125 Summary: Current Aspects of Criminal Punishment of Youth The subject of juvenile delinquency and criminal offenses committed by children under 15 years of age constitutes a serious issue for the entire society, where an effective solution requires a specific approach and knowledge on the part of all those who deal with this subject. Given my considerable interest in this subject and my intentions to work in this area in the future, I have chosen the Current Aspects of Criminal Punishment of Youth as a topic of my rigorous thesis, with the aim of thoroughly summarizing the substantive aspects of this subject, pointing out the problems existing in this area and indicating the possible solutions. Following the introduction, the rigorous thesis is divided into 5 chapters, each of which contains a detailed analysis of a certain part of the subject of criminal punishment of youth. For easier reference, all chapters are divided into subchapters and, in some cases, into further sections. The thesis concludes with the final summary of my opinions on the current aspects and issues of criminal punishment of youth and my proposals for future legal regulation. In cases where I considered it appropriate, I included tables and charts which provide a certain illustration of the more detailed analysis contained in the...121 Závěr: zhodnocení úpravy de lege lata a úvahy de lege ferenda Tato rigorózní práce byla s ohledem na svůj název zaměřena především na trestní postih mládeže, jehož rozboru se věnuji především, současně jsem se ale pokusila upozornit na hlavní příčiny a rysy kriminality mládeže, neboť bez jejich znalosti nelze dle mého názoru přesně pochopit účel trestního postihu mládeže ani jej správně uplatňovat. Krátce jsem poukázala také na dlouhý vývoj, kterým právní úprava prošla, než nabyla svojí současné podoby. V úvodu práce jsem si položila otázku, zda byla samostatná úprava soudnictví nad mládeží nutná, zda její dnešní znění a aplikační praxe odpovídá potřebám a specifikům této kategorie pachatelů a cílům, které jsou jejich postihem sledovány. Dospěla jsem k závěru, že samostatná právní úprava soudnictví nad mládeží byla nutností, kterou si specifický charakter kriminality mládeže žádá. Teprve touto novou a samostatnou úpravou je možné se dostatečně věnovat všem aspektům nutně odlišného zacházení s mladistvými oproti dospělým pachatelům. Vzhledem k obsažnosti nové právní úpravy by nebylo vhodné ani přehledné tuto zahrnout do trestního zákona. Economic aspects of employing people with disability

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na pracovní podmínky zaměstnanců se zdravotním postižením výrobního družstva STYL Plzeň, pozornost je především věnována závodu Elektro na Nové Hospodě. Hlavním cílem této práce je analyzovat současné pracovní podmínky zaměstnanců se zdravotním postižením, posoudit a navrhnout zlepšující opatření k vylepšení pracovních podmínek. První část je zaměřena na vymezení základních pojmů, které úzce souvisejí s prací. Je zmíněna základní charakteristika výrobního družstva STYL a závodu Elektro, kterému je pak věnována veškerá pozornost. Je popsáno okolí daného podniku, což jsou dodavatelé, odběratelé a konkurenti. Poté je provedena analýza řízení lidských zdrojů a současného stavu pracovních podmínek pro zaměstnance se zdravotním postižením. Tato část je doplněná o výsledky dotazníkového šetření, které proběhlo v závodě Elektro. Z výsledků je provedeno zhodnocení spokojenosti zaměstnanců a dále navržena vylepšení pracovních podmínek pro zdravotně postižené v družstvu STYL.Katedra podnikové ekonomiky a managementuObhájenoThis bachelor thesis is focuses on working conditions of persons with disabilities in production co-operative STYL Plzeň. Attention is mainly paid to the factory Electro in Nová Hospoda. Main goal of this thesis is to analyze current working conditions of employees with disability, assess and propose improving arrangements for working conditions. The first part is focused on definition or clarification of terms which are closely related to this document. The characteristic of production cooperative STYL and Electro factory was defined. All attention is paid then to this factory. The marketing environment of the cooperative is also described, including suppliers, consumers and business competitors. In the next step the analysis of human resource management and the current state of working conditions for employees with disabilities is compiled. The analysis is complemented by the results of survey done in Electro factory. The assessment of employee satisfaction was prepared from the survey results and improvements of working conditions for disabled employees of Electro factory have been proposed

The Specifics of Geriatric Nursing Care for Trauma Patients

The theoretical portion of this thesis, on the topic "The Specifics of Geriatric Nursing Care for Trauma Patients,,, deals with gerontology and the definition of geriatric patients in general, physical and psychological changes in old age, communication with seniors in general and communication with seniors with hearing and vision loss, the causes of trauma in seniors, and curiosities in post-traumatic nursing care for geriatric patients.Two goals were established for this thesis. The first goal was to investigate which problems nurses must overcome while treating geriatric patients in the trauma ward. For the second goal, the problems focused on by nurses when dealing with geriatric patients in the trauma ward were investigated. Quantitative research was carried out in hospitals in České Budějovice, Písek, Jindřichův Hradec and Liberec. A questionnaire was used to collect the data. The questionnaire was anonymous and contained 22 questions focused on geriatric patients in general, dementia in geriatric patients, hearing loss, bowel movements, and dentition loss in patients.The questions should answer the following hypotheses: nurses perceive hearing loss as a difficult obstacle while caring for geriatric patients hospitalized in trauma wards. Nurses perceive dementia as a difficult obstacle in the care of geriatric patients hospitalized in trauma wards. Nurses working in trauma wards focus on dentition loss and the dietary troubles caused by it in geriatrics patients. Nurses working in trauma wards focus on problems with bowel movements in geriatric patients.In conclusion, it can be said that nurses perceive the care of geriatrics patients as difficult, though at the same time know it is important to address each patient individually and solve the problems associated with seniors
