3rd and 4th graders at the Vrchlického primary school in Liberec, were selected as a sample. The results of the thesis are teaching materials that serves as a source of inspiration for students of primary education and current teachers of music education. Microplate analytical method for quinones by pulse photo-irradiation and chemiluminescence detection

Quinones are widely distributed in nature and have various bioactivities. Besides, quinones are also considered as toxicological intermediates which cause severe dangerous effects. Hereby, a sensitive, simple, and rapid method is reported for quinones determination. The proposed method employed time resolved fluorescence (TRF) microplate reader based chemiluminescent (CL) detection for the first time as a novel approach for measurement. Under pulse photo-irradiation, the unique photochemical characteristic of quinones is exploited to liberate reactive oxygen species (ROS) which reacted with photosensitized CL reagent. L-012, luminol analogue, was selected for its high sensitivity. Under our investigation, para-quinones showed high CL response when compared to ortho-quinones. A linear response was obtained for studied quinone concentrations in the range of 0.05-50 μM for 1,4-naphthquinone and of 0.05-150 μM for 2-methyl-1,4-naphthoquinone (menadione) and 9,10-anthraquinone with detection limit (blank + 3SD) of 0.01 μM. The proposed method allowed the rapid determination of large number of samples in very short time (96 sample/125 s). Import 05/08/2014V předložené práci je zpracována analýza náhrad dehtové smoly v asfaltových terčích. Rešerší i dotazováním výrobce terčů bylo identifikováno jak několik alternativních látek, tak i alternativních technologií pro výrobu asfaltových terčů. Tyto alternativy jsou popsány jak z hlediska vlivu na životní prostředí, tak i z hlediska slučitelnosti se současnými dostupnými technologiemi ve výrobě asfaltových terčů. Dehtová smola je látka vzbuzující mimořádné obavy a byla zařazena do Seznamu kandidátských látek pro povolení v rámci Nařízení 1907/2006 (REACH).This thesis treats of an analysis of alternatives of pitch, coal tar, high-temp. in clay pigeons. Several alternative substances as well as alternative technologies were identified by literature search and interviews with manufacturer of clay pigeons. These alternatives were analyzed and are described from environmental perspective as well as from the point of compatibility with current manufacturing processes of clay pigeons. Immunomodulatory effect of tumor targeted polymer drugs

5 Abstract Myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSC) are a very heterogeneous population of immature, activated myeloid progenitors of neutrophils, monocytes/macrophages and dendritic cells that have not differentiated into mature forms. A common feature of these cells is the ability to suppress immune responses of T cells, NK cells, and dendritic cells. It is known that MDSC accumulate under various pathological conditions, such as chronic inflammation or cancer. In breast cancer patients, the highest MDSC counts correlate with the occurrence of metastatic foci in lung tissue. The suppressive effects of MDSCs are associated with resistance to chemotherapy, reduced effectiveness of immunotherapy and overall poor prognosis of the disease. Therefore, many studies focus on MDSC. One possibility is the differentiation of MDSC into mature populations that lose their suppressive phenotype. In this work, we focused on modulation of MDSC activity by all-trans retinoic acid (ATRA), bound to a polymer conjugate based on N-(2-hydroxypropyl)methacrylamide (HPMA). Determination of parenthood in the light of the current status of reproductive medicine

The topic of the diploma thesis is the determination of parenthood in the light of the current status of reproductive medicine. The importance of reproductive medicine is increasing in contemporary society in connection with the growing number of people suffering from infertility. Many infertile couples who have undergone reproductive medicine treatment have become parents through these methods. The question of legal parenthood in connection with the issue of assisted reproduction is the core part of the diploma thesis. The diploma thesis aims to perform a legal analysis of the determination of parenthood to a child born through assisted conception, to point out possible shortcomings in legal regulation and to recommend legislative amendments from the perspective of de lege ferenda. The first chapter explores effective legal regulation of maternity and paternity determination, defining the fundamental kinds of parenthood, because biological, genetic, social and legal parenthood should not be confused. The second chapter deals with assisted reproduction, which specifically manipulates human gametes.
