Estudio neuroconductual en sujetos laboralmente expuestos a plaguicidas

El objetivo de este trabajo fue seleccionar una batería de pruebas neuroconductuales para el diagnóstico de neurotoxicidad en sujetos laboralmente expuestos a plaguicidas. Se estudiaron dos grupos: floricultores expuestos (E) y sujetos no expuestos o testigo (T), acoplados en nivel sociocultural, edad y sexo. Se aplicaron los siguientes instrumentos: la escala de Inteligencia para Adultos (WAIS), la prueba de Retención Visual de Benton, una batería neuropsicológica y un cuestionario que explora síntomas y signos de interés. Los síntomas más frecuentes fueron: cefaleas, deficiencias de memoria, labilidad emocional, depresión, trastornos motores y disminución en las capacidades de concentración y de atención (distractibilidad). En el WAIS, con excepción de las subpruebas de claves, de los diseños con cubos, del ordenamiento de objetos y del cociente de inteligencia (CI) ejecutivo, todas las diferencias en las medias fueron significativas, correspondiendo al grupo E los valores más bajos. En el Benton, los sujetos E tuvieron mayor cantidad de errores que los T y al 40% se les diagnosticó "probable daño" o "con daño". La batería neuropsicológica reveló alteraciones leves o moderadas en atención, praxias y memoria reciente. Se propone una batería de pruebas para futuros estudios epidemiológicos

Budget Excecution in the Environmental plan in theMmunicipality of Leticia – Amazon, Period 2009 -2013

El presente artículo busca conocer y dar claridad a las partidas dadas en el presupuesto asignado para el Plan Ambiental en el municipio de Leticia para los años 2009-2013, y verificar su ejecución a través del análisis de cada uno de los rubros designados a los programas ambientales establecidos y ejecutados, porque el Estado debe realizar una prudente administración y adopción de mejores políticas y medidas para la protección de los recursos naturales y evitar un indebido aprovechamiento de ellos, como son el fortalecimiento de sectores como turístico, el Festival de la Confratenidad, de las cadenas productivas, recuperación y conservación de áreas especiales, Programas Ambientales de CORPOAMAZONÍA y de del Sistema General de Regalías. Para tal efecto nos basamos en el Presupuesto General de la Nación para realizar todos nuestros análisis, utilizando una metodología de carácter descriptivo y cuantitativo. Los resultados muestran que el Plan de Desarrollo Económica Proteccionista y Globalizante, debe estar orientados más hacia el medio ambiente, por cuanto éste involucra a sectores productivos que se relacionan directamente con los recursos naturales interactuando en forma directa al medio ambiente, a través de políticas responsables de proteger y renovar adecuadamente nuestros recursos naturales.This article seeks to understand and give clarity to the items given in the budget for the Environmental Plan for the city of Leticia for the years 2009-2013, and check its implementation through the analysis of each of the designated areas with established and implemented environmental programs, because the state must make prudent and better policies and measures for the protection of natural resources and avoid taking unfair advantage of them, such as strengthening tourism sectors, Festival the Confratenidad, production chains, recovery and conservation of special areas, Environmental Programs CORPOAMAZONIA and the General System of Royalties. To this end we rely on the General Budget of the Nation for all our analysis, using a methodology descriptive and quantitative. The results show that the Plan of Economic Development Globalizing protectionist and should be oriented more towards the environment, since it involves productive sectors which are directly related to natural resources interacting directly shape the environment through responsible policies to protect and renew our natural resources properly.Pregrad

On the exponent of mutually permutable products of two abelian groups

Prórroga de la promoción industrial ¿Por qué no se aplica el Decreto 699/10?.

El desarrollo industrial en la Provincia de La Rioja, se ha logrado gracias al Régimen de Franquicias Tributarias aprobado por la Ley Nacional N° 22021, el que finalizó el 31 de diciembre de 2012, para un gran número de empresas. El Poder Ejecutivo Nacional teniendo una visión de consolidación de estas industrias dicta el Decreto 699/10 por el cual extiende por dos años los beneficios impositivos.Esta prórroga quedó supeditada a la reglamentación del Convenio de instrumentación por parte de las autoridades nacionales el que no logró efectivizarse en los dos últimos años, ante las innumerables gestiones realizadas por la Autoridad de Aplicación Provincial.                                    Dicha extensión generó posiciones encontradas de otras provincias que obstaculizaron su implementación.AbstractThe industrial development in the province of La Rioja, has been achieved through the franchise tax regime approved by Law National N° 22021, which ended on December 31, 2012, for a large number of companies. Un enfoque múltiple para resolver problemas geoarqueológicos: inferencias de la minería de oro romana en el valle del Eria (León)

The Eria River valley exhibits one of the largest gold mining complexes in NW Iberia from Roman age. In this study, a geoarchaeological work is presented, combining a multiapproach based on airborne LiDAR remote sensing, descriptive geology and radiocarbon dating. The studied area is characterized by the presence of a mining infrastructure comprised of hydraulic canals driving the water at different levels to the mines. Mining works were associated with Plio-Quaternary raña deposits and Quaternary materials consisting of hillside and periglacial deposits, and fluvial terraces. The washing of the gold deposits used the hydraulic force to break up and drag out the sediment, giving rise to three different types of exploitation depending on the characteristics of the different materials. The results shed light on the geological materials exploited and other geographical aspects that conditioned the exploitation techniques. The work contributes to improving the knowledge about Roman gold mining and its geological context in northwest IberiaEl valle del río Eria presenta uno de los mayores complejos de minería aurífera de época romana del noroeste de la península ibérica. En este trabajo se presenta un estudio geoarqueológico que combina un enfoque multidisciplinar basado en el análisis por teledetección con LiDAR aerotransportado, geología descriptiva y datación radiocarbónica. La zona estudiada presenta un entramado minero compuesto por una red de canales que dirigían el agua a distinta cota hasta las explotaciones. Los desmontes fueron realizados sobre materiales plio-cuaternarios de tipo raña y cuaternarios constituidos por depósitos de ladera, periglaciares y terrazas fluviales. El lavado de los depósitos auríferos empleó la fuerza hidráulica para deshacer y arrastrar el sedimento, dando lugar a tres tipos distintos de explotación en función de las características que presentan los diferentes depósitos. Los resultados arrojan luz sobre los materiales geológicos explotados y otros aspectos geográficos que condicionaron las técnicas de explotación de los yacimientos.
