This paper focuses on Palembang Aviation Polytechnic cadets as students are directed to be able to form better personalities through mental, character, and physical development. Palembang Aviation Polytechnic forms the character of cadets who are disciplined, firm, and punctual. Cadets are required to take part in 8 hours of active learning by the Palembang Aviation Polytechnic's Cadet Code of Conduct (PT3). For time efficiency and ease of monitoring cadets' compliance with compulsory education, a data-based RFID tool was designed using an Arduino as an open and close system controller when a cadet taps an RFID card. Cadets are required to tap the RFID card that each individual has to ensure that cadets arrive and leave on time during learning hours. The system will not transmit data if cadets arrive before the specified time. After that, the data will be distributed to a spreadsheet as material for assessing each cadet

are an important group of foodborne pathogens that has been linked to life-threatening infections in both infants and adults. The major infections associated with species are neonatal meningitis, necrotizing enterocolitis, and septicaemia. There are seven species in the genus, of which only three are of clinical importance; , and . To date most studies have focussed on as it is the major species associated with neonatal infections. However, recently , in particular sequence type 7 (ST7), has been noted as being prevalent in adult infections and therefore warranting further investigation. In this study, eight strains of ST7, that had been isolated from a wide range of sources and varied in their virulence, were chosen for proteomic analysis of their outer membrane proteins (OMPs). One-dimensional gel analysis revealed a ~29 kDa size band that was only present in the highly invasive strains. Subsequent mass spectrometric analysis identified several peptides that matched the flagellin protein. The presence of flagellin protein was confirmed in 2D gel spot. Mass spectrometry analysis of total OMPs revealed that the four highly invasive strains expressed the main flagellum proteins that were absent from the four low invasive strains. These were the flagellar hook protein FlgE, flagellar hook-associated protein 1, flagellar hook-associated protein, flagellin, and flagellar hook-filament junction protein FlgL. This data indicates that flagellar proteins may have an important role in the organism's invasion properties

The objective of this study was to investigate the risks of runoff and erosion of soils in the Ben Ahmed watershed, it's located in the region of casa-settat, 70 km south-east of Casablanca, and characterized by a semi-arid climate. The study consists of measuring on 1 m2 plot, the volumes of runoff and sediments, under the influence of rainfall generation (60mm/30 min). Soil samples were collected from each plot to determine texture, organic matter and humidity. Results obtained show that the detachability varies between 19 and 34 g/l, infiltrability oscillate between 15 and 37 mm.h-. Pearson correlation test shows that infiltration was negatively correlated with runoff and soil detachability (R=-0.99, R=-0.87 respectively). It‘s significantly correlated with the proportions of sand(R=0.69), silt (R= -0.98) an clay (R= 0.92), however, is weakly correlated with organic matter (R=-0.32). Infiltration and detachability were significantly correlated with humidity (R = -0.99, R = -0.63respectively)

The purpose of this service is 1) Segregation of waste is carried out from the start when the waste is produced; 2) Motivating students in the movement to start sorting waste starting with me; 3) Motivating education unit managers to provide separate bins according to the type of waste. This service was carried out in 16 education units and TPS3R Kalisurodi under the auspices of the Darussalam Pondok Pesantren Blokagung Banyuwangi. The mentoring method used is the Asset Based Communities Development (ABCD) approach. The results of the service show that there has been an increase in knowledge about increasing knowledge related to 1) Types of organic, inorganic waste, and hazardous and toxic materials; 2) Reusable & Recyclable materials (selling value); 3) Differences between Kitchen Waste and Garden Waste M 4) various examples of hazardous and toxic materials (B3); 5) Impact if waste is not managed on health; 6) Reasons why waste must be managed; 7) Stages of waste management in Islamic boarding schools and educational units; 8) Manufacture of individual composters; 8) Know the BSF cultivation cycle; 9) Recognizing that it is necessary to separate the impact from the source to solve the segregation problem at the TPS; 10) Knowing that there is a need for behavior change in all individual components in Islamic boarding schools and education units as a solution to solving waste problems. This assistance emphasizes that in implementing Islamic boarding schools' economic empowerment through sustainable waste management, a joint committee is required between all components in the foundation, education units, and TPS3R Kalisuro waste management to sort waste from sources, form waste banks in each education unit, and provide adequate infrastructure facilities for managemen
