The title compound, {[BaPt(CN)4(C12H26N2O4)]·0.5H2O}n, is a two-dimensional coordination polymer in which the sheets are oriented approximately parallel to the (01) set of crystal planes. In the crystal structure, disordered water mol­ecules (half occupancy) connect the sheets into a three-dimensional network via inter­molecular O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds. An N—H⋯N inter­action is also present. The shortest Pt⋯Pt contacts are 7.5969 (4) Å by an inversion relationship and 7.6781 (4) Å by translation along the a axis

The purpose of this study was to determine the financial performance of the Industrial Agriculture Sector in Indonesia which was listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020’s pandemic period with the Economic Value Added (EVA) and Market Value Added (MVA) approaches with the Time Series Approach. The results of this study were based on the Economic Value Added (EVA ) shows that PT. Andira Agro Tbk, PT. Eagle High Plantations Tbk, PT. Jaya Agra Wattie Tbk, PT. Dharma Samudera Fishing Industries Tbk, PT. Estika Tata Tiara Tbk and PT. BISI International Tbk. negative results are said to perform poorly. PT. Dharma Satya Nusantara Tbk. Positive results is said to perform well. Based on Market Value Added (MVA) of PT. Dharma Samudera Fishing Industries Tbk. negative results is said to perform poorly. PT. Andira Agro Tbk, PT. Monomers, dimers, and trimers of [Au(CN)2]− in a Ba(diaza-18-crown-6)2+ coordination polymer

The structure of the title compound, poly[triaquatetra-μ-cyanido-tetracyanidobis­(1,4,10,13-tetra­oxa-7,16-diaza­cyclo­octa­deca­ne)di­barium(II)tetra­gold(I)], [Au4Ba2(CN)8(C12H26N2O4)2(H2O)3]n, displays O—H⋯N hydrogen bonding between water molecules and cyano ligands and an unusual pattern of aurophilic inter­actions that yields a monomer, dimer, and trimer of [Au(CN)2]− within the same crystal structure. In two of the five Au positions, the atom resides on a center of inversion. The overall arrangement is that of a coordination polymer assisted by aurophilic and hydrogen-bonded inter­actions

ANALISIS STRUKTUR JARINGAN KOMUNIKASI #SEAGAMES2022 DI TWITTER MENGGUNAKAN PENDEKATAN SOCIAL NETWORK ANALYSIS (SNA)

Pesta Olahraga Asia Tenggara atau Southeast Asian Games (SEA Games) merupakan ajang perlombaan di bidang olahraga yang melibatkan negara-negara yang berada di kawasan Asia Tenggara. Para pengguna Twitter ikut memeriahkan acara SEA Games 2022 dengan mengunggah tweet dengan hashtag khusus yaitu #SEAGames2022. Minimnya penelitian mengenai jaringan komunikasi mengenai hiburan menjadi alasan mengapa penelitian ini dilakukan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Social Network Analysis (SNA) yang berfokus pada relationship research dan digunakan untuk mengukur suatu hubungan dan menggambarkan beberapa informasi dari individu melalui aplikasi Netlytic. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jaringan komunikasi ini memiliki tipe relasi two mode, tiga jenis pola jaringan yaitu pola komunikasi roda, Y, dan rantai, serta relasi dari jaringan bersifat langsung dan memiliki arah. Teacher-made Tactile Science Materials with Critical and Creative Thinking Activities for Learners Including those with Visual Impairments

Gifted students with visual impairments are twice exceptional learners and may not evidence their advanced science aptitudes without appropriate accommodations for learning science. However, effective tactile science teaching materials may be easily made. Recent research has shown that when tactile materials are used with all students in the class, everyone benefits. This presentation provides many classroom-tested example sets of tactile materials for teaching upper elementary and middle school science concepts. These science concepts include the parts of: a flower, ear, insect, beaver habitat, volcano, hydroelectric power plant, plant cell, and sun. Critical and creative thinking skill strategies to accompany these materials for further developing gifted students’ science knowledge also are provided. These include application of the Edward de Bono CoRT Breadth thinking skills and other creative thinking skills, such as making a model or using analogy. TOAST stroke subtype classification in clinical practice: implications for the Get With The Guidelines-Stroke nationwide registry

IntroductionThe TOAST (Trial of ORG 10172 in Acute Stroke Treatment) is the most commonly used ischemic stroke subtype classification system worldwide and a required field in the US National Get With The Guidelines-Stroke (GWTG-Stroke) registry. However, stroke diagnostics have advanced substantially since the TOAST classification was designed 30 years ago, potentially making it difficult to apply reliably.MethodsIn this prospective diagnostic accuracy study, we analyzed consecutive ischemic stroke patients admitted to a Comprehensive Stroke Center between July–October 2021. Clinical practice TOAST classification diagnoses rendered by the stroke team in the electronic medical record (EMR) at discharge were retrieved from GWTG-Stroke registry and compared to a reference (“gold”) standard diagnosis derived from agreement between two expert raters after review of the EMR and patient imaging.ResultsAmong 49 patients; age was 72.3 years (±12.1), 53% female, and presenting NIHSS median 3 (IQR 1–11). Work-up included: brain imaging in 100%; cardiac rhythm assessment in 100%; cervical/cerebral vessel imaging in 98%; TTE ± TEE in 92%; and TCD emboli evaluation in 51%. Reference standard diagnoses were: LAA-6%, SVD-14%, CE-39%, OTH-10%, UND-M (more than one cause)-20%, and UND-C (cryptogenic)-10%. GWTG-Stroke TOAST diagnoses agreed with reference standard diagnoses in 30/49 (61%). Among the 6 subtype diagnoses, specificity was generally high (84.8%–97.7%), but sensitivity suboptimal for LAA (33%), OTH (60%), UND-M (10%), and UND-C (20%). Positive predictive value was suboptimal for 5 of the 6 subtypes: LAA (13%), SVD (58%), OTH (75%), UND-M (50%), and UND-C (50%).DiscussionClinical practice TOAST classification subtype diagnoses entered into the GWTG-Stroke registry were accurate in only 61% of patients, a performance rate that, if similarly present at other centers, would hamper the ability of the national registry to provide dependable insights into subtype-related care. Cell-intrinsic lysosomal lipolysis is essential for macrophage alternative activation

Alternative (M2) macrophage activation driven through interleukin 4 receptor α (IL-4Rα) is important for immunity to parasites, wound healing, the prevention of atherosclerosis and metabolic homeostasis. M2 polarization is dependent on fatty acid oxidation (FAO), but the source of fatty acids to support this metabolic program has not been clear. We show that the uptake of triacylglycerol substrates via CD36 and their subsequent lipolysis by lysosomal acid lipase (LAL) was important for the engagement of elevated oxidative phosphorylation (OXPHOS), enhanced spare respiratory capacity (SRC), prolonged survival and expression of genes that together define M2 activation. Inhibition of lipolysis suppressed M2 activation during infection with a parasitic helminth, and blocked protective responses against this pathogen. Our findings delineate a critical role for cell-intrinsic lysosomal lipolysis in M2 activation
