Proposal Mining of Remain Pillars on the Mine Paskov, Staříč OKD a.s.

Import 01/09/2009Bakalářská práce je tématicky zaměřena na dobývání zbytkových pilířů na ostravsko-karvinských dolech. Na Dole Paskov jsou zbytkové pilíře dobývány využitím metody dobývání dlouhými širokoprůměrovými vrty. V současné době jsou pilíře dobývány vrtacím strojem VS-SEAL-625 P2. Tato práce se zabývá nasazením stroje VS-SEAL-625 P2 v podmínkách uhelné sloje č. B4 (112) na lokalitě Chlebovice.The remain pillars mining on the Ostrava-Karviná Mines is the main topic of this work. On the Paskov Mine the remain pillars are mining by method of the long and large-diameter holes with using drilling machine VS-SEAL-625 P2 in the recent time. Gender, non-binary gender identity - a linguistic and sociological approach of francophone speakers

The thesis focuses on the issue of gender, in particular its non-binary conception, and investigates how the French language and Francophone society approach this area. The core chapters examine the multifaceted aspects of gender, incorporating sociocultural perspectives and linguistic approaches. In the first chapter, the thesis briefly scrutinizes the philosophy of language and linguistic culture in general. The second chapter explains pivotal concepts related to gender and introduces diverse cultural conceptions of gender. The third chapter describes key linguistic phenomena that pose challenges to achieving neutrality within the French language. The core of the linguistic part of the thesis is the fourth chapter, with the so-called écriture inclusive, inclusive writing, which at many points offers a solution to linguistic equality. The official forms of this approach in France and Canada are presented and its guiding principles are described. In addition, the thesis incorporates a proposal for a gender-neutral solution for the French language put forth by Florence Ashley, a legal and health activist specializing in transgender issues in Canada. The last chapter, chapter five, outlines reactions to the inclusive and gender-neutral form of the French language. Zkoumá, jak k této oblasti přistupuje francouzský jazyk a frankofonní společnost. Stěžejní kapitoly pojednávají o genderu, sociokulturním pohledu na něj a jazykovém přístupu. Práce se v první kapitole stručně věnuje filozofii jazyka a jazykové kultuře obecně. V rámci druhé kapitoly jsou vysvětleny klíčové pojmy související s genderem a jsou představena různá pojetí genderu napříč kulturami. Ve třetí kapitole jsou popsány klíčové jazykové jevy, které představují překážku v cestě za neutrálním francouzským jazykem. Jádro jazykové části práce tvoří čtvrtá kapitola s tzv. écriture inclusive, inkluzivním psaním, které v mnoha bodech nabízí řešení na jazykovou rovnoprávnost. Jsou představeny oficiální podoby této formy jazyka ve Francii a v Kanadě a popsány jeho principy. Dále práce obsahuje návrh na genderově neutrální řešení francouzského jazyka podle Florence Ashley působící v oblasti práva a zdraví transgender jedinců v Kanadě. V poslední páté kapitole jsou prezentovány reakce na inkluzivní a neutrální podobu francouzštiny. Ellipticine cytotoxicity to cancer cell lines — a comparative study

Ellipticine is a potent antineoplastic agent exhibiting multiple mechanisms of action. This anticancer agent should be considered a pro-drug, whose pharmacological efficiency and/or genotoxic side effects are dependent on its cytochrome P450 (CYP)- and/or peroxidase-mediated activation to species forming covalent DNA adducts. Ellipticine can also act as an inhibitor or inducer of biotransformation enzymes, thereby modulating its own metabolism leading to its genotoxic and pharmacological effects. Here, a comparison of the toxicity of ellipticine to human breast adenocarcinoma MCF-7 cells, leukemia HL-60 and CCRF-CEM cells, neuroblastoma IMR-32, UKF-NB-3 and UKF-NB-4 cells and U87MG glioblastoma cells and mechanisms of its action to these cells were evaluated. Treatment of all cells tested with ellipticine resulted in inhibition of cell growth and proliferation. This effect was associated with formation of two covalent ellipticine-derived DNA adducts, identical to those formed by 13-hydroxy- and 12-hydroxyellipticine, the ellipticine metabolites generated by CYP and peroxidase enzymes, in MCF-7, HL-60, CCRF-CEM, UKF-NB-3, UKF-NB-4 and U87MG cells, but not in neuroblastoma UKF-NB-3 cells. Therefore, DNA adduct formation in most cancer cell lines tested in this comparative study might be the predominant cause of their sensitivity to ellipticine treatment, whereas other mechanisms of ellipticine action also contribute to its cytotoxicity to neuroblastoma UKF-NB-3 cells

Unemployment in life of human as an anthropological problem

This diploma thesis aims at describing work and unemployment not only from the point of view of social issues, which are often exclusively associated with work and unemployment, but I would also like to focus on this issue from an anthropological point of view. Human being is a bio-psycho-socio-spiritual being, and therefore, even when considering the unemployment of a human being, we must not forget his spiritual dimension, because it would be seriously damaged by the idea of human integrity. The first chapter deals with the view of the man from the point of view of theological anthropology and informs the reader, among other things, about the concept of two selected authors. The second chapter moves from the person to work, which is another crucial topic of the diploma thesis. It deals mainly with the positive value of human work and its development in history, as well as with the problematic aspects associated with the work. The third chapter deals with unemployment. It concerns the most common problems associated with the loss of employment and focuses, among other things, on the institutions that deal with unemployment. The fourth chapter introduces to the reader the view of the Church's social learning of unemployment. It introduces the importance of work in human life by giving an example of several social encyclicals and one pastoral constitucion. The fifth chapter deals with prevention in the field of work and employment, but again from a social and also an anthropological point of view

To create such a tourism product that would not only enrich the existing tourist attractions in the region, but also attracted the respondents to this area. This bachelor thesis deals with professional preparation of clients in children's home and describes some chosen aspects, which can affect professional preparation during the stay of a client in children's home. The bachelor thesis is based on the available literature and legislative framework of institutional education. In the last chapter, the theory of professional preparation is illustrated with examples of three clients of the chosen children's home and there is an evaluation of described aspects of professional preparation in the chosen children's home
