    Dalam sistem kehidupan manusia, komunikasi merupakan sesuatu yang sangatdiperlukan. Komunikasi adalah suatu proses pertukaran informasi yang terjadi antaradua orang atau kelompok-kelompok orang dimana dengan bahasa mereka sendirisehingga terjadi saling pengertian dan dapat mengubah tingkah laku mareka. Pendidikanmerupakan upaya mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa dan meningkatkan kualitas sumberdaya manusia dalam mewujudkan masyarakat yang maju, adil dan makmur sertamemungkinkan para warganya untuk mengembangkan diri baik yang berkenaan denganaspek jasmaniah maupun rohaniah melalui proses komonikasi pembelajaran.Metodologi penelitian digunakan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan tehnikpengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dokumnatsi di Kecamatan Gambut KabupatenBanjar. Untuk mencapai tujuan suatu organisasi sangat diperlukan komunikasi efektif,dan kemampuan berkomunikasi seorang pemimpin memegang peranan penting karenaseorang pemimpin akan berhadapan dengan beraneka ragam manusia dengan berbagaiwatak dan latar belakangnya. maka diperlukan pula pemahaman pribadi terhadapbawahannya secara individual berbeda-beda. Komunikasi dapat dilakukan denganbentuk-bentuk seperti instruksi atau perintah, saran, bimbingan, petunjuk, nasehatmaupun kritik yang bersifat konstruktif. Dengan komunikasi baik, efektif dan efisienyang terjalin antara kepala sekolah dan guru-guru di sekolah mempunyai perananpenting dalam rangka mencapai tujuan sekolah terutama meningkatkan prestasi siswadari waktu ke waktu

    New Topologies and Advanced Control of Power Electronic Converters for Renewable Energy based Microgrids

    Solar energy-based microgrids are increasingly promising due to their many features, such as being environmentally friendly and having low operating costs. Power electronic converters, filters, and transformers are the key components to integrate the solar photovoltaic (PV) systems with the microgrids. The power electronic converters play an important role to reduce the size of the filter circuit and eliminate the use of the bulky and heavy traditional power frequency step-up transformer. These power converters also play a vital role to integrate the energy storage systems such as batteries and the superconducting magnetic energy storage (SMES) unit in a solar PV power-based microgrid. However, the performance of these power converters depends upon the switching technique and the power converter configuration. The switching techniques can improve the power quality, i.e. lower total harmonic distortion at the converter output waveform, reduce the converter power loss, and can effectively utilize the dc bus voltage, which helps to improve the power conversion efficiency of the power electronic converter. The power converter configuration can reduce the size of the power converter and make the power conversion system more efficient. In addition to the advanced switching technique, a supervisory control can also be integrated with these power converters to ensure the optimal power flow within the microgrid. First, this thesis reviews different existing power converter topologies with their switching techniques and control strategies for the grid integration of solar PV systems. To eliminate the use of the bulky and heavy line frequency step-up transformer to integrate solar PV systems to medium voltage grids, the high frequency magnetic linkbased medium voltage power converter topologies are discussed and compared based on their performance parameters. Moreover, switching and conduction losses are calculated to compare the performance of the switching techniques for the magnetic-linked power converter topologies. In this thesis, a new pulse width modulation technique has been proposed to integrate the SMES system with the solar PV system-based microgrid. The pulse width modulation technique is designed to provide reactive power into the network in an effective way. The modulation technique ensures lower total harmonic distortion (THD), lower switching loss, and better utilization of dc-bus voltage. The simulation and experimental results show the effectiveness of the proposed pulse width modulation technique. In this thesis, an improved version of the previously proposed switching technique has been designed for a transformer-less PV inverter. The improved switching technique can ensure effective active power flow into the network. A new switching scheme has been proposed for reactive power control to avoid unnecessary switching faced by the traditional switching technique in a transformer-less PV inverter. The proposed switching technique is based on the peak point value of the grid current and ensures lower switching loss compared to other switching techniques. In this thesis, a new magnetic-linked multilevel inverter has been designed to overcome the issues faced by the two-level inverters and traditional multilevel inverters. The proposed multilevel inverter utilizes the same number of electronic switches but fewer capacitors compared to the traditional multilevel inverters. The proposed multilevel inverter solves the capacitor voltage balancing and utilizes 25% more of the dc bus voltage compared to the traditional multilevel inverter, which reduces the power rating of the dc power source components and also extends the input voltage operating range of the inverter. An improved version magnetic-linked multilevel inverter is proposed in this thesis with a model predictive control technique. This multilevel inverter reduces both the number of switches and capacitors compared to the traditional multilevel inverter. This multilevel inverter also solves the capacitor voltage balancing issue and utilizes 50% more of the dc bus voltage compared to the traditional multilevel inverter. Finally, an energy management system has been designed for the developed power converter and control to achieve energy resiliency and minimum operating cost of the microgrid. The model predictive control-based energy management system utilizes the predicted load data, PV insolation data from web service, electricity price data, and battery state of charge data to select the battery charging and discharging pattern over the day. This model predictive control-based supervisory control with the advanced power electronic converter and control makes the PV energy-based microgrid more efficient and reliable

    Article 23 paragraph 2 of law number 21 of 2008 concerning Islamic banks expressly states the existence of guarantee and collateral. This is different if you see the provisions of article 8 of law number 10 of 1998 concerning banking, which doesn’t mention the provisions of guarantee and collateral in the article. This implies that there is a meaning as if there was a shift between the two norms. Guarantees and collateral are needed to protect Islamic Banks from risk of non-performing financing and other financial losses that may be caused by fraudulent behavior (moral hazard) from debtors. There must be collateral in the form of tabi’iyah contracts in both the kafalah or the rahn form to secure the fraudulent position of the debtor. Although the use of rahn and kafalah contracts aren’t known in the implementation of musyarakah and mudharabah contracts, but the use of theory of freedom of contract where all parties can still contract in the main dictum because the basic principle of contract is allowed by muamalat fiqh as long as the contract or terms made are not in conflict in sharia. Even Islamic banks have mandate to manage customer funds with the principle of prudence that creditors can  generate profits that can be shared with debtors

    Perkembangan dunia olahraga sangat pesat saat ini, sering dengkan kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi informasi digital. Dengan kemajuan informasi tersebut mendorong beberapa cabang olahraga baru mucul untuk mengaktualisasikan diri menjadi lebih besar dan maju di bidang olahraga dan bdiang pendidikan khususunya. Salah satunnya cabang olahraga Petanque yang merupakan olahraga baru yang lahir dari Negara Pracis. Olaharaga ini sudah mulai diperkenalkan keseluruh dunia dan tidak luput juga di Negara kita Indonesia. Di Indonesia olahraga ini bisa dikatakan merupakan cabang olaharaga yang relative baru dan saat ini sedang exsebisi untuk dapat di pertandingan di event-event resmi Nasional. Sedangkan pada dunia pendidikan olahraga, cabang olahrga tersebut belum terintegrasi dalam kurikulum pembelajaran pada satuan pendidikan karena masih tergolong cabang olahraga baru. Olahraga bukan hanya dilakukan oleh kalangan tertentu saja, namun kegiatan olahraga telah menembus ke berbagai tingkatan usia maupun berbagai tingkatan kehidupan sosial dalam masyarakat di berbagai negara. Ada yang melakukan olahraga untuk meningkatkan kesehatan, meningkatkan kebugaran fisik, sebagai alat rekreasi, dan untuk peningkatan prestasi olahraga. Di Lombok Timur olahraga petanque ini sudah mulai dekanalkan sejak dikukuhan dan dilantiknya pengurus cabang FOPI Kabupaten Lombok Timur dan telah bergabung secara resmi di Koni Kabupaten Lombok Timur sejak November 2019 ini. Sehingga salah satu program awal dari kepngurusan yakni melakukan sosialiasi yang massif kepada masyarakat dengan berkolaborasi dengan berbagi Instasi yang ada di Lombok Timur.     M NAJWA MAHFUZ (2023) : IMPLEMENTASI AKAD JUAL BELI KELAPA KOPRA PADA MASYARAKAT DESA BEKAWAN KECAMATAN MANDAH KABUPATEN INDRAGIRI HILIR PERSFEKTIF ENONOMI SYARIAH Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya sebagian masyarakat Desa Bekawan yang tidak dapat memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya, baik dikarenakan oleh kebutuhan yang mendesak maupun yang lainnya, sehingga megharuskan petani meminjam uang kepada toke dengan syarat harus menjual hasil panen kelapa ke toke tersebut, dengan konsekuensi akan terdapat perbedan harga jual kepada petani yang memiliki hutang dan tidak memiliki hutang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana Implementasi Akad Jual Beli Kelapa Kopra Pada Masyarakat Desa Bekawan Kecamatan Mandah Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang berlokasi di Desa Bekawan Kecamatan Mandah, Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir Provinsi Riau, populasi dalam penelitian in berjumlah sebanyak 143 orang yang melakukan transaksi jual beli kelapa kopra di Desa Bekawan, karena jumlah populasinya melebihi 100 orang maka penulis mengambil 10% untuk di jadikan sampel, yang terdiri 14 orang petani dan 2 orang toke kelapa kopra. Teknik pengambilan sampelnya adalah dengan menggunakan metode random sampling, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi, ovservasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Implementasi akad jual beli kelapa di Desa Bekawan yang dilakukan oleh petani dan toke dilaksanakan secara terbuka dan atas dasar suka-sama suka. terkadang ada kendala yang terjadi pada saat teransaksi jual beli kelapa kopra, dimana toke Kehabisan uang tunai untuk dibayarkan secara langsung kepada petani. Jual beli kelapa yang dilakukan telah sesuai dengan jual beli yang dibolehkan karena mengandung unsur kebermanfaatan, tanpa ada unsur penipuan antara petani dan toke, serta atas dasar suka sama suka, namun masih ada yang belum berjalan dengan baik yaitu dalam proses penimbangan hasil kelapa kopra, sebagian petani tidak ikut secara langsung dalam proses penimbangan sehingga para petani tidak mengetahui secara langsung berapa hasil penimbangan kelapa kopra milik mereka, ini jelas bertentangan dengan Ekonomi Syariah .     Assessing structural damages of a heritage building

    This paper presents an intensive structural survey work on an industrial heritage structure. This study identified the decay mechanism and material characteristics of the historic structure, including material homogeneity, material strength, structural failures with crack pattern, and deteriorated surface. The damages in the building include decay in timber and stones, dampness problem and incompatible structural assemblage. The lack of a long-term maintenance is one of the potential causes which aggravate the decay mechanism. The findings permitted to appraise the structural safety and to depict some recommendations for better treatment of the structural cracks to restore this industrial heritage structure. These proposals would be useful in the conservation management plan of the city

    Design a compact CPW monopole antenna on rubber substrate for ISM band application

    One of the most challenging works on compact antenna design is to maintain the flexibility orientation. This paper demonstrates a coplanar waveguide (CPW) fed monopole antenna with rubber substrate at 2.45 GHz center frequency for ISM band application. The proposed antenna attained the realized gain at 4.06 dB with the radiation efficiency around 90% at peak value and the bandwidth of 541.5 MHz. The antenna was designed using the CPW structure. CST microwave studio applied to design the proposed antenna simulation. The main purposed of this study is to improve the antenna performances specially the bandwidth, gain, and radiation efficiency. Moreover, another aim of that antenna design is to reduce the antenna size and thickness upon the existing related design with rubber substrate

    Clinically Applicable Machine Learning Approaches to Identify Attributes of Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) for Use in Low-Cost Diagnostic Screening.

    OBJECTIVE: Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is a major public health concern worldwide. High costs of late-stage diagnosis and insufficient testing facilities can contribute to high morbidity and mortality rates in CKD patients, particularly in less developed countries. Thus, early diagnosis aided by vital parameter analytics using affordable computer-aided diagnosis could not only reduce diagnosis costs but improve patient management and outcomes. METHODS: In this study, we developed machine learning models using selective key pathological categories to identify clinical test attributes that will aid in accurate early diagnosis of CKD. Such an approach will save time and costs for diagnostic screening. We have also evaluated the performance of several classifiers with k-fold cross-validation on optimized datasets derived using these selected clinical test attributes. RESULTS: Our results suggest that the optimized datasets with important attributes perform well in diagnosis of CKD using our proposed machine learning models. Furthermore, we evaluated clinical test attributes based on urine and blood tests along with clinical parameters that have low costs of acquisition. The predictive models with the optimized and pathologically categorized attributes set yielded high levels of CKD diagnosis accuracy with random forest (RF) classifier being the best performing. CONCLUSIONS: Our machine learning approach has yielded effective predictive analytics for CKD screening which can be developed as a resource to facilitate improved CKD screening for enhanced and timely treatment plans
