This researcher aims to determine whether promotions on social media and electronic word of mouth have a significant effect on the decision to visit the Mahakam Lampion Garden in Samarinda city. The independent variable used in this study is the promotion of social media (X1) and electronic word of mouth (X2), and the dependent variable in this study is the visit decision (Y). This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling using the slovin formula and obtained 100 respondents using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. MicroRNA-377 expression level as a marker of nephropathy in Type 2 diabetes mellitus

Background: Diabetic nephropathy is one of the most dangerous complications of diabetes mellitus. To prevent these complications in diabetic patients monitoring of patients is a must. In last decades many authors were trying to investigate molecular biomarker to detect patients who are at risk. MicroRNA-377 is one of the promising biomarkers for prediction of diabetic nephropathy. Objective: This study aimed to investigate the role of miRNA-377 as early predictor of diabetic nephropathy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Patients and methods: Seventy five patients with type 2 diabetes and 25 healthy control participants are enrolled in a case-control study. Clinical evaluation, and laboratory investigations including fasting plasma glucose, serum creatinine, fasting lipid profile, glycosylated hemoglobin, estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) and albumin creatinine ratio, The expression of serum miRNA-377 was measured via quantitative real-time-polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR). Results: Expression of miR-377 could differentiate diabetic patients from healthy control as the expression of miR-377 was significantly higher in overall T2DM patients than in the healthy control (2.5 fold change, P<0.001), and was progressively increased in the normoalbuminuric group and further increased in the microalbuminuric and macroalbuminuric groups (1.92, 2.76, 3.38 fold change respectively, P<0.001). MiR-377 expression levels were positively correlated with diabetes duration, fasting plasma glucose, HbA1C, total cholesterol, LDL-C, triglycerides, creatinine and ACR, while miR-377 expression levels were significantly negatively correlated with HDL-C and eGFR.Conclusions: MiR-377 might act as a promising biomarker for prediction of development of diabetic nephropathy in type 2 diabetes patients

Abstract. Waste is one of the problems in national and local studies.In this case,comprehensive and integrated waste management is needed from upstream todownstream to provide economic benefits while at the same time healthy for thecommunity and safe for the environment. This study aims to get the modelcalculation retribution by using the model of investment theory and surveydemand involving the community in determining the value of garbageretribution in the city of Pekanbaru. The research method used is a combinationof quantitative and qualitative methods. Determining transport engineering inwaste management refers to SNI 3242:2008 on waste management insettlements and calculation of economic benefits from waste management usingwaste calculation method and waste transport engineering method. The resultsrevealed that the cost of waste levy required for Zone 1 includingTampan,PayungSekaki, and MarpoyanDamai sub-district isRp. 202,232.68 / ton ofgarbage, while those for zone 2 includingSukajadi, Senapelan, Pekanbaru, LimaPuluh, Sail, Bukit Raya, and Tenayan Raya sub-district is Rp. 213,587.94 / tonof garbage. The development of information and communication technology plays an important role in meeting the needs of people from various sectors of life, one of which is da'wah. Da'wa activities which are usually carried out face to face, can now be done anywhere and anytime without being constrained by time and place. Youtube is one of the platforms that is often used as a medium of da'wa because Youtube makes it easy to access and spread da'wa messages, especially when conflicts arise in the name of certain groups. This is because the resulting conflict is contrary to the principles of human life, harmony and peace. Therefore, to minimize the occurrence of these conflicts, the application of religious moderation is quite important and is expected to be a 'reducer' for the religious ways of extremist communities. Pengaruh Penggunaan Water Coolant Terhadap Performance Mesin Diesel

Mesin konversi energi ini dikenal dengan motor bakar yang banyak digunakan manusia sebagai penggerak mesin-mesin produksi, pompa, kendaraan bermotor dan lain sebagainya yang sering dijumpai diberbagai instansi-instansi Perusahaan sekarang ini dengan menggunakan sistem radiator untuk pendinginan, sehingga dapat menghasilkan efisiensi yang tinggi, disamping harus diperhatikan gas sisa pembakaran yang berbahaya sehingga perlu diadakan analisa pendinginan pada mesin, pengujian ini melakukan pengamatan Pemakaian Water Coolant, sehingga karakteristik motor bakar dapat diketahui. Untuk meningkatkan efisiensi kerja maka penulis menggunakan engine sebagai motor penggerak, dimana daya yang dihasilkan tidak selalu stabil, dengan mempergunakan alat ini maka dapat diperoleh data-data mengenai efektif pemakaian water coolant tersebut. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Penggunaan Water Coolant Terhadap Performance Mesin Diesel. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah melakukan eksperimental melalui uji laboratorium untuk mengetahui hasil percobaan dari pemakaian water coolant terhadap daya mesin diesel. Adapun langkah–langkah yang ditempuh melalui alat dan uji coba, water coolant yang digunakan dalam penelitian, pengambilan data, analisis data, kesimpulan. Variabel yang diteliti yaitu variabel bebas pemakaian water coolant dalam proses penelitian dan variabel terikat yaitu putaran mesin yang disebabkan akibat water coolant. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah penambahan water coolant tidak berpengaruh terhadap torsi sebuah mesin apabila bebannya sama, penambahan water coolant berpengaruh terhadap daya dari sebuah mesin, tekanan pada setiap penambahan water coolant tidak berbeda jauh hasilnya, penurunan effisiensi thermal dipengaruhi oleh besarnya daya

Andra Cell merupakan pelaku usaha dalam sektor teknologi yang menawarkan jual beli smartphone yang terdiri dari Oppo, Vivo, Samsung, Realme dan Xiaomi, serta berdiri tahun 2015. Bentuk promosinya saat ini tidak menggunakan media sosial, melainkan dengan cara memanfaatkan promosi model word of mouth dari konsumen yang pernah melakukan transaski untuk mereferensikannya kepada lingkungan Tujuan dalam penelitian ini Untuk mengetahui gambaran umum dari Toko Andra Cell. Untuk mengetahui penetapan harga dan kondisi keputusan pembelian Smartphone merek Vivo pada toko Andra Cell. Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh penetapan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone Vivo pada toko Andra Cell. Untuk mengetahui hambatan dan upaya yang dilakukan oleh toko Andra Cell.Metode penelitian yang digunakan menggunakan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data bersifat observasi non partisipan, wawancara dan angket melalui Google Form sebanyak 66 responden berdasarkan perhitungan rumus slovin untuk dibagikan kepada masyarakat Kota Cianjur. Teknik Analisis Data menggunakan Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Regresi Linear Sederhana, Analisis Rank Spearman, Koefisien Determinasi serta Uji Hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian variabel x yaitu penetapan harga maka peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa pengaruh penetapan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Andra Cell memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan positif dan hipotesis dapat diterima. Saran dari peneliti yaitu satu sebaiknya Andra Cell melakukan bentuk pelayanan yang berbeda dan berkarakter sehingga masyarakat Cianjur akan selalu membeli kebutuhan smartphonenya pada Andra Cell, yang kedua sebaiknya Andra Cell melengkapi jenis dan tipe produk yang secara umum disukai juga oleh beberapa kalangan seperti halnya merek Sony dan juga Apple. Abstract. Activities in the field of tourism are complex activities which include varioussectors and forms of activities that have dynamic and growing elements. Based onGovernment Regulation Number 50 of 2011 concerning the Master Plan for NationalTourism Development (RIPPARNAS) in 2010-2025, Rupat Island is designated as atourist destination of Riau Province which has the potential to be developed because ithas a very strategic position and very exotic selling points.As the efforts to make Rupat Beach as a superior and excellent tourism area inBengkalis Regency in particular and Riau Province in general, the community andgovernment are required to maintain and develop the potential so that this touristdestination can sustain the acceleration of regional development. Therefore, a scientificstudy is needed to strategically develop the potential of Rupat Island NTSA. Increasing Green Open Space in Sumber Tani Village by Creating a Family Medicinal Plant Garden or TOGA

TOGA is a home-cultivated plant that is efficacious as a medicine to meet the family's need for medicines. This community service is carried out through the Extended Thematic Field Work Program or KKNTD (Kuliah Kerja Nyata Tematik Diperpanjang), sponsored by Universitas Sumatera Utara. The decision to make the TOGA is following the KKNTD theme in which Sumber Tani Village, Batubara Regency is included in the Green Village Theme. The purpose of this activity is to improve and preserve the Green Open Space in Sumber Tani Village. In this activity, there are two activities namely repairing TOGA in each hamlet and planting medicinal plants. The result of this activity is the formation of TOGA starting from hamlets 1 to 8. Some repairs and replanting have been carried out on TOGA which has been damaged or is no longer growing. This program is expected to help the community's economy by reducing the cost of buying medicine and of course improving people's health as well
