A mapping approach for configuration management tools to close the gap between two worlds and to regain trust: Or how to convert from docker to legacy tools (and vice versa)
In this paper we present the tool 'DockerConverter', an approach and a software to map a Docker configuration to various matured systems and also to reverse engineer any available Docker image in order to increase the confidence (or trust) into it. We show why a mapping approach is more promising than constructing a Domain Specific Language and why we chose a Docker image instead of the Dockerfile as the source model. Our overall goal is to enable Semantic Web research projects and especially Linked Data enterprise services to be better integrated into enterprise applications and companies

Structured feedback: a distributed protocol for feedback and patches on the Web of Data
The World Wide Web is an infrastructure to publish and retrieve information through web resources. It evolved from a static Web 1.0 to a multimodal and interactive communication and information space which is used to collaboratively contribute and discuss web resources, which is better known as Web 2.0. The evolution into a Semantic Web (Web 3.0) proceeds. One of its remarkable advantages is the decentralized and interlinked data composition. Hence, in contrast to its data distribution, workflows and technologies for decentralized collaborative contribution are missing. In this paper we propose the Structured Feedback protocol as an interactive addition to the Web of Data. It offers support for users to contribute to the evolution of web resources, by providing structured data artifacts as patches for web resources, as well as simple plain text comments. Based on this approach it enables crowd-supported quality assessment and web data cleansing processes in an ad-hoc fashion most web users are familiar with

CubeViz.js: A Lightweight Framework for Discovering and Visualizing RDF Data Cubes
In this paper we present CubeViz.js, the successor of CubeViz, as an approach for
lightweight visualization and exploration of statistical data using the RDF Data Cube vocabulary. In several use cases, such as the European Unions Open Data Portal, in which we deployed CubeViz, we were able to gather various requirements that eventually led to the decision of reimplementing CubeViz as JavaScript-only application. As part of this paper we showcase major functionalities of CubeViz.js and its improvements in comparison to the prior version
Electromagnetic Radiation from Hot and Dense Hadronic Matter
The modifications of hadronic masses and decay widths at finite temperature
and baryon density are investigated using a phenomenological model of hadronic
interactions in the Relativistic Hartree Approximation. We consider an
exhaustive set of hadronic reactions and vector meson decays to estimate the
photon emission from hot and dense hadronic matter. The reduction in the vector
meson masses and decay widths is seen to cause an enhancement in the photon
production. It is observed that the effect of -decay width on photon
spectra is negligible. The effects on dilepton production from pion
annihilation are also indicated.Comment: To appear in Nucl. Phys.
ECOLOGIZATION OF AGRICULTURE AT CATCHMENT AREAS OF LAKES IN BELARUS POOZERYE
The purpose of investigation was to validate the main ways of agriculture ecologization at catchment areas of lakes in Belarus Poozerye. The significance of soil ecological zoning of territory was shown. The necessity of the application of crops protective standards, crop rotations and soil tillage for the creation of agriculture system.179-18
Phosphatidylinositol 3-Monophosphate Is Involved in Toxoplasma Apicoplast Biogenesis
Apicomplexan parasites cause devastating diseases including malaria and toxoplasmosis. They harbour a plastid-like, non-photosynthetic organelle of algal origin, the apicoplast, which fulfils critical functions for parasite survival. Because of its essential and original metabolic pathways, the apicoplast has become a target for the development of new anti-apicomplexan drugs. Here we show that the lipid phosphatidylinositol 3-monophosphate (PI3P) is involved in apicoplast biogenesis in Toxoplasma gondii. In yeast and mammalian cells, PI3P is concentrated on early endosomes and regulates trafficking of endosomal compartments. Imaging of PI3P in T. gondii showed that the lipid was associated with the apicoplast and apicoplast protein-shuttling vesicles. Interference with regular PI3P function by over-expression of a PI3P specific binding module in the parasite led to the accumulation of vesicles containing apicoplast peripheral membrane proteins around the apicoplast and, ultimately, to the loss of the organelle. Accordingly, inhibition of the PI3P-synthesising kinase interfered with apicoplast biogenesis. These findings point to an unexpected implication for this ubiquitous lipid and open new perspectives on how nuclear encoded proteins traffic to the apicoplast. This study also highlights the possibility of developing specific pharmacological inhibitors of the parasite PI3-kinase as novel anti-apicomplexan drugs
Logarithmic corrections to black hole and black ring entropy in tunneling approach
The tunneling approach beyond semiclassical approximation has been used to
calculate the corrected Hawking temperature and entropy for various black holes
and FRW universe model. We examine their derivations, and prove that the
quantity in the corrected temperature is the explicit function of the only
free parameter (which is an auxiliary parameter defined by
). Our analysis improves previous calculations, and
indicates that the leading order logarithmic correction to entropy is a natural
result of the corrected temperature and the first law of thermodynamics.
Additionally, we apply the tunneling approach beyond semiclassical
approximation to neutral black rings. Based on the analysis, we show that the
entropy of neutral black rings also has a logarithmic leading order correction.Comment: 13 pages, rewritte
