Propuestas artísticas de las artes visuales del Ecuador desde la segunda mitad del siglo XX hasta la actualidad

This article is the result of a research that analyzes the most important artistic proposals of Visual Arts in Ecuador, since the second half of the twentieth century to the present. Through literature review and data collection held in the city of Guayaquil, we could determine their influence and impact on the circuit of contemporary art. The instruments used for data collection were depth interviews that were done to experts in the field. Like surveys of attendees at different artistic events (exhibitions, permanent exhibitions, seminars), allowed to establish the social interests of those proposals. The methodology was mixed approach, quantitative and qualitative data were used.Este artículo es resultado de un trabajo de investigación que analiza las propuestas artísticas más importantes de las Artes Visuales en el Ecuador, desde la segunda mitad del siglo XX hasta la actualidad. Mediante revisión bibliográfica y recolección de datos que se realizó en la ciudad de Guayaquil, se pudo determinar su influencia e impacto en el circuito del arte actual. Los instrumentos que se utilizaron para la recolección de la información fueron entrevistas a profundidad que se ejecutaron a expertos en el tema. Al igual que las encuestas realizadas a los asistentes a diferentes eventos artísticos (exposiciones, muestras permanentes, seminarios), permitió establecer los intereses sociales de dichas propuestas. The Successor Training as a Success Factor in the Management and Continuity of the Family Business

The formation of the successor is a process that begins at home from an early age, and its main objective is to preserve the family legacy and keep the company's administration in the hands of the family. The family business's continuity depends mainly on the training received by their predecessors' successors to replace them in business management when retirement them. A descriptive and cross-sectional study was carried out that identified the influence of the successors' formation to achieve success in business management and the family business's continuity. This study collected data from 15 family businesses located in southeastern Mexico. The data collection instrument used was a closed-order questionnaire that was validated using Pearson's correlation. The chi-square test of statistical independence generates the calculation of the dependency between the variables studied. The theoretical chi-square graph is the pair of variables that make up the hypothesis and its theoretical inverse function: p-value = 0.05 vs. chi-square of 1 degree of freedom to observe the intersection. In conclusion, the statistical tests yielded six variables more dependent on each other. Items three and four, four and one, and two and seven associated with 95% reliability in theoretical or critical chi and 100% reliability in observed or experimental chi. Therefore, these results found are statistically significant. It observed that the training of successors influences business management's success and the family business's continuity. This hypothesis verified an observed or experimental chi value of 5.2387 and a theoretical or critical chi of 3.8415

Estrategia didáctica para enseñar a planificar los procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje de la matemática

En este artículo se presenta una propuesta de estrategia didáctica para enseñar a planificar los procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje de la Matemática a un futuro cuerpo docente de esta asignatura considerando el enfoque integrador de las habilidades: analizar metodológicamente unidades didácticas, diseñar sistemas de clases y planificar clases. Este resulta de una investigación cuantitativa en la que se fundamenta teóricamente la habilidad profesional planificar los procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje de la Matemática, se presenta una estrategia didáctica diseñada con el objetivo de perfeccionar el proceso de formación y desarrollo de la mencionada habilidad profesional y se analizan los resultados de la aplicación de esta en la práctica

Determinantes e consequências do trabalho infantil: uma análise da literatura

This paper presents the results of a systematic review of literature that analyses one of more complex phenomena in labor market: child labor. This exercise shows that major theoretical and empirical developments are focused in the study of minor work and human capital variables relationship, specially, education and health; complex relationships because there is not a strong evidence of the negative effects of child labor on these variables. This paper outlines that with earliest literature developments, hypothesis such as "luxury axiom" have been disorted, which attributes the problem to poverty, and appear wider approaches that include imperfect market effects, migrations and transfer programs on study phenomenon.El presente artículo presenta los resultados de una revisión sistemática de la literatura que analiza uno de los fenómenos más complejos del mercado laboral: el trabajo infantil. El ejercicio muestra que los mayores desarrollos teóricos y empíricos se concentran en el estudio de la relación entre el trabajo de los menores y las variables de capital humano, en especial, la educación y la salud; relaciones complejas debido a que no existe una contundente evidencia de los efectos negativos del trabajo de los niños sobre estas variables. El documento destaca que con los desarrollos más recientes de la literatura se han desvirtuado hipótesis como el "luxury axiom", que atribuye el problema a la pobreza, y aparecen enfoques más amplios que incluyen los efectos de los mercados imperfectos, las migraciones y los programas de transferencias sobre el fenómeno de estudio.Este artigo apresenta os resultados de uma revisão sistemática da literatura que explora um dos mais complexos fenômenos do mercado de trabalho: o trabalho infantil. O exercício mostra que o maior avanço teórico e empírico orienta-se a estudar a relação entre trabalho infantil e as variáveis de capital humano, sobretudo educação e saúde. Essas relações são complexas, porque não há provas convincentes dos efeitos negativos do trabalho infantil sobre essas variáveis. O documento salienta que os avanços mais recentes na literatura têm refutado a hipóteses como "axioma de luxo", que atribui o problema à pobreza e a aparição de abordagens mais abrangentes que incluem os efeitos dos mercados imperfeitos, a migração e os programas de transferências sobre o fenômeno de estudo
