Fuzzy Preference Structures in Multicriterial Decision Making

V mnohých rozhodovacích problémech evaluujeme akce z různých pohledů, které nazýváme kritéria. Například při ohodnocovaní auta uvažujeme kritéria jako maximální rychlost, cena, zrychlení a spotřeba. V obecnosti při rozhodování s ohledem na různá kritéria se setkáváme s problémem preferencí. Jedním z nejjednodušších řešení je vážený průměr uvažovaných kritérií. V této práci aplikujeme výsledky řešení jednoho multiriteriálního problému, přičemž porovnávání kritérií realizujeme použitím fuzzy preferenčních struktur. Naše řešení je ilustrováno na praktickém příkladě.In many decision problems a set of actions is evaluated with respect to a set of viewpoints, called criteria. For example, in evaluating a car one can consider criteria such as maximum speed, price, acceleration, fuel consumption. In general, evaluations with respect to different criteria can be discordant with respect to preferences. One of the simplest aggregation procedures is the weighted sum of the evaluations with respect to considered criteria. We apply the results of the solution of a multicriterial optimization problem. There is used a comparison of the criterion fuzzy preference relations and the general fuzzy preference relation based on ordinary set operations. We illustrate our approach on practical example.

Communication in ZigBee Networks

V dnešní době se stále více setkáváme se senzory a senzorovými sítěmi, které jsou uplatňovány převážně v průmyslových oblastech. V této diplomové práci se zaměřuji na senzorovou síť ZigBee a její využití. Je zde podrobně představena vnitřní struktura komunikačních rámců na aplikační vrstvě APS, které slouží pro ovládání senzorů ve standardu ZigBee. Hlavním záměrem diplomové práce je návrh a implementace aplikační brány mezi Internetem a senzorovou sítí ZigBee. Představuji zde možné řešení komunikačního protokolu přes síť Internet a jeho zpracování koordinátorem pro senzorovou síť tak, aby umožňoval vzdálenou správu senzorové sítě. Diplomová práce je napsána tak, aby mohla být využita jako návrh řešení pro aplikaci do praxe. Výsledky řešení implementace jsou znázorněny na modelových situacích a následně uvádím možná vylepšení určitých částí implementace.Now days, we are more often meet sensors and sensor networks, which are used mainly in industrial fields. In this master thesis my target is sensor network Zigbee and usage of it. Internal structure of communication frames of APS application layer is presented here in details as well, which is used for control of sensors inside of sensor network. Main purpose of this master thesis is to design and implement application gateway between Internet and sensor network ZigBee. I present possible solution of communication protocol for transport over the Internet and processing of it by ZigBee coordinator. Thesis is written in style suitable for practical solution and results of solution are presented on model situations, which include discussion about possible improvements.

Pre-tensioning device for the spring of the lock

Práce se zabývá obecnou definicí automobilového zámku a problematikou, spojenou s tímto pojmem. Dále pak pojednává o konstrukci, testování a montáži zámku. V konstrukční části je navrženo předepínací zařízení, které by mělo být schopno předepnout pružinu zámku automobilu.The thesis deals with the general definition of automotive lock and the problems associated with this concept. It also deals with the construction, testing and assembly of the lock. The construction part deals with the design of a pre-tensioning device which should be able to preload a car lock spring

Desing of control system of assorting line

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem řízení třídící linky malých kusů pomocí tvarového značení. Rešeršní část rozebírá druhy řízení procesů se zaměřením na PLC, prvky senzoriky a měniče frekvence. V praktické části je nejprve navrhnut a popsán hardware pro automatizaci linky. Software řízení, vytvořený v programu TwinCAT 3, je podrobně popsán v dalším kroku. Na závěr je celá práce zhodnocena a jsou navrženy možné úpravy linky.This bachelor thesis is covering the problematics of desingning an assorting line of small pieces, based on shape marking. The reseach part analyzes the types of managing the processes focused on PLC, elements of the sensory system and frequency changers. The practical part of this thesis covers the design and hardware for line automatization. Controling software, made in TwinCAT 3, is described in detail in the next step. In the end the whole thesis is valorized and different changes of design are proposed.

Community energy and barriers to its implementation

The paper addresses the issue of community energy development and barriers to its implementation in practice. It is the result of a content analysis of literature and other strategic and conceptual materials, and 15 expert interviews conducted in three selected municipalities and cities. It concludes that there are financial, legal, knowledge and, last but not least, administrative barriers that hinder the development of community energy in the Czech Republic. If the municipalities and towns, in cooperation with the regional and state administration, manage to remove them, the development of community energy can be expected in the future, as the Czech Republic has considerable development potential. If cities and towns, in cooperation with regional and state administrations, manage to remove these barriers effectively, we can expect a significant development of community energy in the Czech Republic in the future. Municipal renewable energy sources represent more affordable energy, independent of imports of energy raw materials from abroad. Municipalities and cities can thus strengthen their energy independence, self-sufficiency and security. Overall, municipal energy contributes to greater resilience of municipalities and cities to external threats. Another reason is the economic benefits. Renewable energy is generally cheaper to produce, and cities and their residents can save on energy costs. Moreover, energy payments stay in the city instead of flowing out of the region, which can strengthen the local economy

Image description methods in the task of visual search

Cílem této práce je nastudování a popis metod pro tvorbu detektorů a deskriptorů klíčových bodů v obraze, tvorba vhodného testovacího datasetu a otestování popsaných metod na tomto datasetu s následným vyhodnocením. V první části práce se věnujeme principu detekce a deskripce klíčových bodů. Následně jsou představeny zvolené metody (SIFT, AKAZE, ORB, LATCH). V druhé části jsou popsány metody vyhodnocení deskriptorů, které budou v práci použity. Ve třetí části je popsána tvorba datasetu, kategorie transformací použitých na obrázky a výsledné datasety. V závěru práce je popis nastavení experimentů a jejich vyhodnocení co se efektivity a náročnosti metod týče.ObhájenoThe goal of this thesis is studying and description of the methods for image keypoints detection and description, creation of suitable dataset and testing of the described methods on this dataset with subsequent evaluation. The first part of the thesis is dedicated to the principle of keypoints detection and description. Afterwards, the chosen methods are introduced (SIFT, AKAZE, ORB, LATCH). In the second part the evaluation methods used in the thesis are described. In the third part we describe the dataset creation, transformations categories used on the source images and the created datasets. In the last part of our work the experimental setup is described. The results are then evaluated regarding the performance and computational expense of the methods
