    The efficiency of the GHP formalism combined with the power of the computer system xAcT enables an exhaustive systematic analysis to be made of Petrov D vacuum spaces. This gives a complete involutive set of tables for the four GHP derivatives on each of the four GHP spin coefficients and the one Weyl tensor component. It follows directly from these results that the theoretical upper bound on the order of covariant differentiation of the Riemann tensor required for a Karlhede invariant classification of these spaces is reduced to two.(undefined

    Entanglement structure of quantum fields through local probes

    We present a framework to study the entanglement structure of a quantum field theory inspired by the formalism of particle detectors in relativistic quantum information. This framework can in principle be used to faithfully capture entanglement in a QFT between arbitrary-shaped regions of spacetime without encountering UV divergences, bypassing many of the issues typically present in other approaches. Our results also establish the limits of the efficiency of entanglement harvesting, and may also be used to motivate an operational definition of entanglement between spacetime subregions in field theory.Comment: 21 pages, 7 figures.     Mapping of landslide susceptibility of coastal cliffs : the Mont-Roig del Camp case study

    The weathered and fractured conglomerate cliffs of Mont Roig del Camp constitute a rock fall hazard for the surrounding pocket beaches and, therefore, for the population that frequent them, especially over the summer. Landslide susceptibility of the cliff has been assessed using the Rock Engineering System method (RES). The determinant and triggering factors considered in this study include: wave exposure, shoreline variations, cliff height, cliff slope, geotechnical quality of the rocky mass, superficial runoff and cliff orientations favoring landslides. Geographic Information Systems (GIS) have been employed to facilitate the information analysis and generate new susceptibility maps. The quality of the rock mass and cliff orientation are the most interactive factors for the stability of the cliff. However, shoreline variations and surface runoff are the most dominant factors in the system. Thus, the quality of the rock mass has been determined to be a basic variable in the cliff characterization because of its high dependence on the variations of the remaining factors. The landslide susceptibility map depicts a predominance of surfaces with moderate degrees of susceptibility concentrated mainly in the headlands, where the combined actions of subaerial and marine processes control the weathering and eroding processes. Therefore, the landslide susceptibility assessment based on this methodology has allowed the identification of hazardous areas that should be considered in future management plans

    The muscle Peroneus Longus is a major stabilizer of the first metatarsal bone in dynamics, since by its plantarflexor action stabilizes the bone segment to anchor the the floor and allow in this way, the correct mobility of the first metatarsophalangeal joint in the phase of toe off.     Fully Relativistic Entanglement Harvesting

    We study the protocol of entanglement harvesting when the particle detectors that harvest entanglement from the field are replaced by fully relativistic quantum field theories. We show that two localized modes of the quantum field theories are able to harvest the same amount of leading order entanglement as two non-relativistic particle detectors, thus implying that QFT probes can generally harvest more entanglement than particle detectors. These results legitimize the use of particle detectors to study entanglement harvesting regardless of their internally non-relativistic nature.Comment: 17 pages, 3 figures. RevTeX 4.

    ObjetivosValorar la precisión del monitor de grasa corporal por impedancia bioeléctrica OMRON BF 300 y validar su medición del porcentaje de grasa corporal (%GC) frente a la ecuación de Siri. Diseño. Estudio descriptivo, transversal.EmplazamientoAtención primaria. Centros de Salud Coronel de Palma y San Fernando, Móstoles.ParticipantesEn la valoración de la precisión del monitor participaron 88 personas y 91 en la validación.Mediciones y resultados principalesLas determinaciones de %GC se realizaron por triplicado, anotándose la media. La precisión se evaluó mediante el coeficiente de correlación intraclase (CCI) y el coeficiente de variación (CV). La validez, mediante el error técnico, el CCI y el método de Bland-Altman. En la ecuación de Siri la densidad corporal se calculó con la ecuación de Durnin-Womersley. Precisión: el CCI fue de 0,999 y el CV de 0,4 ± 0,03. Validación: la diferencia de %GC monitor (26,6 ± 9,1%) – ecuación de Siri (27,8 ± 8,2%) fue de –1,27% (p < 0,01; IC del 95%, –1,97 a –0,57), el error técnico del monitor del 2,2% y el CCI de 0,956 (IC del 95%, 0,9335–0,9710), situándose un 80,2% de las diferencias monitor – ecuación por debajo del 5%, con un intervalo de concordancia por el método de Bland-Altman de +5,45 a –7,99%.ConclusionesEl monitor OMRON BF 300 satisface los criterios de precisión (CCI > 0,95 y CV bajo) y validación (error técnico excelente, CCI > 0,75 y diferencias clínicamente aceptables) y supone una alternativa válida a los pliegues cutáneos en la valoración nutricional del paciente.ObjectivesTo assess the accuracy of the OMRON BF 300 body fat monitor using bioelectric impedance and to validate its measurement of body fat percentage (BF%) against the Siri equation.DesignCross-sectional descriptive study.SettingPrimary care. In the Siri equation, body density was calculated through the Durnin-Womersley equation. Precision: ICC was 0.999 and CV 0.4 ± 0.03. Validation: the difference between the BF% monitor (26.6 ± 9.1%) and the Siri equation (27.8 ± 8.2%) was –1.27% (p < 0.01; 95% CI –1.97 to –0.57); the technical error of the monitor was 2.2% and of the ICC 0.956 (95% CI, 0.9335–0.9710).     Breit interaction effects in relativistic theory of the nuclear spin-rotation tensor

    In this work, relativistic effects on the nuclear spin-rotation (SR) tensor originated in the electronnucleus and electron-electron Breit interactions are analysed. To this end, four-component numerical calculations were carried out in model systems HX (X=H,F,Cl,Br,I). The electron-nucleus Breit interaction couples the electrons and nuclei dynamics giving rise to a purely relativistic contribution to the SR tensor. Its leading order in 1/c is of the same value as that of relativistic corrections on the usual second order expression of the SR tensor considered in previous work [I. A. Aucar, S. S. Gómez, J. I. Melo, C. G. Giribet, and M. C. Ruiz de Azúa, J. Chem. Phys. 138, 134107 (2013)], and therefore it is absolutely necessary to establish its relative importance. For the sake of completeness, the corresponding effect originating in the electron-electron Breit interaction is also considered. It is verified that in all cases these Breit interactions yield only very small corrections to the SR tensors of both the X and H nuclei in the present series of compounds. Results of the present work strongly suggest that in order to achieve experimental accuracy in the theoretical study of the SR tensor both electron-nucleus and electron-electron Breit effects can be safely neglected.Fil: Aucar, Ignacio Agustín.
