Ztráta flexe v tzv. Updated Old English: jmenná fráze textu Nativitas Sanctae Mariae

This work is concerned with the question of loss of inflections in the noun phrases of the Ælfrician homily De nativitate Sanctae Mariae (Nativitas Sanctae Mariae Virginis; Pseudo- Matthaei Evangelium). On the basis of collation of the manuscripts MS Hatton 114 and Bodley 343 a qualitative and quantitative analysis of the noun phrase is performed. The analysis aims to describe the main tendencies in the phonetic and morphological changes found in the text. The main tendencies of the morphological changes point toward the approach chosen by the scribe of the Updated manuscript Bodley 343 in dealing with the weakening case system. This includes unifying nouns which vary in gender affiliation in a single paradigm or the gradual implementation of new word endings with more narrowly defined meanings than ever before. Úprava imunit v ústavním systému ČR Diplomová práce Úprava imunit v ústavním systému ČR se zabývá zakotvením imunity některých veřejných činitelů v tuzemském právním řádu. Popisuje objektivní právní stavy, ale i vývoj přijetí tohoto institutu akademiky i samotnými osobami, jimž výhody imunity svědčí. Po krátkém úvodu, jehož účelem je nastínit některé možné pohledy na institut a obecně rozšířené polopravdy o něm, pak práce vykládá termíny, jež se s tímto ústavním institutem pojí - pojmy jako indemnita, imunita hmotněprávní/procesněprávní, exempce. Hlavní část práce se pak podrobně věnuje jednotlivým typům imunit. První kapitola rozebírá imunitu poslanců a senátorů. Nastiňuje vývoj jejích ústavních základů, prezentuje aktuální úpravu s řadou konkrétních případů, kdy došlo ke zbavení imunity poslance či senátora, a zaobírá se vztahem ústavní úpravy s jednacími řády obou komor. Práce popisuje i vybrané problematické aspekty institutu, a k některým z nich dodává historickou i aktuální judikaturu. Druhá kapitola je věnována imunitě prezidenta republiky. The essay describes the objective state of legislation as well as the development of academic view of the system of exceptions and the attitude of the persons, in whose favor the element works. After a short introduction, whose purpose is to outline some possible opinions and generally believed myths about parliamentary immunity; the thesis explains some terms related to the institute - material immunity, procedural immunity, and procedural exemption. The main body of the paper reviews the individual types of immunities in detail. The first chapter discusses the Members of Parliament - the immunity of the Deputies and the Senators. It shows the evolution of the constitutional basis to the institute, presents the current form of Article in the Constitution with a numerous cases when the immunity of an MP was removed by the Parliament. It also deals with the connection of the constitutional articles to the rules of procedure of the Chambers. Lower secondary school pupil's evaluation of biology fields and their attitude toward biology

V posledních letech ztrácejí přírodovědné předměty u žáků na oblibě. Úkolem vyučujících by měla být snaha o zlepšení postojů žáků k těmto předmětům všemi možnými prostředky. V postojích žáků k přírodopisu se odráží celá řada faktorů, jako jsou pohlaví, věk, velikost místa bydliště, vyučující, ale i oblíbenost dílčích biologických oborů. Proto je na místě tyto faktory a jejich vliv zkoumat. Pokud budou učitelé vědět, jak žáci vnímají jednotlivé biologické obory, mohou v případě těch neoblíbených uzpůsobit výuku tak, aby byla pro žáky atraktivnější, což může pozitivně ovlivnit i celkový postoj k přírodopisu. Předložená práce je založena na výzkumu zaměřeném na problematiku hodnocení dílčích biologických oborů, který byl proveden na vzorku 550 žáků 2. stupně základních škol a odpovídajících ročníků nižšího stupně víceletých gymnázií. Tento výzkum byl publikován, článek "Jak jsou hodnoceny jednotlivé obory biologie žáky 2. stupně ZŠ a nižšího gymnázia?", je přílohou této práce. Výsledky ukázaly, že nejoblíbenějšími obory biologie jsou zoologie a biologie člověka, naopak mezi nejméně oblíbené biologické obory patří protozoologie, geologie a mykologie. Důležitými faktory, které ovlivnily hodnocení jednotlivých biologických oborů, byly pohlaví, ročník studia, typ školy (základní škola x víceleté...Natural sciences are being less attractive for pupils in past few years. One of teachers'goals should be the effort to motivate pupils in all possible ways to study natural sciences. A whole range of factors, as sex, age, place of residence, teacher or the popularity of branches of biology, is being reflected in pupils' attitude toward biology. That is why it is important to research these attitudes and their influences. If teachers know how pupils feel about specific branches of biology, they can modify way of teaching unpopular topics to make them more attractive. It can positively affect pupils' attitude to biology as a whole. This thesis is based on research about evaluation of branches of biology which was done with 550 pupils from 6th to 9th grades of lower secondary school and lower grades of grammar school. This research was published as an article "How do lower secondary school pupils evaluate branches of biology?" and it is part of the thesis. The results showed that the most popular branches of biology are zoology and human biology. Unpopular branches are protozoology, geology and mycology. Growing tea in India

Cílem bakalářské práce je ucelený popis indického čajového průmyslu. Práce se zaměřuje zejména na tři hlavní oblasti produkce čaje v Indii; totiž na Ásám, Dárdžiling a Nílgiri. Hlavním přínosem je souhrnné pojednání o tematice čajového průmyslu v Indii s ohledem na mnoho jeho dalších aspektů. Úvodní část bakalářské práce hovoří o prvních zmínkách o čaji v Indii včetně historie zakládání čajových plantáží na indickém území. Druhá část mapuje různé stránky čajového průmyslu: pěstování čaje a sběr čajových listů, jejich zpracování i prodej, pracovní sílu, ochranná obchodní loga a postavení Indie na mezinárodním trhu s čajem. Posledním tématickým okruhem, kterému se práce věnuje, je způsob konzumace čaje v Indii a její specifika.The aim of this work is coherent description of the Indian tea industry. The work is focused on three main areas of tea production in India, namely the Assam, Darjeeling and Nilgiri. The main benefit is a coherent treatise on the topic of the tea industry in India with regard to many of its other aspects. The introductory part of the thesis talks about the first mentions of tea in India, including the history of the foundation of tea plantations in the Indian territory. The second part describes various aspects of tea industry: tea growing and tea-leaf collection, their manufacturing and sales, the manpower, trademarks and position of India in the international market with tea. Data file comprises a total of 2153 candidates and their election results at the municipal level aggregated to five defined categories by number of registered voters. Analysis is mainly focused on the differences in electoral support for candidates in municipalities up to 999 voters, in municipalities between 1000 and 4999 voters, in municipalities between 5000 to 9999 voters, in municipalities over 10 000 voters and finally in districts covering territory of the four largest cities in the Czech Republic (the Capital City of Prague and cities Brno, Ostrava and Pilsen). In the theoretical part, the Ph.D. thesis presents the Senat as the second house of Parliament of the Czech Republic and deals with the majority run-off system. This Batchelor Thesis deals with paper folding techniques during the educational process the Crafts lessons. It focuses on the different techniques of paper folding. at primary schools. It primarily pays attention to folding which uses tea bags, mostly in The goal of the Thesis is to create a collection of ideas for using paper folding techniquec which can be used with pupils at primary schools. The theoretical part deals with a Curriculum Framework, with the characteristic of a primary technical education (Man and the world of work), with areas of man's creativity and its development with respect to the possibilities of using techniques of paper folding. The practical part includes four educational topics appropriate for the realisation at primary schools with respect to developing the sensory and motorical skills of pupils. Návrh městského prostoru

This bachelor thesis deals with a design of urban space and its related issues. As a model territory for the design was selected forecourt of Medicentrum in Beroun. The theoretical part is devoted to the characteristics of the urban public space and to the examples of public spaces from abroad - each of them in some way related to the selected model area. Subsequently was elaborated the historical and urban development of Beroun and of the actual model territory, contemporary tendencies of the city and its natural characteristics. In the next part of this study which is based on field surveys and analyses were elaborated the main analyses which are a reflection of the current state of the model area with its pros and cons. Based on the evaluation of these analyses was drafted the design in the form of a garden architectural studies, which together with the analyses are graphically elaborated and discussed in the text part of this bachelor thesis. The final proposal is based on the overall character of the chosen place, fulfils operational, functional and aesthetic requirements of the public urban spaces and respects the demands and wishes of the public

Possibilities of influencing non-specific back pains with the use of pilates programme

Tato práce představuje seznámení s možnými bolestmi zad a možnostmi jejich ovlivnění. V práci se též seznámíme s cvičebním programem Pilates, s jeho historií a původem. Dále je rozvíjena myšlenka vlivu zmíněného cvičení na lidské tělo a uvedena na pravou míru důležitost jednotlivých podmínek, které musí být splněny pro maximální užitek z cvičení. Součástí práce je také sledování 4 klientů po určitou dobu.
