    The article is devoted to the problems of simulation of business processes of a communication unit at the example of Murom regional communication center of JSC Russian Railways. The simulated model of a phone subscriber connection allows analyzing of the costs and time losses of the staff, as well as optimizing the roles and composition of the participants. The described variant is universal and can be used in any regional communication center. It is rather comfortable to monitor business operations in automatic mode and might be integrated into more global model patterns of enterprise management.Статья посвящена проблемам моделирования бизнес- процессов предприятия связи на железнодорожном транспорте на примере Муромского РЦС. Показана разработка имитационной модели процесса подключения телефонного абонента, которая позволяет проводить анализ расхода рабочего времени и трудозатрат, а также оптимизировать состав участников сопутствующих процедур. Используемый вариант унифицирован и может применяться в любом региональном центре связи, он удобен для мониторинга деловых операций в автоматическом режиме. Включая контроль за сферой стратегического планирования и возможность становиться составной частью более глобальных модельных схем управления предприятием.

    Subtilisin-like proteinase secreted by the Bacillus pumilus KMM 62 strain at different growth stages

    Proteinase secreted in the environment by bacilli on different growth stages was isolated by ion chromatography from the culture medium of Bacillus pumilus KMM 62. According to the hydrolysis character of specific chromogenic substrates and inhibition type, the enzyme belongs to subtilisin-like serine proteinases. The isolated proteinase with the molecular mass of 30 kDa displays maximum activity on hydrolysis of the peptide substrate Z-Ala-Ala-Leu-pNA at pH 8.0 - 8.5 and temperature 30°C. The protein is stable in the range of pH 7.5 - 10.0. It was shown that subtilisin-like serine proteinase from B. pumilus KMM 62 possessed thrombolytic activity. © Pleiades Publishing, Ltd., 2012

    Research of intelligent methods of software testing

    This article presents the examination of several techniques and tools used in the automated software testing process. Considering the ever-growing importance of software testing, several possible implications of implementation of artificial intelligence into this area are also discussed. The main objective of this study is to examine the field of test automation by categorising related test activities, to which artificial intelligence tools can be applied for increased efficiency, and evaluate the impact of the application. The main software testing methods are white-box, black-box, and grey-box methods; an effort has been made to determine a connection between the given testing methods and artificial intelligence methods. A brief summary of several artificial intelligence engine tools used to automate testing was also provided. Lastly, the possible future benefits from usage of AI in software testing was investigated

    Purification and characterization of a subtilisin-like proteinases secreted in the stationary growth phase of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens H2

    Proteinases secreted during the early and late stationary phases have been isolated from the culture liquid of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens H2 using CM-cellulose ion-exchange chromatography with subsequent FPLC on a Mono S column. Considering the character of hydrolysis of specific chromogenic substrates and the type of inhibition, these enzymes were identified as subtilisin-like proteinases. The molecular weight of both proteinases is 29 kD. The proteolytic activity of the proteinases secreted during the early and late stationary phases towards the synthetic substrate Z-Ala-Ala-Leu-pNA was maximal at pH 8.5 and 9.0, respectively. The maximal activity of both proteinases was observed at 37°C, and the proteins were stable within the pH range of 7.2-9.5. The subtilisin-like proteinases from B. amyloliquefaciens were shown to catalyze synthesis of peptide bonds. © Nauka/Interperiodica 2007

    Lean production and management in the system of consumer cooperation remains one of the most difficult problems both in general in all areas of production and in milk processing. A modern solution to this problem, increasing the efficiency of production, improving its quality and reducing cost is the basis of principles and tools that are reflected in the lean manufacturing system. Lean management is possible on the basis of optimal cost accounting and management of dairy production, by reducing losses on waiting, overproduction, transportation, unnecessary processing steps, unnecessary movements, production with broken technology, defective packaging, unnecessary stocks - by regulating business processes and mobilizing internal reserves in the activities of processing enterprises of the consumer cooperation system. The subject of the study is managerial activity in the lean production and processing of milk in enterprises of the consumer cooperation system. The aim of the study is the introduction of advanced and necessary methods of accounting and management of milk production in the enterprises of the consumer cooperation system. In accordance with this goal, the main task was determined: to develop recommendations for improving the accounting and management methods to reduce all kinds of costs and increase the productivity of dairy production. Performance management is an important financial and economic indicator of production in the system of consumer cooperation. This paper analyzes various aspects of lean manufacturing, accounting, control and management, taking into account the technological features and business processes of the consumer cooperation system. It is concluded that for the efficiency of the accounting process in the lean management system of a milk processing enterprise, it is necessary to build a system of accounting and control support, which will allow for detailed accounting of production costs for all objects of accounting and control.Бережливое производство и управление в системе потребительской кооперации, остается одной из самых сложных проблем, как в целом по всем направлениям производства, так и по переработке молока. Современное решение данной проблемы, повышение эффективности производства продукции, улучшение ее качества и снижения себестоимости лежит в основе принципов и инструментов, которые нашли отражение в системе бережливого производства. Бережливое управление становится возможным на основе оптимального учета затрат и управления производством молочной продукции, путем снижения потерь на ожидание, перепроизводство, транспортировки, лишних стадий обработки, ненужных перемещений, выпуска с нарушенной технологией, дефектной упаковки, лишних запасов -  путем регулирования хозяйственных процессов и мобилизации внутренних резервов в деятельности перерабатывающих предприятий системы потребительской кооперации. Предметом исследования является управленческая деятельность при бережливом производстве и переработке молока в предприятиях системы потребкооперации.  Целью исследования является внедрение прогрессивных и необходимых методов учета и управления деятельностью по производству молока в предприятиях системе потребительской кооперации. В соответствии с указанной целью была определена основная задача: выработать рекомендации по совершенствованию учетно-управленческой методики на уменьшение всевозможных издержек и увеличение производительности производства молочной продукции. Эффективность управления деятельности является важным финансово-экономическим показателем производства продукции в системе потребительской кооперации. В настоящей работе проанализированы различные аспекты бережливого производства, учета, контроля и управления с учетом технологических особенностей и бизнес процессов системы потребительской кооперации. Сделан вывод о том, что для эффективности учетного процесса в системе бережливого управления молокоперерабатывающим предприятием, необходимо построение системы учетно-контрольного обеспечения, которая позволит вести детальный учет затрат на производство по всем объектам учета и контроля

    Conditions of the biosynthesis of an extracellular subtilisin-like proteinase by Bacillus pumilus KMM 62

    The influence of the cultivation conditions on Bacillus pumilus KMM 62 growth and effectiveness of the production of a subtilisin-like serine proteinase were investigated. Enzyme accumulation in the culture fluid reached the maximum value after 32 and 46-48 h of growth; it depends on the composition of the nutrient medium. The ratio of the concentrations of two main components of the medium, peptone and inorganic phosphate, which was optimal for enzyme biosynthesis was determined by multifactor experiments. Ammonium salts, when introduced as an additional nitrogen source, had different effects on the proteinase biosynthesis at different growth stages: they suppress enzyme production at the early stationary growth phase and stimulate the biosynthesis of the enzyme after 46-48 h of growth. Complex organic substrates (albumin, casein, hemoglobin, and gelatin) have a repressive effect on the biosynthesis of the enzyme. The effect of amino acids on culture growth and enzyme biosynthesis during the early and late stationary growth phase is different. Hydrophilic amino acids, glutamine, and glutamic acid exhibit the most pronounced repressive action on biosynthesis. The involvement of different regulatory mechanisms of the synthesis of this proteinase is assumed in the early and late stationary phases of growth. © Nauka/Interperiodica 2007

    Isolation and characterisation of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens H2 glutamyl endopeptidase that is secreted in stationary phase of culture growth

    The culture broth of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens H2 was used for isolation by chromatography on CM-cellulose and MonoS columns of proteinase that are secreted in early and late stationary phases of culture growth. Based on their inhibition by specific serine proteinase inhibitors and their action on specific chromogenic substrates and on oxidised B-chain of insulin, the enzymes were classified as glutamyl endopeptidases. The molecular weight of secreted enzyme is 26.5 kDa. We show that although the enzyme is secreted in different phases of culture growth, both enzyme fractions have similar enzymatic properties and amino acid content, but they were distinguished in
