Research on the usefulness of social networks in marketing health services was conducted. These communities now have over one billion users worldwide and blogs, which are part of these tools, are a direct, free and dynamic marketing that appeals to consumer’s alternative. The research was aimed to determine if a blog can improve the website visibility of a company that provides health services in dentistry, to achievethis goal, a plan of virtual marketing was established, for which a blog was designed, was applied processes to improve search positioning, making 10 entries , taking care that were carried out according to key words and specific purposes, 5 Chronologicalsearches on a weekly basis to observe the behaviour of the web blog of investigation were performed. Blog design variables, positioning and demographics of visitors to the site were measured, and these results were tabulated and organized data using histograms, graphs were drawn and this information was obtained outcomes that determine if a blog an alternative that can increase the visibility of a web company that market goods or services in virtual communities, by positioning this post in the first page of the web search engine, making it a free and simple yet reliable and interactive alternative for employers and for users who consult and make decisions to purchase goods or services through this medium.Se realizó una investigación acerca de la utilidad de las redes sociales en la comercialización de los servicios de salud. Estas comunidades cuentan hoy con más de un billón de usuarios en todo el mundo y los blogs, que son parte de estas herramientas, son una alternativa directa, gratuita y dinámica de mercadeo que gusta a los consumidores. La investigación tuvo como fin, determinar cómo posicionar un blog que permita mejorar la visibilidad web de una empresa prestadora de servicios de salud en odontología. Para lograr este objetivo, se estableció un plan de mercadeo virtual, para lo cual se diseñó un blog, se le aplicó procesos de mejora de posicionamiento de búsqueda, realizando 10 entradas, cuidando que fueran realizadas de acuerdo a palabras clave y fines específicos, se realizaron 15 búsquedas cronológicas con periodicidad diaria para observar el  comportamiento web del blog objeto de la investigación. Se midieron variables de diseño del blog, de posicionamiento y de demografía de los visitantes al sitio, los datos hallados se tabularon y organizaron por medio de histogramas de frecuencia, se elaboraron gráficas y con esta información se obtuvo resultados que determinan que un blog si es una  alternativa que permite aumentar la visibilidad web de una empresa que mercadee bienes o servicios en las comunidades virtuales, al posicionar este blog en la primera página del buscador web, convirtiéndolo en una alternativa gratuita y sencilla para los empresarios y a la vez confiable e interactiva para los usuarios que consultan y toman decisiones de compra de bienes o servicios por este medio

Internal communication and participation in quality management systems diagnosis in two Colombian public organizations

This document addresses the diagnosis of the internal communication management versus its role to promote the participation of the servers in the implementation of the quality management systems of two public entities that implemented this management tool under the Norma Técnica de Calidad NTCGP 1000: 2009, which was created to comply with what was established in Law 872 of 2003, regarding the implementation of a Quality Management System applicable to the executive branch of public power and other Entities providing services, in the Colombian government sector. This article presents the results derived from the diagnosis developed to determine the role of internal communication as an essential part of the implementation process of the management systems in the two entities under study and their incidence in the participation of public servants in the Taking as its starting point the analysis of the practices, contents and developments of the communication in these two institutions, to determine their integration and alignment with the strategies and with the policy and quality objectives. For this purpose, internal communication was analyzed from its strategic, operative, cultural and learning dimensions and considering factors such as understanding, commitment, awareness, sense of belonging and incidence which, according to the theoretical referents adopted, constitute determinants to facilitate the participation of the employees within its organization and in its SGC. As a result of this research, we present the main conclusions about the description of internal communication dynamics found in the studied entities, the conclusions of the measurement aspects associated with the participation of public servants in the implementation of their systems Of quality management and in addition, the research instruments are presented as a contribution to the understanding of the communicative reality and its relation with the culture of quality, as well as bases for the presentation of methodological alternatives that facilitate the development of the systems of Quality management through the participation of public servants in the Colombian government sector

Mejoramiento de la poscosecha del cacao a partir del roadmapping

El presente artículo muestra la metodología y los resultados que condujeron a la elaboración de las estrategias de desarrollo tecnológico de la poscosecha del cacao, que surgieron de la identificación de problemas como la deficiente calidad del cacao y la insuficiente fermentación del grano para los requerimientos del mercado internacional, los cuales evidenciaron el bajo desa-rrollo tecnológico en el beneficio en las principales zonas productoras de Colombia. Frente a esta situación, el uso de una me-todología para la gestión tecnológica como el roadmapping orienta a la formulación de estrategias para el desarrollo tec-nológico de la poscosecha del cacao. El proceso metodológico implementado involucró la participación continua de expertos en el enriquecimiento y la validación de los resultados durante la implementación de cuatro fases: i) análisis de desempeño, ii) análisis de brechas, iii) estructuración del roadmapping, y iv) formulación de estrategias de desarrollo tecnológico para la pos-cosecha del cacao. Los resultados obtenidos en esta investigación se encaminan a mejorar la competitividad del sector cacao-tero colombiano en los mercados interno y externo.This article presents the methodology and results which led to preparing post-harvesting technological development strategies for cocoa management which emerged from identifying problems such as deficient cocoa quality and insufficient fermentation of the beans according to international market requirements as shown in the poor technological development in Colombia’s main co-coa producing areas. This situation led to using a technological management tool such as roadmapping orientated towards for-mulating strategies for the technological development of cocoa postharvest management. The methodological process so im-plemented involved experts’ ongoing participation in enriching and validating results whilst four phases were implemented: per-formance analysis, gap analysing, structuring roadmapping and formulating cocoa postharvest technological development stra-tegies. The results obtained in this investigation were directed towards improving Colombian cocoa sector competitiveness in in-ternal and external markets

\u3cem\u3eHelicobacter pylori\u3c/em\u3e infection in Havana, Cuba. Prevalence and \u3cem\u3ecagA\u3c/em\u3e status of the strains

There is a great paucity of information about Helicobacter pylori infection in the countries of the Caribbean basin. Almost no studies have been performed to determine the prevalence, antibiotic resistance or virulence factors of the bacterium. To measure the prevalence of H. pylori infection among patients attending endoscopy in three clinics in Havana, Cuba, to evaluate clarithromycin resistance, and to determine the cagA status of the strains obtained. Endoscopy was performed and biopsies were obtained from 117 successive patients attending the Institute of Oncology, the Institute of Gastroenterology, and the Calixto Garcia Hospital in Havana, Cuba. Biopsies were maintained at –70 ºC before being cultured on three different media (two selective and one non-selective) and incubated for 7 days at 37 °C under a microaerobic atmosphere. The presence of H. pylori was identified by oxidase, catalase and urease activities. DNA was extracted, and PCR was performed with primers H2761676 which amplify a 397 bp fragment of the cagA gene. Clarithromycin susceptibility was measured by the gel diffusion method. The diagnoses of patients were: 1 gastric carcinoma; 19 duodenal ulcers; 8 gastric ulcers; and 89 non-ulcer dyspepsia, including (62) gastritis, (9) hiatal hernia,(2) biliary reflux, (1) gastric polyps, and (15) no abnormality. Among the 117 biopsies tested, 83 were H. pylori positive (70.9%). The cagA status determined for 35 cases gave a positive result in 31 cases (88.5%). Only 3% of the strains were resistant to clarithromycin. The prevalence of Helicobacter pylori infection in the symptomatic population of La Habana is the same as reported for other developing countries. Most strains were cagA positive and are likely harbour the cag pathogenicity island. The low resistance to clarithromycin in the strains studied probably reflects the low degree of use of the antibiotic in this population

La imagen y la narrativa como herramientas para el abordaje psicosocial en escenarios de violencia. Municipios de Colombia como: Bucaramanga (Santander), Puerto Tejada (Cauca), Santiago de Cali (Valle del Cauca), Bucaramanga (Santander) y Spartanburg (Estados Unidos)

El objetivo principal de este trabajo es el reconocimiento conceptual de los enfoques narrativos y el análisis de propuestas de estrategias de acompañamiento psicosocial en escenarios de violencia. En segundo lugar nos introduce en el tema de la foto voz como una importante estrategia de pedagogía social que puede favorecer procesos de participación, movilización y empoderamiento en diferentes contextos. Para tal propósito este trabajo se divide en tres partes: La primera se presenta a partir de un caso llamado Relato 2 Gloria la historia de una familia cartagenera que vivía en Nariño la cual padeció el desplazamiento ocasionado por los delincuentes alzados en armas, en la cual se expone una reflexión y formulación de preguntas estratégicas, circulares y reflexivas orientadas hacia un acercamiento psicosocial ético y proactivo en la superación de las condiciones de victimización alrededor de este relato. La segunda se analiza el caso de los pobladores de Pandurí teniendo en cuenta diferentes aspectos como las variables psicosociales que surgieron por el ataque de los alzados en armas, la estigmatización de las víctimas, las acciones de apoyo y las estrategia psicosociales para enfrentar la difícil situación, para lo cual se proponen tres estrategias de acompañamiento: (a) estrategia de intervención clínica con enfoque terapéutico individual, familiar y grupal, (b) estrategia con enfoque lúdico que incluya herramientas artísticas y culturales donde se trabajen narrativas y la recuperación emocional desde expresiones diversas, (c) estrategia participativa tipo alianza para el cambio social. Y por último, se presenta un informe analítico y reflexivo de la experiencia de foto voz la cual permite, a través de imágenes, representar y reconocer desde la realidad y de manera simbólica la situación de violencia sufrida por la guerra interna en Colombia. Se explicita esta estrategia como el proceso de captura de imágenes de diferentes ámbitos que reflejan las percepciones relativas a la violencia de los diferentes participantes en esta actividad. Las interpretaciones de las fotografías son diversas dependiendo del simbolismo y las vivencias de los observadores, lo cual depende también de las narrativas que han sido manejadas en los diferentes escenarios.The document main objective is the conceptual recognition of the narrative approaches and the analysis of proposals as psychosocial accompaniment strategies applied in violence scenarios. In the second place, it introduces us to the topic of photo-voice as an important strategy of social pedagogy that may work as a motor for processes of participation, mobilization and empowerment in different contexts. With that purpose, this document it's divided in three parts: The following is presented from the case called Relato 2 Gloria, the story of a family from Cartagena who was forced displaced by armed groups, in which is exposed a reflection and formulation of strategic, circular and reflective questions oriented towards an ethical and proactive psychosocial approach in overcoming the victimization conditions in this case. On the other hand, the Pandurí case is analyzed taking in to account different aspects such as the psychosocial variables that arose from the attack of armed groups, the stigmatization of the victims and the support actions and the psychosocial strategies to face the difficult situation, that is why three strategies are proposed: (a) clinical intervention strategy with individual, familiar and in group therapeutic approach, (b) strategy with playful approach that includes artistic and cultural tools where from diverse expressions, narratives and the emotional recuperation are worked, (c) alliance-type participative strategy for social change. Finally, an analytical and reflective report of the photo-voice experience is presented which allows, through images to represent and recognize from the reality and in a symbolic way the situation of violence suffered in Colombia caused by the internal war. This strategy is explained as the image capturing process in different areas that reflect the perceptions related to violence of the different participants in this activity. The interpretations of the photographs are diverse depending on the symbolism and the experiences of the observers, which also depends on the narratives that have been managed in different scenarios

Proyecto de investigación mejoramiento de la práctica pedagógica investigativa de los docentes en formación de los cursos de extensión en inglés de la universidad libre
