Pendampingan Kemandirian Ekonomi Berbasis Keuangan Syariah Untuk Mewujudkan Kesetaraan Ekonomi Masyarakat Di Dusun Kwangenrejo Desa Leran Kecamatan Kalitidu Kabupaten Bojonegoro Jawa Timur
This service activity aims to provide assistance and economic empowerment to the community in fulfilling sustainable economic improvement in Kwangenrejo Hamlet, Leran Village, District. Kalitidu District. Bojonegoro, East Java. In carrying out community service, we use the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) method, namely with five stages of discovery, dream, design, define and destiny. The results of this service activity were found to be (1) improving the community's economy, especially the livestock community, the majority of which are farmers and rice paddy cultivators with the rolling goat program. (2) The provision of working capital loans by BMT Nurul Ummah Ngasem is an indicator of economic empowerment activities in improving the economy of village communities. ASPEK-ASPEK EPISTEMOLOGI DALAM MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN ISLAM
The purpose of this study is to determine the source of knowledge, and the role and diffusion of epistemology in the management review of Islamic Education. The method that researchers use is library research in the form of references from various library data sources that are ready to use so that they can be used immediately and are not limited by space and time. The results of the study show that aspects of epistemology are related to the way understanding and knowledge are obtained in the context of Islamic education. It includes teaching methods, sources of knowledge, and the process of understanding Islamic concepts. The role of epistemology in the management of Islamic education ensures that the methods and knowledge conveyed are in accordance with Islamic scientific principles. By understanding and applying this aspect of epistemology in the management of Islamic education, it is hoped that educational institutions can make a positive contribution in forming individuals who are knowledgeable, moral, and able to make a positive contribution to society and Muslims as a whole
ETIKA BISNIS ISLAM: IMPLEMENTASI PADA KELOMPOK KEWIRAUSAHAAN MAHASISWA PRODI EKONOMI SYARIAH ZA GABIN DI UNIVERSITAS ISLAM NEGERI SURABAYA
The student entrepreneurship group from the Sharia Economics Program at the State Islamic University of Surabaya produces “layered gabin” as their main product. Students in this group are focused on learning Islamic economics. This research utilizes a phenomenological approach in field research, with data collection methods including observation, interviews, and documentation. The data is then analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the student entrepreneurship group from the Sharia Economics Program applies Islamic business ethics by prioritizing honesty, fairness, promisekeeping, and cleanliness in the production process
LEADERSHIP DAN MANAGERIALSHIP
This research aims to find out about leadership, managerial ship, and the similarities and differences between leadership and managerial ship. Even thought the two terms are closely related and are often used interchangeably, they have differences. A leader has the task of giving direction and giving subordinates the task of moving towards the same goal and manager function in the field of management implementation. The method used in this research is library research, data was obtained from various sources such as books, articles,s and journals about leadership and management. The results of the research are: 1) leadership is the art and ability that a person has in using his power to influence other people to carry out certain activities to achieve predetermined goals, 2) managerial ship is managerial ability in preparing implementation plans as well as placing employees in accordance respective position, 3) the similarity between leadership and managerial ship is that both have responsibility and subordinates, 4) the differences is that in leadership, a leader is tasked with directing and moving subordinates, whereas in managerial ship, a manager has duties according to management functions
ANALISIS PENINGKATAN KESEJAHTERAAN MUSTAHIK MELALUI PENDAYAGUNAAN DANA ZAKAT PRODUKTIF DI LAZISNU JAWA TIMUR
Abstract
Productive zakat is the management of zakat by allocating zakat funds for productive programs aimed at improving the welfare of mustahik (zakat recipient) in a sustainable manner. This research aims to analyze the impact and effectiveness of utilizing productive zakat funds by lembaga Amil Zakat, Infaq and Shadaqah Nahdlatul Ulama (Lazisnu) East Java. The research method used is a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews, participant observation and document analysis. The sample for this research includes recipients of productive zakat benefits in Lazisnu, East Java who have participated in an economic empowerment program with the support of productive zakat funds.
The research results show that the utilization of Lazisnu East Java's productive zakat funds has made a positive contribution in improving the welfare of mustahik. The economic empowerment program supported by productive zakat funds has provided business capital, business equipment and livestock housing. However, business activities and aid funds are still in the micro category, meaning that the increase in income has not had a significant impact on the welfare of mustahik.

Abstrak
Zakat produktif adalah pengelolaan zakat dengan mengalokasikan dana zakat untuk program-program produktif yang bertujuan meningkatkan kesejahteraan mustahik (penerima zakat) secara berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak dan efektivitas pendayagunaan dana zakat produktif oleh Lembaga Amil Zakat, Infaq, dan Shaadqah Nahdlatul Ulama (Lazisnu) Jawa Timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumen. Sampel penelitian ini mencakup penerima manfaat zakat produktif di Lazisnu Jawa Timur yang telah mengikuti program pemberdayaan ekonomi dengan dukungan dana zakat produktif.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendayagunaan dana zakat produktif Lazisnu Jawa Timur telah memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan mustahik. Program pemberdayaan ekonomi yang didukung oleh dana zakat produktif telah memberikan modal usaha, alat usaha dan rumah ternak. Namun kegiatan usaha dan dana bantuan masih kategori mikro membuat peningkatan penghasilan belum signifikan memberikan dampak pada kesjahteraan pada mustahik.

Kesenjangan Komunikasi Digital Mahasiswa Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Dengan Perguruan Tinggi Umum di Indonesia
The ranking of the Ministry of Religion Universities is far behind compared to the Ministry of Education and Culture Universities according to webometrics and Unirank. This is an indicator of the digital divide. With equal Internet access, there should be no digital divide. The purpose of this study was to determine the digital divide between students from the Ministry of Religion Universities and students from the Ministry of Education and Culture Universities. The theory used in this study is the theory of digital divide which includes three aspects, namely access divide, usage divide, and quality of use divide. The population in this study was 8,825,981 students with a sample of 424 respondents. The sampling technique used was simple random with a standard error of 4.82%. The data analysis technique used the SPSS compare means one way ANOVA test. The results showed that the access divide and the usage divide did not experience a digital divide with a significance value of 0.80 and 0.909, respectively. Meanwhile, the quality of use divide experienced a digital gap with a significance value of 0.024. The digital divide occurs in the quality of students' use of information and communication technology. The average quality of the use of information and communication technology among university students of the Ministry of Education and Culture is higher than that of university students of the Ministry of Religion. There needs to be an effort from the Ministry of Religion in making policies so that the use of information and communication technology in Higher Education students of the Ministry of Religion is of higher quality, especially in accessing national and international journals

Pokok masalah penelitian ini adalah bagaimana strategi bimbingan menggunakan teknik reinforcement guna membentuk budi pekerti yang baik pada santri panti asuhan yatim Muhammadiyah kacangan andong boyolali ? Dari pokok masalah tersebut dirumuskan dalam submasalah atau pertanyaan penelitian, yaitu: 1) Bagaimana metode bimbingan pada santri panti asuhan yatim Muhammadiyah kacangan andong 2) Bagaimana strategi yang dilakukan di Panti Asuhan yatim Muhammadiyah kacangan andong dalam pembentukan perilaku budi pekerti santri. Jenis penelitian ini tergolong kualitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian dengan jenis studi kasus dengan memusatkan diri secara intensif pada satu objek tertentu yang dipelajari sebagai suatu kasus sehingga dapat diperoleh data dari semua pihak yang bersangkutan menggunakan Teknik reinforcement (penguatan). Adapun sumber data yang di gunakan penelitian ini adalah sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder metode yang di gunakan yaitu: metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Lalu teknik pengolahan dan analisis data dilakukan melalui tiga tahapan yaitu Metode Deduktif, Metode Induktif, Metode Komperatif. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa metode bimbingan untuk membentuk budi pekerti santri di panti asuhan yaitu: terdapat faktor yang pendukung dan menghambat dalam pembinaan budi pekerti. Faktor pendukung yaitu adanya dukungan pimpinan panti asuhan sehingga memberikan pengaruh dalam kegiatan tambahan, adapun faktor penghambat pada bimbingan budi pekerti santri adanya pengaruh pergaulan, kurangnya perhatian pengasuh terhadap budi pekerti santri dikarenakan minimnya jumlah pengasuh panti, dan adanya pengaruh media elektronik. Dengan diberikannya strategi bimbingan dengan teknik reinforcement melalui strategi keteladanan, pemberlakuan sifat kedisiplinan, dan pembiasaan santri maka akan memberikan dampak yang positif bagi santri Yayasan Panti Asuhan Muhammadiyah Kacangan Andong Boyolali.

TEACHING METHODOLOGY FOR OPENING AND CLOSING IN ELT: AN ENGLISH TEACHER’S PERSPECTIVE
This study adopted a qualitative single case study approach to investigate a language teacher’s integration in the context of teaching methodology for opening and closing in English Language Teaching at SMAN 1 Bangorejo, Banyuwangi. Collecting most of their data from interviews, observation and recording. With an advance purposive sampling strategy was adopted for case selection. The demand on English language teacher is increased really fast and education needed to be well managed and trained. The effort has focused on improving teacher’s English Language proficiency, not as general but as a specialized subset of language skills required to prepare and teach lessons. The concept of English-for-Teaching is a bound form English for Specific Purposes (ESP) for classes is built on what the teacher knows about teaching, while introducing and confirming specifics language class. This article explains how the construct was developed and then explains examples of class assignments and the language required to implement them in three main areas: managing the classroom, understanding and communicating lesson content, and assessing students and providing feedback. Result of opening and closing component; arouse student’s attention, generating motivation, and provide a reference or structure in teaching practice.
TRANSFORMASI SISTEM CASHLESS PAYMENT SEBAGAI UPAYA DIGITALISASI MANAJEMEN PEMBIAYAAN DI PONDOK PESANTREN DARUSSALAM BLOKAGUNG BANYUWANGI
Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Blokagung Banyuwangi merupakan salah satu pondok pesantren yang telah mengikuti perkembangan zaman di era teknologi. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya inovasi berbasis digital yang telah digagas dengan program pendukung adanya financial technologi, yakni digitalisasi kepada pelayanan keuangan seperti transaksi pembiayaann dengan menggunakan sistem e-money. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dasar syariah yang digunakan sebagai landasan adanya sistem transaksi cashless payment. Bagaimana implementasi dari transaksi cashless payment Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Blokagung, serta untuk mengetahui keunggulan dan kelemahan penggunaan cashless di Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Blokagung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan Teknik pengumpulan data observasi dan wawancara. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah tim audit Koppontren Ausath Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Blokagung. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa system cashless Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Blokagung merupakan sistem transaksi secara transparan sehingga memudahkan untuk mengendalikan beberapa masalah keuangan di Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Blokagung. Terdapat kekurangan dalam penerapan sistem cashless payment, diantaranya sulitnya menjangkau dan memverifikasi wajah pembeli dengan wajah di aplikasi pada saat koperasi dalam kondisi obesitas ditengah keramaian santri
APPLICATION OF WEB -BASED LEARNING MEDIA TO IMPROVE SANTRI COMMUNICATION SKILLS
This research aims to evaluate the application of web-based learning media in improving Santri's communication skills. This study focuses on the effectiveness of using web technology in improving students' ability to communicate. The research method uses an experimental approach, involving a control group and an experimental group. identified as research subjects. The use of web platforms for learning is used in a structured manner and integrated into the curriculum to help students develop their communication skills.
The results showed a significant improvement in the communication skills of students involved in web-based learning compared to the control group. Quantitative and qualitative data analysis provides a clear picture of the progress achieved by students through the use of web-based learning media. The findings from this research indicate that web-based learning media is effective in improving the communication skills of class VII students. The implications of this research highlight the importance of integrating web technology in an educational context to strengthen students' communication skills.
