Planning of Sustainable Development Based on Civil Rights in Torkaman Port
Undoubtedly, discussion about stability and sustainable development is meaningless without paying attention to cities and urbanization. Cities are considered as major factors of creating instability in the world. Therefore, according to inherent complexity of cities and various dimensions of their effectiveness, recognition of major and key factors for the sake of achieving to stability of cities seems necessary. The purpose of research is to acquire relatively exact description of condition of urban sustainable development from citizens’ rights point of view. This research is practical from the viewpoint of purpose and descriptive-measurable from the viewpoint of type, which has been done by scope method. Statistical society is all citizens of Torkaman city (48736) that used urban spaces which are effective on stability and instability of city. Sample volume is 381 individuals according to Cochran formula that are selected and studied accidentally. Findings of research show that civil rights identifiers with effectiveness of 0.62 and political identifiers with effectiveness of 0.18 had the most and the least effect on sustainable development of Torkaman port city

Dilated common bile duct unexplained on transabdominal ultrasonography; the role of endoscopic ultrasonography and predictors of malignancy
Background: The aim of the this prospective study was to evaluate the endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS) in detecting the cause of common bile duct (CBD) dilatation in patients in whom ultrasonography(US) could not indicate the cause of dilation. Methods: Seventy patients with the search criteria of unexplained dilated CBD (diameter > 7 mm) were examined by EUS. All patients (except 4 patients with pancreatic mass) were further evaluated by ERCP. Results: The following diagnoses were made by EUS and ERCP: choledocholithiasis in 45, pancreato-biliary malignancy (PBM) in 17, papillary stenosis in 5, and no finding in 3 cases. We found that the majority of patients (95.7%) had findings on EUS to explain the etiology of their dilated CBD. The prevalence of pathology is lower (76.9%) in patients with normal liver function tests (LFTs).The yield of EUS is higher (100%) when elevated liver enzymes. Lower hemoglobin levels, larger diameter of CBD and pancreatic duct (PD) and ESR greater than 30 mm/h were independent risk factors for PBM, whereas, patients with previous cholecystectomy, normal LFTs and abdominal pain were less likely to have this diagnosis. Conclusion: the majority of patients referred for EUS for dilated CBD will have an etiology discoveredTherefore, EUS should be the first diagnostic strategy for dilated CBD of unexplained origin, even in patients with normal LFTs. In patients with dilated CBD accompanied by anemia, abnormal LFTs and ESR or dilated PD, malignancy should be considered.
Frequency of Patient Complaints Before and After Legal Medicine Consultation in Orthopedic Ward
Background: Patient who complain of the health community are unpleasant and may endanger the honor of the medical community. However, patients’ complaints can improve the quality of medical services, increase the accuracy of the medical staff, and reduce diagnostic and treatment costs. The aim of this study was to investigate the prevalence of patients’ complaints before and after legal medicine consultation in the orthopedic ward of Taleghani hospital in Tehran, Iran. Methods: This retrospective cross-sectional study investigated the frequency of the complaints of 460 patients before and after legal medicine consultation from spring 2011 to winter 2017. Data were analyzed by excel. Results: The results of this study showed that the frequency of complaints was lowest in spring and highest in fall. The number of complaints and frequencies also decreased over time compared with the previous year. The lowest number of complaints was in 2011 and the highest in 2013.Conclusion: In this study, performing legal medicine consultation in Taleghani hospital in Tehran, Iran reduced the number of registered complaints
XpookyNet: Advancement in Quantum System Analysis through Convolutional Neural Networks for Detection of Entanglement
The application of machine learning models in quantum information theory has
surged in recent years, driven by the recognition of entanglement and quantum
states, which are the essence of this field. However, most of these studies
rely on existing prefabricated models, leading to inadequate accuracy. This
work aims to bridge this gap by introducing a custom deep convolutional neural
network (CNN) model explicitly tailored to quantum systems. Our proposed CNN
model, the so-called XpookyNet, effectively overcomes the challenge of handling
complex numbers data inherent to quantum systems and achieves an accuracy of
98.5%. Developing this custom model enhances our ability to analyze and
understand quantum states. However, first and foremost, quantum states should
be classified more precisely to examine fully and partially entangled states,
which is one of the cases we are currently studying. As machine learning and
quantum information theory are integrated into quantum systems analysis,
various perspectives, and approaches emerge, paving the way for innovative
insights and breakthroughs in this field
