Pengaruh Kualitas Auditor, Likuiditas, Solvabilitas dan Profitabilitas terhadap Opini Audit Going Concern pada Sub Sektor Makanan dan Minuman yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia
This research is aimed to emprirically examines the influences of auditor quality, liquidity, solvability and profitability to the Going Concern Auditing Opinion (GCAO). This research\u27s populations are16 companies from sub sektor food and drink companies listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) for the year 2011, 2012, and 2013. This research samples were 15 companies or 45 observation data which had close by purposive sampling. The data which used is secondary data that acquired from Bursa Efek Indonesia and it was analyzed by logistic regression. The result showed that the auditor quality, liquidity and profitability have no significant influence to the going concern opinion. Whereas the solvability have signifcant influence to the going concern opinion

HUBUNGAN ASUPAN PROTEIN, LEMAK, KALIUM DAN MAGNESIUM DENGAN TEKANAN DARAH SISTOLIK DAN DIASTOLIK LANJUT USIA
Latar belakang : Hipertensi merupakan salah satu penyakit degeneratif yang prevalensinya semakin meningkat. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi tekanan darah adalah asupan protein, lemak, kalium, dan magnesium. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan asupan protein, lemak, kalim,dan magnesium dengan tekanan darah pada lansia.
Metode : Penelitian cross-sectional ini diikuti oleh 42 subjek (60-80 tahun) dari anggota PWRI (Persatuan Wredatama Republik Indonesia) ranting Semarang Selatan di Semarang. Asupan protein, lemak, kalim, dan magnesium diperoleh dengan menggunakan recall 3x24 jam. Tekanan darah diukur dengan menggunakan Sphygmomanometer air raksa. Analisis bivariat dilakukan dengan uji korelasi Rank-Spearman.
Hasil : Pada penelitian ini sebanyak 83.3% subjek mengalami hipertensi. Asupan protein (52.4%), lemak (100%), kalium (54.8%), dan magnesium (95.2%) subjek kurang dari kebutuhan. Analisis bivariat menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan antara asupan protein, lemak, kalium, dan magnesium dengan tekanan darah sistolik dan diastolik.
Simpulan : Tidak terdapat hubungan antara asupan protein, lemak, kalium dan magnesium dengan tekanan darah sistolikdan diastolik
Karakteristik Kimia dan Organoleptik Kamaboko Surimi Tetelan Ikan Tuna
Tuna loin waste called “tetelan†is a waste of tuna loin processing, consisting of red meat and some white meat. “Tetelan†is fish meat that sticks to the bone or unused meat because of its ununiform size. This loin waste contains high protein but smells fishy. To reduce the fishy smells, “tetelan†tuna was processed to surimi kamaboko due to the steaming process and spices' addition to improving the texture properties of kamaboko carrageenan was added while surimi was processed. The research objective was to determine the effect of carrageenan concentrations on the chemical and organoleptic properties of kamaboko “tetelan†tuna. The research used an experimental method, with a single treatment named concentration of carrageenan and sago starch consisted of 3 levels of carrageenan concentration 1.0, 1.5, and 2.0%. Kamaboko was analyzed chemically involved moisture, ash, fat and protein content, and organoleptic involved aroma, taste and texture. Organoleptic test data (aroma, taste, texture) were analyzed using the Friedman test followed by multiple comparison tests. Meanwhile, the chemical data were analyzed using a Completely Randomized Design. Data analysis showed that the concentration of carrageenan and sago starch did not significantly affect the taste, aroma, and texture of kamaboko. The treatment applied significantly influenced the ash content of kamaboko. Kamaboko “tetelan†tuna showed a high protein content above the kamaboko protein quality standard.

ABSTRAK
Limbah hasil pengolahan tuna loin berupa tetelan ikan yang terdiri dari jenis daging merah dan sebagian daging ikan putih. Tetelan berupa daging ikan yang menempel pada tulang ikan atau daging ikan yang tidak dapat dimanfaatkan karena sayatannya yang tidak merata. Daging ikan tuna mengandung protein tinggi tetapi memiliki kelemahan berbau amis, sehingga kurang disukai konsumen. Pemanfaatan tetelan ikan tuna sebagai bahan baku surimi untuk diolah menjadi kamaboko diharapkan dapat mengurangi bau amis karena adanya proses pengukusan dan penambahan bumbu. Penambahan konsentrasi karagenan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan sifat tekstur kamaboko. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi karagenan terhadap sifat kimia dan organoleptik kamaboko tetelan ikan tuna. Penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimen, dengan perlakuan tunggal konsentrasi karagenan terdiri dari tiga taraf yaitu konsentrasi karagenan 1,0, 1,5, dan 2%. Kamaboko di analisa kimia (kadar air, abu, lemak dan protein) serta organoleptik (aroma, rasa dan tekstur). Data uji organoleptik (aroma, rasa, tekstur) dianalisis mengggunakan uji Friedman dilanjutkan dengan uji perbandingan berganda. Sedangkan data kimia dianalisis dengan rancangan acak lengkap. Hasil uji Friedman menunjukkan perlakuan konsentrasi karagenan tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap rasa, aroma dan tekstur kamaboko, sedangkan perlakuan hanya berpengaruh terhadap kadar abu kamaboko. Tetapi kadar protein kamaboko surimi tetelan tuna tinggi di atas standar mutu kamaboko.

Kepercayaan Diri dan Compulsive Internet Use (CIU) pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Psikologi di Masa Pandemi COVID-19
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan hubungan yang signifikan antara kepercayaan diri dan penggunaan internet secara kompulsif pada mahasiswa selama pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel dengan metode simple random sampling sebanyak 159 mahasiswa yang berkuliah di Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana. Personal Evaluation Inventor dan Indonesia Problematic Internet Use Scale digunakan sebagai instrumen dalam pengumpulan data penelitian. Analisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan teknik Product Moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara variabel kepercayaan diri dengan variabel CIU pada mahasiswa Fakultas Psikologi angkatan 2020 pada masa pandemi COVID-19 (r=-0,300; p<.01). Artinya bahwa semakin tinggi rasa percaya diri maka semakin rendah penggunaan internet secara kompulsif, dan sebaliknya semakin rendah kepercayaan maka semakin tinggi penggunaan internet secara kompulsif.Kata kunci: kepercayaan diri, penggunaan internet kompulsif, mahasiswa, pandemi COVID-1
IoT in healthcare: A scientometric analysis
This paper reviews scientific articles and patents about Internet of Things (IoT) in healthcare. The aim is to explore both the domain of research and the one of practice simultaneously. We compare the annual growth, the country production, and the trend topics of publications and patents, by focusing on the most relevant themes concerning the IoT in the healthcare industry. The analysis started with the selection of the publications and patents for the period 2015–2020. Since this comparative analysis between scientometric data in healthcare is new, the findings of this study can represent the basis for future studies to determine novel research opportunities on IoT. The study provides scholars with a better understanding of IoT research in healthcare and simultaneously extends knowledge of entrepreneurship in this field. Practitioners may benefit from this review to understand new and underexplored opportunities
CONCEPTUALISATION OF SERVICE QUALITY, LEAN MANAGEMENT AND PATIENTS’ SATISFACTION AMONG DENTAL HOSPITALS IN INDONESIA
Patient satisfaction is the outcome of health services, so that patient satisfaction is one of the goals of improving the quality of health services that need to be considered by the hospital in this era of competition. Patients or communities getting satisfaction on health services held will tend to comply with advice, loyalty or obedience to an agreed treatment plan. Customers can also be said to be satisfied if what they receive are more significant than what they expected. Therefore, every hospital needs a healthcare quality assurance approach which is one of the essential tools for the company that manages or plans health services. For that, the current paper emphasises on the conceptualisation of service quality, lean management and patients’ satisfaction among dental hospitals in Indonesia. The dental hospitals in Indonesia should highlight the institution’s ability to manage the tangibility dimension and improve assurance and empathy dimensions. EFFECT OF SERVICE QUALITY AND PATIENT SATISFACTION: HOW DENTAL HOSPITALS IN INDONESIA DEAL WITH THAT?
The purpose of this research is to investigate how healthcare service quality and patients’ satisfaction are related. Thus, the study aims to assess patient’s expectations, patients’ satisfaction levels and measure the quality gap for SERVQUAL dimensions. This study employs a quantitative descriptive research approach to achieve the research objectives by testing a set of hypotheses. The data collection is by means of a self-administered questionnaire to collect primary data from 350 patients in Indonesian dental hospitals with special reference to Jakarta and Bali. The research findings reveal that the patients’ expectation and satisfaction with the healthcare SERVQUAL (tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) is not matched and there is a gap in the service quality. However, the results indicate a service quality gap in both dental hospitals. In addition, the type of hospital has been found to affect patients’ satisfaction for tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, and empathy and assurance dimensions. Article visualizations
SERVICE QUALITY AND LEAN MANAGEMENT: EMPIRICAL STUDY AMONG DENTAL HOSPITALS IN INDONESIA
The present research aims to evaluate service quality and lean management among dental hospitals in Indonesia. This study employs a quantitative descriptive research approach to achieve the research objectives by testing a set of hypotheses. The data collection is employing a self-administered questionnaire to collect primary data from 350 patients in Indonesian dental hospitals with particular reference to Jakarta and Bali. The research findings reveal that patients in Indonesia expect more from a private hospital, whether it is located in Bali or Jakarta.
