Import 22/07/2015Cílem diplomové práce „Zaměstnanecké benefity v dopravní obchodní společnosti“ je vymezení základních pojmů v oblasti poskytování zaměstnaneckých benefitů a analýza programu zaměstnaneckých výhod v dopravní společnosti ARRIVA MORAVA a.s. V první kapitole je pojednáno o stručné charakteristice zaměstnaneckých benefitů. Druhá kapitola je věnována charakteristice společnosti ARRIVA MORAVA a.s. V poslední kapitole je popsána aplikace zaměstnaneckých výhod na středisku Železnice Desná a navržení nového vnitřního předpisu zaměstnavatele.The aim of the thesis “Employee Benefits in the Transport Business Company” is to define basic concepts in the area of providing employee benefits and to analyse the employee benefits program in a transport business company. The first chapter deals with brief characteristics of employee benefits. The second chapter is devoted to the characterization of ARRIVA MORAVA a.s. Karel Krejčí's Comparative Approaches in his Understanding of Czech and Polish Literature

The thesis documents and interprets the conflict between the literary discourses of the time on the one hand, and the specific approach of Karel Krejčí (1904-1979), comparatist, Slavist and Czech studies scholar, on the other hand. Based on the Krejčí's studies on literary history and comparative literature, as well as his participation in the methodological debates of his time, the thesis analyses the impact of this conflict on the author's literary theory method, and his work of a literary historian and comparatist in general. The analysis is based on the ambiguous reception of Krejčí's scientific work: while he is recognised as a great personality in the field of Slavic studies, he is considered an outsider in the general context of Czech literary science. The thesis describes how the author, with his methodological approach, was in opposition to the prevailing trend. As a Slavic studies scholar he criticised the 'influence science' and positivist methods employed in the field. In the period between the two world wars he inclined towards the sociology of literature, although this discipline did not become popular. While he was interested in phenomenology and formalism, he defended his 'historical-sociological' approach against structuralism, which was gaining ground. In the 1950s Krejčí wrote a...Dizertační práce zachycuje a interpretuje střety mezi literárněvědnými dobovými diskurzy na jedné straně a jednotlivcem v postavě bohemisty, slavisty a komparatisty Karla Krejčího (1904- 1979) na straně druhé. Na základě autorových literárněhistorických a komparatistických studií i jeho účasti v soudobých metodologických diskusích dizertace analyzuje, jak se tyto střety promítaly do jeho pojetí literárněvědné metody i práce literárního historika a komparatisty obecně. Vychází přitom z rozporuplné recepce Krejčího vědecké tvorby: zatímco je uznáván jako veličina slavistických studií, tak v celkovém kontextu české literární vědy zaujímá marginální pozici "outsidera". Dizertace sleduje, jak autor stál se svými metodologickými stanovisky v opozici vůči převládajícímu trendu. Adult Catechetics in the Czechoslovak Hussite Church as an Open Path of God's Word towards Modern Society

Resumé Cílem této diplomové práce bylo nastínit současný stav katechetiky v Církvi československé husitské a zároveň základní zákonitosti andragogické disciplíny jako vědy o vzdělávání dospělých. Tyto poznatky jsme zasadili do kontextu života dospělého člověka, který se pohybuje v postmoderní době a sekularizované společnosti. První kapitola se zabývala specifiky současného života a potřebami postmoderního člověka žijícího v sekularizovaném světě. Ve druhé kapitole jsme vstoupili na cestu Božího Slova. Interpretovali jsme Slovo Boží v teologii Církve československé husitské a zdůraznili personalistický rozměr vztahu člověka a Boha. Ve třetí kapitole jsme představili katechetiku jako teologickou disciplínu. Zachytili jsme její poslání, důrazy z teoretického i praktického pohledu. Navázali jsme čtvrtou kapitolou a konkrétním pojetím katechetiky v Církvi československé husitské. Zaměřili jsme se na její vývoj, legislativní zakotvení a především metody katecheze. Pátá kapitola popisuje andragogiku jako vědeckou disciplínu. Zajímal nás proces vzdělávání dospělých, prvky, které do něho vstupují. Pokusili jsme se také ukázat proces základní metodologické přípravy na vzdělávací činnost. We put these findings in the context of adult life, which is based in the postmodern era and secularized society. Support for pupils with behavior problems in the system of institutional care and counseling in the Czech Republic

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje podpoře žáků s problematickým chováním v systému ústavní a poradenské péče v České republice. Práce je zpracována jako přehledová studie sestavená z odborných pramenů, zdrojů a výzkumů. Teoretická část se zabývá problematikou poruch chování, jejich samotným vymezením, jejich klasifikací a také příčinami jejich vzniku. Pozornost je pak věnována jednotlivým orgánům poradenské a ústavní péče a také některým metodám kognitivně-behaviorální terapie, kterých se v obou péčích využívá. Součástí práce je návrh výzkumu, který je koncipován jako longitudinální. Zabývá se tím, jak klienti vnímají účinnost některých metod kognitivně-behaviorální terapie v ústavní a poradenské péči. The work has been written as a summarizing survey compiled of various academic sources and studies. The theoretical part deals with the problem of behavioural disorders, with their specification itself, with their classification and with the causes of their origin. The text then centres on the individual bodies of counseling and institutional care as well as on some of the methods of the cognitive- behavioural therapy which are used in both types of care. The thesis also constitutes of a research proposal which is devised as longitudinal. It focuses on how clients perceive the efficiency of some of the methods of cognitive-behavioural therapy in institutional care and counseling.
