    Get PDF
The aim of this paper is to present a bibliometric overview of the academic research on the establishment of motivation and Human resources practices and their influence on innovation, which has gained a wide acceptance in the scientific community. This analysis uses two main approaches, namely performance analysis and scientific mapping. The first uses a range of bibliometric measures and indicators to assess the importance, impact and quality of publications in a particular field. While the second aims to complete the analysis of performance using techniques from a time perspective. We have included performance analysis and science mapping of the Human Resources Motivation Field using the R language and R-STUDIO software to map the bibliographic material. We firstly have compiled a list of 1513 articles selected from the Web of Science database. Then we identified the most global relevant documents in the field according to authors, journals, articles, institutions and countries. Based on the results obtained during the analysis of these articles, it turned out that research in the field of human resource management tends much more towards digitization and the use new technologies when it comes to its link with innovation. Our conclusion is that research in this field has made significant progress in the past five years, China is the country with the greatest influence in all aspects of this field. However, it is important to consider that science is constantly advancing in this field, and data will change rapidly over time. Therefore, this work plays an informative role, showing that most of the basic research on human resources motivation is in the business and management fields.     JEL Classification: O39 Paper type: Empirical research. The aim of this paper is to present a bibliometric overview of the academic research on the establishment of motivation and Human resources practices and their influence on innovation, which has gained a wide acceptance in the scientific community. The issue of entrepreneurship development, especially among young students, has always been an active topic. The complexity of the phenomenon requires an analysis of the factors likely to explain it, namely in the economic and socio-cultural context of emerging countries like Morocco. The present paper raises the question of the entrepreneurial intentions of doctoral students in Morocco in a context marked by a global economic and health crisis. Entrepreneurial intention is at the center of different research approaches in the field of entrepreneurship (trait approach, facts approach, process approach). This has attracted the interest of researchers to understand the process by which entrepreneurial intention is formed. Thus, several models have been developed and implemented to frame this process.  Along with the evolution of models of intention, there is a growing interest in the development of entrepreneurship in universities and particularly in the entrepreneurial intention of university students and graduates. Therefore, for the sake of analyzing the entrepreneurial intentions of doctoral students in a Moroccan university, the present article is based on the two main models, the model of the formation of the entrepreneurial occurrence (Sokol and Shapero, 1982) and the theory of planned behavior of Ajzen (1991). Based on a literature review, the formulation of our conceptual framework allowed us to elaborate the hypotheses and research model. Empirically, a survey was carried out on a sample of 152 PhD students from different disciplinary fields. The structural equation method through the PLS approach was used to test the validity of our hypotheses. The main results then demonstrate the impact of social norms and behavioural control on the entrepreneurial intention of PhD students.

Young enterprises have significant financing needs, especially in the start-up stage when bank financing is difficult to access due to information asymmetry and lack of guarantees. This situation has led to the emergence of various alternative financing methods such as crowdfunding, venture capital, incubators, gas pedals, business angels, etc. In this article, we focus on financing by Business Angels. These actors are now a key element in the financing of the seed phase of new companies. Research on this type of financing has focused on the pre-investment phase. However, accessing financial resources is not, in itself, an ultimate end, but the question of making the entrepreneurial project a success is the most important. Therefore, the objective of this work is to conduct a systematic review examining the consequences of business angel financing (post-investment phase).  The impact of this mode of financing for the success of the financed companies is not well explored in the literature but is beginning to gain interest in recent years. Using the Prisma Statement method, we analyzed in detail all the relevant scientific publications answering our research question. The results show a positive trend in the impact of business angel financing on the success of the financed company. This success is expressed and measured in different ways that often correspond to the vision and the specific context of each researcher. However, we did not find any publications related to the African or Arab context, which requires further exploration in this sense.

Self-compacting concrete (SCC) development marks an important step towards efficiency and conditions working in construction sites and in the precast industry. SCC easily flows into more complex shapes and through reinforcing bars, reduces the labor required for placement; no vibration is required to ensure proper concrete compaction. This concrete contains a high binder volume, which is controlled by their rheological behavior. The paste binders consists Portland cement (with or without additional cementations’ materials), water, chemical additives and fillers. In this study, two tests series were carried out on self-compacting cement pastes made with marble waste additions as addition minerals. The first series of this survey was to determine the flow dough time of using a Marsh cone, the second series was to determine the same dough rheological parameters, namely the elastic limit and the plastic viscosity at using a rheometer. The results of this survey allowed us to study of the elastic limit evolution, the viscosity and the marsh flow time cone paste as a paste composition function. The development of self-compacting concrete (SCC) marks a huge step towards improved efficiency and working conditions on construction sites and in the precast industry.  SCC flows easily into more complex shapes and through reinforcement bars, reduces the manpower required for the placement; no vibration is required to ensure correct compaction of concrete.  This concrete contains a high volume of binder, which is controlled by their rheological behaviour. Stabilization of a linear Timoshenko system with infinite history and applications to the Timoshenko-heat systems

    No full text
In this article, we, first, consider a vibrating system of Timoshenko type in a one-dimensional bounded domain with an infinite history acting in the equation of the rotation angle. We establish a general decay of the solution for the case of equal-speed wave propagation as well as for the nonequal-speed case. We, also, discuss the well-posedness and smoothness of solutions using the semigroup theory. Then, we give applications to the coupled Timoshenko-heat systems (under Fourier's, Cattaneo's and Green and Naghdi's theories). To establish our results, we adopt the method introduced, in [13] with some necessary modifications imposed by the nature of our problems since they do not fall directly in the abstract frame of the problem treated in [13]. Our results allow a larger class of kernels than those considered in [28,29,30], and in some particular cases, our decay estimates improve the results of [28,29]. Our approach can be applied to many other systems with an infinite history
