Peningkatan Kemampuan Komunikasi Matematik Melalui Strategi Think-Talk-Write (PTK Siswa Kelas VIII Semester Gasal SMP Negeri 1 Nogosari 2013/2014)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi matematik siswa melalui strategi Think-Talk-Write. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek penelitian adalah guru yang memberikan tindakan kelas da penerima tindakan kelas adalah siswa kelas VIII B SMP Negeri 1 Nogosari yang berjumlah 32 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, tes, catatan lapangan, dan dokumentasi. Validitas data menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan pendekatan analisis, untuk mengetahui kemampuan siswa diberikan tes tertulis. Setelah mendapat data, kemudian menghitung persentase nilai siswa yang mampu mencapai KKM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi matematik.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) kemampuan menjelaskan ide matematik secara tulisan dalam bentuk aljabar sebelum tindakan 25% dan setelah tindakan 65,62%; 2) kemampuan menyatakan peristiwa sehari-hari dalam bahsa atau simbol matematika sebelum tindakan 15,62% dan setelah tindakan 68,75%; 3) kemampuan mendengarkan, beridiskusi, dan menulis matematika sebelum tindakan 21,88% dan setelah tindakan 75%. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan strategi Think-Talk-Write dalam pembelajaran matematika dapat meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi matematik siswa

Formulasi Dan Uji Penetrasi Sediaan Gel Transfersom Yang Mengandung Kojyl 3 Amino Propil Fosfat Sebagai Pencerah Kulit

Kojyl 3 APPA is a compound used for skin lightening. Kojyl 3 APPA has a good solubility in water. This causes the hydrophilic nature kojyl 3 APPA difficult to penetrate through the skin. Transfersom is a carrier system that can improve the effectiveness of drug penetration. This study aims to formulate, characterize and evaluate transfersom preparations containing kojyl 3 APPA. Further more transfersom formulated in a gel formulation. Preparation gel was tested its physical stability and in vitro penetration test against non transfersom kojyl 3 APPA. Transfersom gel formulation is physically proven stable at room temperature, low temperature and high temperature storage. In vitro penetration tests showed that kojyl 3 APPA penetration loaded in transfersom gel was 11,16% while for non transfersom gel 8,02%

Background: Elderly, a person will experience changes in terms of physical, cognitive, and in his psychosocial life. This emphasizes the issue of life expectancy and physical health. Respiratory devices can increase respiratory strength to improve lung function. It can help with respiratory diaphragms and deep breathing to increase oxygen saturation more, reduce the work of helpful muscles and help us enjoy their own breathing pattern. Purpose: To determine the effect of breathing exercise on physical health. Methods: Quasi experimental research sampling technique using purposive sampling, the number of samples in this study were 26 respondents. The result of this research is paired sample t test. Result: Analysys of data using paired sample t test showed the pulse, respiration and VO2 max which had significant effect on the insignificant performance. Melon (Cucumis melo L. ) is a horticultural crop that is quite popular in Indonesia . Good taste and nutritional content makes melon increasingly popular with the public . However , often the continuity of supply in the market is still limited. This is due partly because farmers in Indonesia are still planting using seeds imported melons which is quite expensive. Therefore, an effort that can be done to reduce dependence on imported seed is seed multiplication through tissue culture techniques . The growth in tissue culture plants is controlled by the addition of plant growth regulators . This study aims to determine the effect of BAP and casein hydrolyzate for better shoot growth in vitro melon . This research has been carried out in the Laboratory of Plant Biotechnology , Faculty of Agriculture , University Tadulako , Palu . Starting from August to November 2012 . The study design using completely randomized design ( CRD ) Factorial pattern of two factors . The first factor is the concentration of BAP ( 0.25 mg / l , 0,50 mg / l and 0.75 mg / l ) , the second factor is the concentration of casein hydrolyzate ( 150 mg / l , 200 mg / l and 250 mg / l ) . significant treatment effect , Further tests using the Test Honestly Significant Difference ( HSD ) at the 5% level . Interlingual And Intralingual Errorsof Writing Narrative Text Made By Junior High School And Senior High School Students

AndiniPujiPratiwi, S 200 130 044, 2015: “Interlingual and Intralingual Errors of Writing Narrative Text Made by Junior High School and Senior High School Students.” The present study investigates the interference of L1 (Indonesian) into L2 (English) and the errors that occur due to the influence of TL (target language). The focus of the study is on the errors committed by these EFL learners in writing narrative text and emphasized on interlingual and intralingual errors. The objectives of the study are to investigate the errors committed by these EFL learners in order to find out; (1) the types of interlingual and intralingual errors in Junior High School and Senior High School, (2) frequencies of interlingual and intralingual errors in Junior High School and Senior High School, and (3) similarities and differences of interlingual and intralingual errors in Junior High School and Senior High School. To achieve these objectives, writing test was utilized in this study. The subjects of the study comprised 30 ninth grade school and 30 tenth grade school in Pekanbaru, Riau. The findings of the study suggest: (1) The types of interlingual and intralingual errors made by Junior High school and Senior High School divided into 2 levels, they are morphological level and syntactical level.(2) the frequent of interlingual errors in Junior High School 27,82% and 14,04% in Senior High School. The frequent of ofintralingual errors in Junior High School 72,17% and 85,96% in Senior High School, and (3) The similarities of interlingual and intralingual errors found in Junior High School and Senior High School are 2 types in morphological level and 2 types in syntactical level. The differences of interlingual and intralingual errors found in Junior High School and Senior High School are 1 type in morphological level and 11 types in syntactical level. PT. Bayi Kembar Malang merupakan salah satu Perusahaan rokok yang terus berkembang. Namun PT. Bayi Kembar memiliki kendala dalam proses produksinya, yaitu output produksi yang belum sesuai dengan target yang disebabkan oleh tingginya tingkat work in process, serta adanya crossing aliran material pada lantai produksinya. Dengan merancang ulang tata letak fasilitasberdasarkan hasil simulasi, diharapkan rancangan alternatif layout dapat tepat sasaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Systematic Layout Planning (SLP) dilanjutkan dengan simulasi existing layout. Berdasarkan hasil simulasi layout, activity relationship chart, activity relationship diagram, space relationship diagram, dan perhitungan space requirement, dirancang dua alternatif layout serta dilakukan simulasi terhadap kedua alternatif tersebut.Berdasarkan hasil simulasi pada kedua alternatif layout maka dipilih layout kedua sebagai layout yang lebih efektif karena dapat meningkatkan jumlah output sebesar 25%, sehingga dapat mencapai target produksi PT. Analisis Framing Berita Kasus Suap Ketua Mahkamah Konstitusi pada Koran Tempo

Mahkamah Konstitusi adalah salah satu lembaga tinggi negara yang harus menjaga konstitusi dan menegakkan hukum di Indonesia. Namun, yang terjadi justru Ketua Mahkamah Konstitusi ditangkap KPK karena terlibat suap dalam sengketa Pilkada Gunung Mas dan Pilkada Lebak. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Koran Tempo membingkai kasus suap yang melibatkan Ketua Mahkamah Konstitusi, Akil Mochtar. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap Koran Tempo, karena koran ini dianggap layak dan memiliki keunggulan dibanding koran lain.Teori yang digunakan adalah teori konstruksi realitas sosial dari Peter L. Berger dan Thomas Luckman. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan analisis framing yang dikembangkan Robert N. Entman, yang terdiri dari empat perangkat, yaitu Define Problems(pendefinisian masalah), Diagnose Cause (memperkirakan sumber masalah), Make Moral Judgement (membuat keputusan moral) dan Treatment Recommendation(menekankan penyelesaian). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, define problem adalah Koran Tempo memahami kasus ini sebagai skandal besar di Indonesia. Kasus suap ini melibatkan ketua Mahkamah Konstitusi yang seharusnya menegakkan hukum dan memberantas korupsi. Diagnose Cause adalah Akil dianggap sebagai pihak yang bersalah dalam kasus ini. Make Moral Judgementyang diberikan Koran Tempo adalah penilaian negatif terhadap Akil, misalnya Akil dianggap hakim yang tidak netral dan diduga melakukan pencucian uang. Penilaian negatif juga ditujukan pada Mahkamah Konstitusi dengan memberitakan bahwa praktek pemerasan pihak berperkara sudah biasa terjadi disana. Treatment Recommendationdari Koran Tempo adalah KPK harus mengusut tuntas kasus ini. Koran Tempo memiliki ciri khas yang memberi perhatian khusus dan berani mengungkap kasus-kasus khusunya kasus korupsi dan suap. Bahasa yang digunakan Koran Tempo cenderung lebih berani. Pemberitaan Koran Tempo juga didukung dengan hasil investigasi yang mengungkap fakta bahwa banyak kejanggalan yang dilakukan Akil. Dapat disimpulkan, Koran Tempo membentuk konstruksi bahwa Akil Mochtar adalah pihak yang bersalah dalam kasus ini. Mahkamah Konstitusi juga dikonstruksikan sebagai lembaga yang tidak bersih dari tindak korupsi. Koran Tempo bersikap tidak netral dengan cenderung memihak pada KPK
