    Pengelolaan Pembelajaran di SD Negeri 3 Sragen Tahun 2011

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1) pengelolaan perencanaan pembelajaran di SD Negeri 3 Sragen, (2) pengelolaan pelaksanaan pembelajaran di SD Negeri 3 Sragen, (3) pengelolaan pelaksanaan evaluasi pembelajaran di SD Negeri 3 Sragen. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang menerapkan pendekatan etnografi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengambil lokasi di SD Negeri 3 Sragen. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan credibility (validitas internal), transferability (validitas eksternal), dependability (reabilitas), confirmability (obyektivitas). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebelum melaksanakan pembelajaran guru menyusun Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran sesuai silabus. Format Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran meliputi: identitas, standar kompetensi, kompetensi dasar, indikator, tujuan pembelajaran, materi pokok, metode pembelajaran, langkah-langkah kegiatan pembelajaran, alat dan sumber bahan, alat peraga, alokasi waktu dan penilaian. Pembelajaran di kelas di dipengaruhi tata ruang terutama pengaturan tempat duduk dan kondisi ruang yang bersih dan rapi. Langkah-langkah kegiatan pebelajaran yang dilaksanakan guru yaitu: kegiatan awal (pendahuluan); kegiatan inti: eksplorasi, elaborasi, dan konfirmasi; serta yang terakhir kegiatan penutup. Metode yang digunakan bervariasi disesuaikan dengan materi dan media yang digunakan. Proses pembelajaran diselenggarakan secara interaktif, inspiratif, menyenangkan, menantang, memotivasi peserta didik agar berpartisipasi aktif dalam pembelajaran atau pembelajaran aktif kreatif dan menyenangkan. Media, sarana prasarana pembelajaran yang dimiliki cukup lengkap untuk memudahkan guru dalam proses pembelajaran. Evaluasi pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan guru SD Negeri 3 Sragen terdiri dari pre test atau evaluasi awal, evaluasi ketika proses pembelajaran sedang berlangsung, dan post test atau evaluasi akhir. Teknik evaluasi yang digunakan adalah test dan non-test. Bentuk evaluasi yang digunakan adalah test dengan pilihan ganda, isian, dan essay (uraian), dan non-test dengan angket. Fungsi evaluasi yang dilaksanakan sebagai feed back atau umpan balik, dan untuk mengukur sejauh mana siswa dapat menerima materi yang sudah disampaikan. Tindak lanjut yang dilaksanakan berupa remidi diberikan pada siwa yang nilainya tidak mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal, pengayaan diberikan pada siswa yang nilainya sudah mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal

Their everyday life is colored by just wrestling with fish on the coast of Ujung Lero. The community of fishermen women makes the work of Pandulung as the main focus of family life. This community is interesting to be empowered and researched, because it has good potential, interests, and opportunities for the future. However, the great interest and opportunity to change from the economic downturn has not been matched by adequate knowledge and understanding. Therefore, as a recommendation, the involvement of various stakeholders in depth is needed to raise the problem of economic downturn towards better economic independence

    Quality education is of great concern to many people around the world. In the highly competitive education sector, the success of Islamic boarding schools depends on the quality of education. Total Quality Management (TQM) is a reference for managing quality-based educational institutions. Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Ponorogo is one of the Islamic boarding school educational institutions that now exists and has produced active graduates. This cannot be separated from good and quality education management. This study aims to analyze and reveal a TQM-based quality strategy at  Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor. Based on the study, it was found that the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) in Islamic boarding schools is carried out by promoting "quality" as a business strategy oriented towards customer satisfaction based on Islamic religious values. For this purpose, quality tools and techniques are used to identify and solve problems creatively to achieve quality in Islamic boarding schools. The study concluded that Total Quality Management (TQM) can be a strategy for managing quality-based Islamic boarding schools

    The purpose of this study is to analyse the moral preservation efforts of Pondok Pesantren Syaichona Moh. Cholil Bangkalan in educating students through the teachings of Tarekat Syadziliyah. Pondok Pesantren Syaichona Moh. Cholil Bangkalan has a uniqueness in its method; namely, all students who are still teenagers actively follow the amaliyah of Tarekat Syadziliyah. The research method used is a qualitative approach with the type of case study, which describes how the internalisation of Tarekat Syadziliyah values affects the moral formation of santri. Research data were obtained through interviews, observations, and collection of documentation data related to the research subject. Data validity test was conducted using the triangulation technique. The results of this study explain two main aspects—first, the morals of students developed at the Syaichona Moh. Cholil Bangkalan Islamic Boarding School include morals towards God, the Prophet Muhammad, personal morals, morals in the family, and state morals. Second, the internalisation of Tarekat Syadziliyah values in shaping the morals of santri is carried out through faith, amaliyah, scientific, moral, and social education. Through this approach, Syaichona Moh. Cholil Bangkalan Islamic Boarding School has succeeded in forming good santri morals and contributing to the formation of their character as individuals with noble morals

    Religion is a very sacred and sensitive matter, every regulation and religious activity organized by the school will be more fully complied with and the implementation will be more effective. The implementation of religious activities in schools is often associated with efforts to build the character and spirituality of students so that they become more religious and Islamic. This study was conducted through field research using a descriptive qualitative approach at MTs Darul Hasan Lajing Arosbaya Bangkalan. The results of the research findings explained that the dhuha and midday prayer programs in congregation are implementation practices that are proven to build an attitude of love for God, discipline, and istiqomah in students at school. The love for Allah SWT is realized by the more active the students carry out ritual activities both sunnah and obligatory. Meanwhile, disciplined behavior is shown by the more orderly and diligent participation of students in learning and religious activities both at school and in the community. This discipline brings istiqomah behavior, tawadu', cooperation, and mutual respect between friends, and cares more about the surrounding environment. This change in behavior is a real portrait of lifelong education that emphasizes the spiritual transformation of students

    Learning model Resource Based Learning exposes students to various learning resources. The purpose of this study was to determine the critical thinking and mathematical communication skills of students of SMP 2 Pubian Central Lampung. The research method used is the Quasy Experimental Design with Post-test Control Group Design and the sampling technique used in this study is. The homogeneity test uses thetest multivariateof analysis , statistical test research shows that the p-value is smaller than the test criteria (0.000 <0.05) with the significance level of the test criteria, namely 5% or 0.05, in other words it can be concluded that the ability to think critically and Mathematical communication applied with thelearning model Resource Based Learning is better than the critical thinking skills and mathematical communication applied with conventional learning

    PEMANFAATAN TEPUNG BUAH LINDUR (Bruguiera gymnorrhiza) DALAM PEMBUATAN CRACKERS DENGAN PENAMBAHAN GLUTEN

    Crackers adalah salah satu jenis biskuit terbuat dari tepung terigu, lemak dan garam yang difermentasi dengan yeast dan adonan dibuat berlapis-lapis, kemudian dipotong dan dipanggang (Manley, 1983).Pembuatan crackers buah lindur merupakan salah satu upaya penganekaragaman produk crackers maupun hasil olahan buah lindur. Tepung buah lindur terbuat dari bahan dasar buah lindur yang mempunyai kelebihan yaitu sumber karbohidrat, serat yang tinggi, dan kandungan mineral, serta kandungan zat warna alam yang berwarna kecoklatan. Tepung buah lindur hanya mengandung 1,427% protein, sehingga dalam pembuatan crackers buah lindur dilakukan dengan proporsi tepung terigu dan perlu ditambahkan gluten yang komponen utamanya adalah protein agar adonan tidak mudah pecah dan menahan gas CO2 selama fermentasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh proporsi tepung terigu:tepung buah lindur dan penambahan gluten yang paling baik terhadap sifat fisik, kimia dan organoleptik crackers buah lindur. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) pola faktorial yang terdiri dari 2 faktor dengan 3 kali ulangan, faktor I adalah proporsi tepung terigu:tepung buah lindur (70:30, 60:40, 50:50 %) dan faktor II adalah penambahan gluten (10%, 12%, 14%). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan terbaik terdapat pada perlakuan proporsi tepung terigu:tepung buah lindur 70:30 (%) dan penambahan gluten 14%, yang menghasilkan crackers buah lindur dengan rendemen 64,800 %, kadar air 3,4483%, kadar protein 9,7446%, kadar serat kasar 2,5224%, kadar amilopektin 17,1463, daya patah (tekstur) 0,2805 (N/cm2) serta uji organoleptik yang meliputi rasa 3,95/netral, warna 4,2/suka, tekstur 4,3/suka dan aroma 3,7/netral.Hasil analisis finansial pada perlakuan terbaik menunjukkan nilai BEP sebesar 19,5136% dari total produksi, NPV sebesar Rp. 214.605.456 dan Payback Period 2,11 tahun dengan Benefit Cost Ratio sebesar 1.1636 dan IRR 22,43%, (dengan tingkat suku bunga 20%)
