Documentación de la Norma ISO 9001:2000 en la Unidad Oftalmológica Láser S.A.

La Unidad Oftalmológica Láser S.A. ha dedicado importantes esfuerzos en busca de mejorar la atención integral a sus pacientes, por tal motivo ha decidido realizar la documentación respectiva para alcanzar la certificación en la norma ISO 9001:2000. La Unidad Oftalmológica Láser S.A. es una IPS de carácter privado que ofrece los servicios de atención de consulta y cirugía oftalmológica, exámenes de diagnostico y apoyo, procedimientos con láser, consulta de optometría y servicio de óptica. El fin mismo de la norma ISO 9001:2000 es mejorar los procesos administrativos y operativos de la IPS con el objetivo de mejorar la calidad y la atención del usuario paciente y cliente, razón de ser de la organización. La IPS Unidad Oftalmológica Láser S.A. consta de cinco (5) áreas: Gerencial, Administrativa y financiera, Operativa-medica, Servicio de atención y orientación al usuario paciente y calidad. Se han identificado 14 procesos que integran el hacer de la IPS los cuales han sido caracterizados mediante el diagrama PHVA, de igual manera se ha creado un Manual de Descripción de Cargos, Funciones y Responsabilidades adecuándolo a la nueva realidad y necesidades de la clínica, en el se describe de forma clara lo que se busca de cada persona que integra el equipo humano de la organización. Se cuenta también con el Manual de Procedimientos y el Manual de Calidad el cual especifica de forma clara y coherente la estructura de la IPS como un sistema de gestión basado en estándares de calidad. The IPS Unit Ophthalmology Laser CORP. it consists of five (5) areas: Managerial, Administrative and financial, it Operative-prescribes, Service of attention and orientation to the patient user and quality. 14 processes have been identified that integrate making of the IPS which have been characterized by means of the diagram PHVA, in a same way it has been created a Manual of Description of Positions, Functions and Responsibilities adapting it to the new reality and necessities of the clinic, in the it is described in a clear way what is looked for of each person that integrates the human team of the organization. It is also had the Manual of Procedures and the Manual of Quality which specifies in a clear and coherent way the structure of the IPS like an administration system based in standard of quality. El Bronx, la nueva tendencia: renovación del Voto Nacional. Arquitectura + intervención + revitalización

Artículo de gradoCon este proyecto, se pretende plantear una nueva opción para mejorar las condiciones actuales en el sector del Bronx en la ciudad de Bogotá, el cual presenta graves condiciones de seguridad, consumo y tráfico de drogas, prostitución y población infantil vulnerable. Memoria metodológica del plan exportador para la pyme Agrícola Varahonda S. A. para su estrategia comercial dentro del marco del Grupo Antioquia Exporta Más

Durante el año 2015 se presenta un shock en la economía colombiana debido al bajo desempeño de las exportaciones: en los 12 meses disminuyeron en un 34,9 % -- El 2015 fue uno de los peores años para las ventas del país (Revista Dinero, 2016) -- Para atender esta situación, el Grupo Antioquia Exporta Más, iniciativa público-privada, pretende liderar la estructuración e implementación de una estrategia regional exportadora que apalanque no solo la competitividad de las pymes de la región, sino que contribuya a la meta nacional trazada para el año 2018 de llevar a las exportaciones no minero-energéticas a USD 30 000 millones; el objetivo, además, es que en esta meta Antioquia represente el 15,7 % (USD 4726 millones), según lo reportado por el Grupo Antioquia Exporta Más (2015) -- Esta estrategia también busca potenciar otros sectores y mercados más promisorios en los que el departamento juega un papel importante, ya que en materia de comercio exterior se ha caracterizado por ser dinámico y por tener una importante participación en el total del país, tanto es así que en la actualidad ocupa el primer puesto (DANE, 2016) -- A esta iniciativa se vincula la Universidad EAFIT mediante consultores reconocidos y estudiantes de posgrados, quienes intervinieron diferentes pymes cuyas exportaciones no exceden los USD 20 000 para diseñar el plan exportador con base en la metodología del Grupo Antioquia Exporta Más -- Una de las pymes seleccionadas es Productora y Comercializadora Agrícola Varahonda S. Next-to-eikonal corrections in the CGC: gluon production and spin asymmetries in pA collisions

We present a new method to systematically include corrections to the eikonal approximation in the background field formalism. Specifically, we calculate the subleading, power-suppressed corrections due to the finite width of the target or the finite energy of the projectile. Such power-suppressed corrections involve Wilson lines decorated by gradients of the background field - thus related to the density - of the target. The method is of generic applicability. As a first example, we study single inclusive gluon production in pA collisions, and various related spin asymmetries, beyond the eikonal accuracy.Comment: 34 pages, new reference added, some typos correcte

Medium-induced soft gluon radiation in DIS

We study color coherence effects on the medium-induced soft gluon radiation off an asymptotic quark hit by a virtual photon traversing a hot and dense QCD medium. The transverse momentum spectrum of the emitted gluon is computed at 1st order in the opacity expansion. The interference effects between the initial and final state radiation modify the soft gluon spectrum when a finite angle between the incoming and outgoing quarks is considered, presenting a soft divergence. Temporal Dynamics of Bose-Condensed Gases

We perform a detailed quantum dynamical study of non-equilibrium trapped, interacting Bose-condensed gases. We investigate Josephson oscillations between interacting Bose-Einstein condensates confined in a finite size double-well trap and the non-trivial time evolution of a coherent state placed at the center of a two dimensional optical lattice. For the Josephson oscillations three time scales appear. We find that Josephson junction can sustain multiple undamped oscillations up to a characteristic time scale tc without exciting atoms out of the condensates. Beyond the characteristic time scale tc the dynamics of the junction are governed by fast, non-condensed particles assisted Josephson tunnelling as well as the collisions between non-condensed particles. In the non-condensed particles dominated regime we observe strong damping of the oscillations due to inelastic collisions, equilibrating the system leading to an effective loss of details of the initial conditions. In addition, we predict that an initially self-trapped BEC state will be destroyed by these fast dynamics. The time evolution of a coherent state released at the center of a two dimensional optical lattice shows a ballistic expansion with a decreasing expansion velocity for increasing two-body interactions strength and particle number. Additionally, we predict that if the two-body interactions strength exceeds a certain value, a forerunner splits up from the expanding coherent state. We also observe that this system, which is prepared far from equilibrium, can evolve to a quasistationary non-equilibrium state

The Importance of the Process: Recommendations and Thoughts for a Colombian Teacher Training Plan Framed in Global Citizenship, Human Rights, and Peace Education

The Importance of the Process states that Global Citizenship Education, Human Rights Education, and Peace Education can significantly change the normalized violent context in Colombia. The change should start with a teacher training process. So, Teachers will go to their classrooms to educate their students with dialogue and reflection about processes and actions to move the country to a culture of peace. Thus, after reviewing current literature and interviewing educators, the research shows how it is not enough to have information and content but also to have an active, participatory, and sustainable work plan in which the importance of the educational process is respected. Finally, the study concludes that teachers must be the main protagonists and responsible for their training process. This teacher involvement means listening to their contributions, evaluating their learning, motivating their work, and respecting their process. As in other teamwork situations, for example, in sports or dance, the person who can most influence the group dynamics is a group member. Thus, to determine the importance of the teacher training process, we must let the teachers determine their training
