Gravitoelectromagnetism in a complex Clifford algebra

A linear vector model of gravitation is introduced in the context of quantum physics as a generalization of electromagnetism. The gravitoelectromagnetic gauge symmetry corresponds to a hyperbolic unitary extension of the usual complex phase symmetry of electromagnetism. The reversed sign for the gravitational coupling is obtained by means of the pseudoscalar of the underlying complex Clifford algebra.Comment: 10 pages Latex2

Na+-driven ATP synthesis in Methanobacterium thermoautotrophicum and its differentiation from H+-driven ATP synthesis by rhodamine 6G

AbstractRhodamine 6G (3 μM) effectively inhibited ΔpH-driven ATP synthesis in Methanobacterium thermoautotrophicum while ΔpNA-driven ATP synthesis was not affected by it. Rhodamine 6G inhibited Mg2+-stimulated ATPase activity of membrane vesicles prepared from these cells but the ATPase catalytic sector detached from the membrane was insensitive to this inhibitor. Methanogenesis-driven ATP synthesis at pH 6.8 of the cells grown in the presence of 50 mM NaCl was inhibited by rhodamine 6G both in the presence of 5 mM and 50 mM NaCl. On the other hand, the methanogenesis-driven ATP synthesis at pH 8.0 of cells grown in the presence of 50 mM NaCl was slightly inhibited by rhodamine 6G in the presence of 5 mM NaCl and was not inhibited at all in the presence of 50 mM NaCl. The growth experiments have shown that cells of Methanobacterium thermoautotrophicum can grow under alkaline conditions even in the presence of rhodamine 6G and of high NaCl concentration when the growth media were inoculated with the cells which had been grown in the presence of 50 mM NaCl. These results indicate that sodium-motive force-driven ATP synthase in Methanobacterium thermoautotrophicum operates effectively at alkaline conditions and it might be the sole ATP synthesizing system when the proton motive force-supported ATP synthesis is inhibited by rhodamine 6G

Import 11/07/2012Ako tému záverečnej diplomovej práce, som si zvolil: Fúzie kapitálových spoločností. Túto tému som si vybral preto že ma zaujala a myslím si že je to veľmi aktuálna téma, z hľadiska celosvetových novodobých trendov. V dôsledku meniacich sa tržných podmienok rastie tlak konkurencie, predovšetkým zo zahraničia, ktoré nútia tuzemské spoločnosti prispôsobovať sa tomuto trendu. Z tohto dôvodu sa môžu majitelia obchodných spoločností rozhodnúť že sa spoja s inou obchodnou spoločnosťou za účelom ovládnutia väčšej časti trhu, na ktorom svoje výrobky alebo služby poskytujú. Problematiku fúzie kapitálových spoločností z právneho hľadiska riešil zákon číslo 125/2008 Zb. o premenách obchodných spoločností a družstiev. Od 1.1. 2012 je v platnosti nový zákon ktorý nahrádza pôvodný a to zákon číslo 355/2011. Podstatou premien obchodných spoločností je zrušenie spoločnosti bez likvidácie, kedy jej imanie prechádza na právneho nástupcu zrušovanej spoločnosti. Proces fúzie kapitálových spoločností je v práci usporiadaný tak, aby popisoval priebeh fúzie od základných pojmov cez dôvody pre ktoré spoločnosti podstupujú fúziu, cez daňové a účtovné hľadisko až po úplné prevzatie nástupníckou spoločnosťou. Cieľom diplomovej práce je zistiť možné dopady aké bude mať fúzia na zlučovanie spoločnosti jej právnu účtovnú a daňovú problematiku.As a final topic of this diploma thesis, I chose: mergers. This topic I chose that because I was impressed and I think that is a very current topic, in terms of modern global trends. As a result of changing conditions of market areas growing competitive pressure, especially foreign, that force resident companies to adapt to this trend. For this reason, owners of companies that decide to join with another company to capture more of the market where their products or services provided. Problem of mergers legally regulated with Act No. 125/2008 Coll. transformations of companies and cooperatives. From 01.01 2012, a new law that replaced the original and the Act No. 355/2011. The essence of transformational company is dissolution of the company without liquidation when its assets are transferred to the successor repealed by the company. The process of mergers is the thesis so arranged that describe the process of fusion through the basic concepts of the reasons for which the company are undergoing a merger, through the tax and accounting aspect to full take by the successor company. Variantní studie odkanalizování obce do 250 ekvivalentních \\ obyvatel, analýza válcové nádrže

Tématem této diplomové práce bylo zpracování variantní studie odkanalizování obce. V rámci studie, která obsahuje stávající a navrhovaný stav, byla zpracována projektová dokumentace technického zázemí pro centrální čistírnu odpadních vod, která je navržena jako jedna z variant možného odkanalizování obce. V poslední části se práce věnuje analýze válcové a krychlové nádrže, která může sloužit pro samotnou technologii čistění. Pro výkresovou část byl použit program Archicad 25 a Autocad 2022, pro analýzu nádrží Feat 98 a RIB. Textová část byla vypracována v balíčku Microsoft Office 2016.ObhájenoThe topic of this diploma thesis was the processing of a variant study of the sewerage of the municipality. As part of the study, which includes the current and proposed state, the project documentation of the technical background for the central sewage treatment plant, which is proposed as one of the variants of the possible drainage of the village, was prepared. In the last part, the work is devoted to the analysis of the cylindrical and cubic tank, which can be used for the cleaning technology itself. The Archicad 25 and Autocad 2022 programs were used for the drawing part, Feat 98 and RIB for the analysis of the tanks. The text part was created in the Microsoft Office 2016 package

Pozornos sa sústreïuje na súèas-ný stav v zavádzaní manipulátorov pre hlbinné bane, uvádzajú sa kritériá a podmienky ich nasadzovania. Príspevok prezentuje manipulátor, urèený pre automatizáciu opráv banských vozíkov priamo v podzemí. Navrhnuté rieenie je autorsky chránené. Struène sú charakterizované problémy, ale aj monosti, ktoré robotizácia ponúka baníctvu

Surface Remelting of Mold Inserts Made of NC11 Steel

In the study presented in this paper, the effect of a concentrated heat stream on geometry, microstructure, and hardness of superficial remeltings on NC11 steel is examined. The material is used for disposable mold inserts exposed to intensive abrasive wear in the course of the press-molding of hard aggregate stampings for refractory bricks. As a result of local remelting, the hardness of the steel surface increased and its microstructure was altered. Macro- and microstructure of the remelted areas was examined with the use of optical microscopy and measurements of remelting area geometry were carried out for different parameters of the remelting process. Hardness measurements were taken in the remelting area and in the heat-affected zone. The state of stress in the material before remelting and in the remelted area was also evaluated
