ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh gencarnya iklan partai politik yang ditayangkan ditelevisi saat ini, padahal pemilu yang akan datang masih sangat lama. Hal ini semata-mata bukan hanya untuk memperoleh dukungan bagi partai itu sendiri, namun juga sebagai pencitraan. Salah satu iklan Politik yang saat ini gencar melakukan iklannya adalah iklan partai Perindo, Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh terpaan iklan perindo terhadap pencitraan partai perindo pada masyarakat kota Banda Aceh. Landasan teoretis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori empati dan homofili. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksplanatif kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 100 responden yang merupakan masyarakat Kota Banda Aceh yang termasuk dalam daftar pemilihan umum. Pengolahan analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan software pengolahan data statistic yaitu SPSS versi 23. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa thitunglebih besar dari ttabel (thitung13,164 > ttabel1,984). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terpaan iklan Perindo mempemgaruhi pencitraan partai Perindo. Kata Kunci: Partai Perindo, Terpaan Iklan, Pencitraa

Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya prestasi belajar siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Administrasi Peralatan Kantor kelas XII di SMK Bina Wisata Lembang. penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kompetensi guru terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Administrasi Peralatan Kantor di SMK Bina Wisata Lembang tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan survei eksplanatory dan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket dengan skala interval. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi yaitu sebanyak 79 siswa dari kelas XII jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil dari analisis dan pengujian hipotesis diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara kompetensi guru terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Administrasi Peralatan kantor kelas XII yang secara parsial memiliki pengaruh yang kuat.;---The problem that conducted in this study was there was not the optimalization of students’ learning achievement yet in Administration of Office Equipment subject at XII Grade of SMK Bina Wisata Lembang. This study was conducted to find out how The Influence of Teacher Competence Toward Students’ Learning Achievement at SMK Bina Wisata Lembang in academic year 2017/2018. This study used explanatory survey and the technique of data collecting was a questionnaire with interval scale. This study was population study that is as many as 79 students of XII grade of Office Affairs Administration in academic year 2017/2018. Data analysis technique which is used was simple regression analysis. The result of analysis and hypothesis testing was gained the conclusion that there was the influence between teacher competence toward students’ learning achievement in Administration of Office Equipment subject at XII grade partially had a strong influence
