Derecho y justicia : Análisis crítico del positivismo jurídico de Herbert Lionel Adolphus Hart

La presente investigación busca determinar la naturaleza del vínculo entre la justicia y el Derecho en la perspectiva del positivismo jurídico de H. L. A. Hart. Para ello se explican los conceptos más relevantes que comporta el Derecho y cuál es la relación de cada uno de ellos con la justicia, para determinar si dicha conexión es necesaria o contingente. Lo que se intenta mostrar es que la justicia sí es inherente al concepto de Derecho y que ella consiste en el respeto a las diferencias, tanto entre sistemas normativos como entre los sujetos al interior de los mismos

Poder de mercado en mercados spot de generación eléctrica: metodología para su análisis

Después de analizar las experiencias internacionales relacionadas con el monitoreo y control de poder de mercado, se establece una metodología acorde a las características del pool eléctrico en Colombia, la cual permite hacer seguimiento sobre comportamientos estratégicos respecto al precio en bolsa en este mercado. Se propone un modelo exponencial para la función de oferta en el pool basado en un modelo de precios spot, explicado por los costos, las condiciones climáticas, las intervenciones de la Comisión de Regulación de Energía y Gas, la demanda diaria, las cantidades generadas y el precio histórico. Por medio de una convolución (técnica similar a la de un Filtro de Kalman) sobre los precios históricos se estiman los parámetros y elasticidades dinámicas asociadas a las cantidades que determinan el comportamiento del precio en bolsa. A su vez, estas estimaciones son utilizadas en la estructura de beneficios en un modelo de Cournot, de competencia en cantidades, que evidencia el efecto positivo, vía disminución del precio de bolsa, de mayores niveles de contratos a futuros en el pool eléctrico colombiano

Co-word analysis and academic performance from the Australasian Journal of Educational Technology in Web of Science

This study has been funded by the I+D+i project: Active methodologies for learning through technological resources for the development of society; code: CNT 4315.Since its inception in 1985, the Australasian Journal of Educational Technology (AJET) has been dedicated to the diffusion of studies on the integration of technology in higher education. Its track record in this field has placed it in the first quartile of the Scimago Journal & Country Rank. The objective of the study was to reveal to the scientific community the journey and evolution that this journal has had throughout its existence in Web of Science. A bibliometric methodology was used, supported by a scientific mapping from a unit of analysis of 798 documents. For this reason, a co-word analysis can be a fundamental tool for understanding the characteristics of their production and their impact on the scientific community. There is an evident progressive evolution of the studies published in the Australasian Journal of Educational Technology, with a first phase focused on the design and implementation of educational technology in learning environments, a second phase focused on the enrichment of technology and its acceptance within the processes of teaching and learning, and finally a stage focused on student and teacher perceptions of the implementation of technology in the educational context.I+D+i project: Active methodologies for learning through technological resources for the development of society CNT 431

Attitudes Towards the Development of Good Practices with Augmented Reality in Secondary Education Teachers in Spain

The attitude of the teaching staff is positioned as a fundamental aspect for the development of good training practices. These good practices are essential when applied within an innovative techno-pedagogical methodology: augmented reality in education. The objectives of this study are to analyze the development of good teaching practices with augmented reality and to discover the factors that influence their quality. A descriptive and correlational design has been carried out. A total of 1490 Spanish Secondary Education teachers have participated. The instrument used was the adaptation to the Spanish context of the questionnaire of the Attitude Scale of Augmented Reality Applications. The results reveal that teachers show a positive attitude towards the use of augmented reality. As for the aspects that influence the good attitude of teachers are age, the number of devices teachers use, the time they dedicate to technological resources and teaching experience. Utilización de materiales plásticos reciclados para conformación de aglomerados de polietileno en procesos constructivos

En el documento se desarrollan bloques con polietileno reciclado (plástico) para la construcción de muros que no sean de carga importante, a diferentes dosificaciones generadas con la combinación de las resinas del polietileno de alta, media y baja densidad y el adherente (Kola). Bases biológicas del deterioro de la función cognitiva inducido por los tratamientos antineoplásicos

Often patients treated with chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy suffer memory and attention problems. The exact mechanisms of action are unknown, although several explanations have been proposed. Both chemotherapy and radiotherapy have a direct toxic effect in the CNS, especially neural progenitor cells and the glia, which are responsible for maintaining neurogenesis in the hippocampus and white matter integrity. Besides the treatments can induce vascular damage in the brain, altering the immune response mediated by cytokines, and hormonal changes secondary to either chemotherapy or hormone therapy itself. The intensity of these effects would be modulated by several genetic factors that influence the ability of neuronal repair, pharmacodynamics and activity of neurotransmitters.A menudo los pacientes que reciben tratamiento con quimioterapia y/o radioterapia presentan problemas de memoria y de atención. Se desconocen los mecanismos exactos por los que esto se produce, aunque se han propuesto diversas explicaciones. Tanto la quimioterapia como la radioterapia poseen una acción tóxica directa en el SNC, especialmente sobre las células progenitoras neurales y las de la glía, que son las responsables de mantener la neurogénesis del hipocampo y la integridad de la sustancia blanca. A ello cabe añadir el daño que pueden inducir los tratamientos en la vascularización cerebral, la alteración de la respuesta inmune mediada por citoquinas, y los cambios hormonales ya sean secundarios a la quimioterapia o a la propia hormonoterapia. La intensidad de estos efectos estaría modulada por diversos factores genéticos que influyen sobre la capacidad de reparación neuronal, la farmacodinamia y la actividad de los neurotransmisores

Evaluation of the small ruminants cystic ovarian disease using transrectal ultrasonography

A transrectal ultrasonic method using a 7.5 MHz linear-array transducer was used in 194 ewes and 39 goats to study the characteristc of cystic ovaries. Cystic structures found on the ovaries include follicular cysts and luteinised cysts. Follicular cysts showed up as non-echogenic structures with a 1.5 ± 0.4 cm diameter. The cysts luteinised showed an echogenic rim of tissue, ranging from 2- 3 mm, around the cyst; the central cavity was 1±0.2 cm. In total, 4.1 percent of ewes and 5.1 percent of goats exhibited follicular cysts. Only 1 percent of ewes and 2.6 percent of goats showed luteinised cysts. In conclusion, the results demonstrated that transrectal ultrasonography provides a noninvasive form of visual access to the ovary from small ruminants, to evaluate pathological changes before the aplication of superovulation treatments and embryo transfer.Se ha realizado un estudio de las características ecográficas de estructuras quísticas ováricas en 194 ovejas y 39 cabras de diferentes razas y procedentes de distintas zonas geográficas, con el objeto de valorar la ecografía transrectal con sondas de alta resolución (7,5 MHz) como criterio de selección de animales destinados a programas de superovulación y recogida de embriones. Los quistes foliculares tenían una incidencia de presentación del 4,1 p.100 en las ovejas y del 5,1 p.100 en las cabras, presentándose ecográficamente con una morfología esférica anecoica de 1,5±0,4 cm de diámetro, con paredes finas y generalmente bien definidas. Los quistes luteínicos tuvieron una presentación del 1 p.100 en las ovejas y del 2,6 p.100 en las cabras. Ecográficamente se caracterizaban por presentar una cavidad central anecógena 1±0,2 cm, rodeada por un anillo ecogénico de 2-3 mm de espesor. No había diferencias significativas en la frecuencia de presentación de quistes ováricos entre ambas especies. Los resultados muestran que la ecografía transrectal con sondas de alta resolución permite la realización de un diagnóstico eficaz de la patología quística ovárica en los pequeños rumiantes, siendo recomendable esta metodología en la selección de hembras donantes y receptoras
