El periodismo especializado en salud: una reseña histórica = Health journalism: a historical overview

Resumen: El periodismo especializado en salud es una necesidad para la sociedad. La información en salud es una de las más sensibles que hay, con lo cual, la forma de comunicar, de llegar a la población general debe estar elaborada por profesionales con experiencia en este ámbito, ya que una información errónea o mal interpretada puede generar alarmismo o incluso desembocar en un problema de salud.Objetivos: En este artículo se hace una revisión histórica del periodismo especializado en salud desde sus orígenes hasta nuestros días. Aunque hay referencias a otros países, la revisión se concentra en España.Conclusión: La crisis económica ha impactado negativamente en este campo como muestra la desaparición de varias publicaciones y programas especializados. No obstante, en los últimos meses, han aparecido nuevos medios, especialmente en el ámbito editorial, centrados en salud. Health information is one of the most sensitive issues that exists. Communicating and reaching the public should be done by experience professionals in the field. An incorrect or misinterpreted piece of information produces great alarm or could provoke a health problem.Goals: This article is a historic review of specialized journalism spanning from its origins to today. Although there are references to other countries, the article focus on Spain.Conclusion: The economic crisis has negatively impacted this field as is shown by the disappearance of several specialized publications and programs. Phenolic Profile of Cane Sugar DerivativesExhibiting Antioxidant and Antibacterial Properties

[EN] Health beneficial effects of sugarcane have been attributed to antioxidant components present in the plant material, phenolic compounds having been identified mainly in the raw juice, culms and leaves. However, the presence of specific natural phenolic constituents in non-refined cane sugars and their potential impact on the diet as an alternative to refined sugar have not been completely evaluated. Phenolic constituents of six commercially available sugarcane derivatives (granulated jaggery, muscovado sugar, light and regular jaggery blocks, cane honey and brown sugar) were identified and quantified, in addition to their physicochemical, antioxidant and antimicrobial properties against cariogenic bacteria. Physicochemical and antioxidant properties of raw sugars were highly related to degree of refining of each product. Specific hydroxycinnamic acids (chlorogenic, caffeic, coumaric, ferulic) and flavones (apigenin, tricin, luteolin) were identified and quantified in sugarcane products. Tricin and apigenin were the most abundant phenolics in raw sugars, both considered important bioactive constituents of foods which postulate as nutraceuticals, antiproliferative and chemopreventive agents. Some derivatives and their extracts also exhibited antibacterial properties against Streptococcus mutans and Streptococcus sobrinus. Bioactive compounds identified in raw sugars make sugarcane natural sweeteners a healthier alternative to white sugar, to be used at home and industry. The LGBT (I) movement in Colombia: the voice of gender diversity, achievements and challenges

Una de las formas de determinar el avance de la inclusión social en un país, pasa por el reconocimiento de la diferencia y la diversidad, por lo que el estudio de procesos organizativos y reivindicativos de grupos como las comunidades LGBT (I), es fundamental para determinar el estado de la democracia y la renovación de un país, sobre todo en uno de línea conservadora y renuente a abrir las fronteras del pensamiento y la libertad, como es el caso de Colombia.Por ello se hace necesario adelantar una investigación que recopile y estudie losavances y logros obtenidos por el Movimiento LGBT (I) colombiano, tomando como punto de comparación los derechos que posee la población heterosexual, y que permita prever cómo afrontará este movimiento social el desafío de defender y perfeccionar los derechos conquistados hasta el momento, para que exista una verdadera equidad entre la comunidad LGBT (I) y la heterosexualOne of the ways to determine how far has come the legal inclusion of traditionally margined social groups, is by realizing (and then accepting) that differences and diversities do exist. Therefore, by studying the organization and achievements of civil movements such as the LGBT (I) movement, one can benchmark the evolution and inclusion of a certain democracy, especially in a country with a conservative and reactionary society such as present-day Colombia.By researching and studying the achievements and social conquests of the Colombian LGBT (I) movement, comparing them against the human rights and social benefits taken for granted by the heterosexual population, one could foresee how this movement would defend, and then extend, their social and legal conquests until reaching the point of having an actual equality between the LGBT (I) community and its heterosexual counterpart in Colombi

We are pleased to present to our readers and the general public the first issue of volume 17 of Miradas Magazine - 2022 of the Faculty of Educational Sciences of the Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira.In this edition we continue working on the positioning of the journal both locally, nationally and internationally. This issue of 2022 brings eight articles that show results of research, review and reflection around categories such as education, communication and culture through topics such as public policies in higher education, ICT, social innovation, rural education, image, literature, and philosophy. The reading begins with the first paper entitled "Analysis of the implementation of an Educational Public Policy using the Atlas Ti tool", which talks about the implementation of the Excellence Day as a response to the need to improve academic results and achieve the objective of the national policy "Colombia the best educated in 2025".The second article entitled "Subjectivation, ICT and Mathematics Education. Validation of experts" where the research is motivated from the interweaving between education and technology, directly involving the actors of the process as transforming subjects and transformed by the school and the ways of being, feeling, thinking and acting in the world, from subjectivity.Continuing with this reading exercise, the third article entitled "Route of social innovation in a group of students of the Business Administration program - UNIMINUTO in the municipality of Ibagué" The main objective was to implement the route of social innovation in the course analysis and organizational diagnosis of the Business Administration program (AEMD) of the Vice-Rectory of Tolima and Magdalena Medio (VTMM) Corporación Universitaria Minuto de Dios - UNIMINUTO in the municipality of Ibagué. Likewise, the fourth article entitled "Perspectives of rural and technical agricultural education in the post-conflict context: development or alternatives to development?", this documentary review allows reflecting on rural and technical agricultural education in Colombia in the post-conflict context, seeking to understand the tension between development and the possibility of thinking about alternatives.At this point there is a thematic turn, the fifth article entitled "The image that is created about the artist and the environment that surrounds him, a case study of the film "The Comedian" by Gabriel Nuncio and Rodrigo Guardiola" studies the ideas of art and the concept of artist, taking up authors such as Kant and Bourdieu, approaching the film "The Comedian" as a case study.In this order, the sixth article entitled "A kaleidoscopic look at the stories 'a repulsive happiness' and 'a protective mother'", this work recovers the Greek aphorism "Know thyself" as a narrative search that seems to have no end, from this precept society is a variant to determine the lack of: essence, liberty, empathy and other elements that are explored through literature. Similarly, the seventh article entitled "Letting learn": between philosophy and didactics of philosophy in high school" starts from a hermeneutic reflection on some issues around the teaching of philosophy in high school in Colombia, taking as an example the Hermeneutic school of Alberta, Canada, based on the development of an interpretation based on personal experiences, etymologies, metaphors and frequent connections with my personal life in order to deepen the understanding of the phenomenon addressed.To close, the eighth article entitled "Narrative inquiry in education", as a reflection text, aims to address what is and how to study narrative inquiry, what it is for, how teachers can use it in favor of their professorships and when it affects and motivates. En esta edición continuamos trabajando en el posicionamiento de la revista tanto en el ámbito local, nacional e internacional.  Este número de 2022 trae ocho artículos que muestran resultados de investigación, revisión y reflexión alrededor de categorías como la educación, la comunicación y la cultura a través de temas como las políticas públicas en educación superior, las TIC, la innovación social, la educación rural, la imagen, la literatura, y la filosofía.  La lectura inicia con el primer trabajo titulado “Análisis de la implementación de una Política Pública Educativa utilizando la herramienta Atlas Ti”, allí se habla de la implementación del Día de la Excelencia como respuesta a la necesidad de mejorar los resultados académicos y alcanzar el objetivo de la política nacional “Colombia la mejor educada en el 2025”. El segundo artículo titulado “Subjetivación, TIC y Educación matemática. Validación de expertos” donde la investigación es motivada a partir del entramado entre educación y tecnología, involucrando directamente a los actores del proceso como sujetos transformadores y transformados por la escuela y los modos de ser, sentir, pensar y actuar en el mundo, desde la subjetividad. Continuando con este ejercicio de lectura, el tercer artículo titulado “Ruta de innovación social en un grupo de estudiantes del programa de Administración de Empresas - UNIMINUTO en el municipio de Ibagué” El objetivo central fue el implementar la ruta de innovación social en el curso análisis y diagnóstico organizacional del programa de Administración de Empresas (AEMD) de la Vicerrectoría del Tolima y Magdalena Medio (VTMM) Corporación Universitaria Minuto de Dios – UNIMINUTO en el municipio de Ibagué.  Así mismo, el cuarto artículo titulado “Perspectivas de educación rural y media técnica agropecuaria en el contexto del posconflicto: ¿desarrollo o alternativas al desarrollo?”, esta revisión documental permite reflexionar sobre la educación rural y media técnica agropecuaria en Colombia en el contexto del posconflicto, buscando comprender la tensión entre el desarrollo y la posibilidad de pensar las alternativas. En este punto se da un giro temático, el quinto artículo titulado “La imagen que se crea sobre el artista y el medio que lo rodea, un estudio de caso de la película “el Comediante” de Gabriel Nuncio y Rodrigo Guardiola” estudia las ideas de arte y el concepto de artista retomando a autores como Kant y Bourdieu, abordando como caso de estudio la película “El comediante”. En este orden, el sexto artículo titulado “Mirada caleidoscópica a los cuentos `una felicidad repulsiva´ y `una madre protectora´”, este trabajo recupera el aforismo griego “Conócete a ti mismo” como una búsqueda narrativa que parece no tener fin, desde este precepto la sociedad es una variante para determinar la falta de: esencia, libertar, empatía y demás elementos que por medio de la literatura son explorados.   De igual forma, el séptimo artículo titulado ““Dejar aprender”: entre filosofía y didáctica de la filosofía en bachillerato” parte de una reflexión hermenéutica sobre algunos asuntos en torno a la enseñanza de la filosofía en bachillerato en Colombia, tomando como ejemplo la escuela Hermenéutica de Alberta, Canadá, basándose en el desarrollo una interpretación basada en experiencias personales, etimologías, metáforas y frecuentes conexiones con mi vida personal con el fin de profundizar la comprensión del fenómeno abordado. Para cerrar, el octavo artículo titulado “La investigación narrativa en la educación”, como texto de reflexión pretende abordar qué es y cómo estudiar la investigación narrativa, para qué sirve, cómo los profesores pueden utilizarla en pro de sus cátedras y cuándo esta afecta y motiva.  Esperamos que esta publicación sea del agrado de nuestros lectores. We are pleased to present to our readers and the general public the first issue of volume 17 of Miradas Magazine - 2022 of the Faculty of Educational Sciences of the Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira. In this edition we continue working on the positioning of the journal both locally, nationally and internationally.  This issue of 2022 brings five articles that show results of research, review and reflection around categories such as education, communication and culture through topics such as public policies like ICT and university education, Covid-19, pedagogical practices, early childhood, employment, pronouns, criminal law and money laundering.  The reading begins with the first paper entitled "ICT in university education during the COVID-19 pandemic: Perspectives of Communication students in Peru", a research paper that discusses the implementation of ICT in the virtual education processes due to the Covid-19 pandemic in Peru.  The second article entitled "Resignification of pedagogical practices: teachers' reflection and its implication with early childhood" is a research work which assumes the analysis, resignification and reflection generated from the pedagogical teaching practice to the teaching and learning process of children in early childhood according to the public education policies issued by the Ministry of National Education MEN for the Colombian territory. Continuing with this presentation exercise, the third article entitled "Precarization of employment conditions in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico 2021" and makes part of the research results. The main objective was to characterize the labor conditions of the employed population in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico through the creation of an Employment Precarity Index (IPE) that summarizes the precariousness of employment by sex and age group. Likewise, the fourth article entitled "El uso de los pronombres de tratamiento tú, usted y vos en el departamento del Quindío", is part of the results of a research entitled "Tratamiento pronominal en el Quindío", the main objective of this research was to analyze the use of the pronouns of treatment in this department through surveys to people whose ages ranged between 12 and 70 years old. At this point, there is a thematic twist, the fifth article entitled "Criminal law of the enemy to combat the crime of money laundering in Mexico" which is the result of research of the criminal phenomenon of money laundering in Mexico, is punished according to both international and national legal orders. Continuando con este ejercicio de presentación, el tercer artículo titulado “Precarización de las condiciones del empleo en Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, México 2021” y hace aprte de los resultados de investigación  El objetivo central fue el caracterizar las condiciones laborales de la población ocupada en Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, México a través de la creación de un Índice de Precariedad del Empleo (IPE) que represente de manera resumida la precarización del empleo por sexo y grupo de edad. Así mismo, el cuarto artículo titulado “El uso de los pronombres de tratamiento tú, usted y vos en el departamento del Quindío”, hace parte de los resultado de una investigaciónesta titulada “Tratamiento pronominal en el Quindío”, el objetivo principal de esta investigación fue analizar el uso de los pronombres de tratamiento en este departamento a través de encuestas a personas cuyas edades oscilaron entre los 12 y 70 años. En este punto, se da un giro temático, el quinto artículo titulado “Derecho penal del enemigo para combatir el delito de lavado de dinero en México” que es resultado de investigación del fenómeno delictivo del lavado de dinero en México, se sanciona conforme a ordenamientos jurídicos tanto internacionales como nacionales.   Esperamos que esta publicación sea del agrado de nuestros lectores. We are pleased to present to our readers and the general public our new edition, vol. 18 No. 1 (2023): January - June, we also want to thank the contributions to each of the researchers, authors and our peer reviewers for the faithful commitment to contribute to a generation of researchers, without further ado we present the Miradas Journal attached to the Faculty of Educational Sciences of the Technological University of Pereira. In this edition we continue working on the three transversal axes, which are communication, education and culture. This issue brings twelve articles among which you can find:It begins with the text, "Analysis of the training in the use of disciplinary software of public accounting students. A case study" which makes a broad tour on ICT and the impact they have on the economy, and how this leads to the construction of new particularities on institutional policies for the integration of ICT in mandatory development plans to enhance the knowledge of students.To continue with a theoretical depth is the article entitled, "Analysis of the multimodal discourse of the representation of the female gender in the advertising spots broadcasted by Canal Caracol" talks extensively about how the advertising that a television channel configures a series of stereotypes of women on visual, auditory and verbal aspects of the discourse, pigeonholing the female gender.  The third article entitled, "Collective musical practice and its contribution to the formation of citizenship" had the objective of determining the contribution of musical practice in children of the Juan Pablo I Educational Institution, and how these practices through collective and creative work carried out through music allow the development of social and individual skills, thus encouraging the improvement of social relations and coexistence. Turning the look on the discursive analysis of the article entitled "Violence and women in the press, an analysis from the gender theory and framing" is given through the research on how violence against women is seen in the press, since the news always emphasize on the transcendence of crimes and not on creating awareness campaigns on violence against women. Continuing with the look focused on education is the article entitled "Strategies for motivation in learning: what do students and teachers think?" It gives an account of how motivation is a primordial aspect for the development of all essential activities in life, the text talks about how the perspective of students and teachers changes the dynamics of classes from an environment of empathy and performance developing a positive attitude, and how this initiative arises to propitiate and maintain this aspect when people are in search of achieving a purpose together. The sixth article entitled "Affectation of body communication processes in the learning context by technological mediation" analyzes how body communication processes such as non-verbal language, body gestures and postures affect learning in the training context, allowing a comparison of attitudes from the face-to-face and digital contexts. Another article entitled "Social imaginaries of job security of workers and immediate supervisors in Pereira and Dosquebradas (Colombia)" aims to understand the social imaginaries of supervisors and workers about work and job security, in order to recognize possible relationships from the social imaginaries of everyday work. The eighth article entitled "Percepciones ambientales de jóvenes de dos municipios del alto oriente Caldense" (Environmental perceptions of young people in two municipalities of the upper east of Caldas) is very striking due to its implications and educational perspectives, and carries out a survey to different young people to inquire about their environmental perceptions, aiming to create an environmental education with strategies that link environmental citizen participation.   The ninth article entitled "Research on sexual diversity and education in Mexico: a state of knowledge" maps an analysis of the studies conducted in Mexico on sexual diversity in order to configure the research gaps on different existing social structures such as the LGBT+ community. On the other hand we find the "Systems Theory: From Ludwig von Bertalanffy to Niklas Luhmann" and this leads to recognize the impact that the systems theory has had from the epistemology of knowledge, so it can be addressed in the field of education, law, politics, sociology and other disciplines of scientific knowledge; with the aim of identifying, also the properties that make it unique in the unit (autonomous, regenerative and referential). The purpose of this research was focused on designing a proposal for the development of the communal eco-social tourism economy in the communal council of La Concepción del "B". A communal diagnosis was initially developed to identify the potentialities and weaknesses of the sector in order to elaborate the proposal to reactivate the economy of the place.to close, the article entitled "The social ties in contemporaneity. From individualism to care" requires a broad overview of the metamorphosis of social ties and modes of relationship based on care, and the possibility of building communities based on practices of care for oneself, others and ecosystems, which are perhaps the most important key to address narcissistic individualism. We hope that all our readers will enjoy this publication.Nos complace presentar a nuestros lectores y público en general nuestra nueva edición, vol. 18 N° 1 (2023):  enero – junio, igualmente queremos agradecer los aportes a cada uno de los investigadores, autores y a nuestros evaluadores pares por el fiel compromiso por aportar a una generación de investigadores, sin más presentamos la Revista Miradas adscrita a la Facultad de Ciencias de la Educación de la Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira. En esta edición se continúan trabajando sobre los tres ejes transversales, los cuales son comunicación, educación y cultura, Este número trae doce artículos entre los cuales se pueden encontrar: Se inicia con el texto, “Análisis de la formación en el uso del software disciplinar de los estudiantes de contaduría pública. Un estudio de caso” el cual realiza un amplio recorrido sobre las TIC y el impacto que estas tienen en la economía, y como esto conlleva a la construcción de nuevas particularidades sobre políticas institucionales para la integración de las TIC en planes de desarrollo obligatorio para potenciar los conocimientos de los estudiantes. Para continuar con una profundidad teórica se encuentra el artículo titulado, “Análisis del discurso multimodal de la representación del género femenino en los spots publicitarios emitidos por el Canal Caracol” habla ampliamente sobre como la publicidad que un canal de televisión configura una serie de estereotipos de mujer sobre aspectos visuales, auditivos y verbales del discurso, encasillando a la mujer en un molde a través del discurso multimodal. El tercer artículo titulado, “Práctica musical colectiva y su aporte a la formación ciudadana” tuvo como objetivo determinar el aporte de la práctica musical en niños de la institución Educativa Juan Pablo I,  y cómo estas prácticas por medio del trabajo colectivo y creativo realizado a través de la música permite el desarrollo de habilidades sociales e individuales incentivando así el mejoramiento de las relaciones sociales y de convivencia. Volviendo la mirada sobre el análisis  discursivo del artículo titulado “La violencia y la mujer en la prensa, un análisis desde la teoría de género y el framing” se da a través de la investigación sobre cómo es vista la violencia contra la mujer en la prensa, ya que las noticias siempre enfatizan en la trascendencia de los delitos y no sobre crear campañas de concientización sobre la violencia contra la mujer. Continuando con la mirada centrada en lo educativo se encuentra el artículo titulado  “Estrategias para la motivación en el aprendizaje: ¿Qué opinan estudiantes y maestros?” Da cuenta sobre como la motivación es un aspecto primordial para el desarrollo de todas las actividades esenciales de la vida, el texto habla sobre como la perspectiva de los estudiantes y los maestros cambia la dinámica de las clases desde un ambiente de empatía y de rendimiento desarrollando una actitud positiva, y como esta iniciativa surge para propiciar y mantener este aspecto cuando las personas estén en busca de alcanzar un propósitos en conjunto. El sexto artículo titulado “Afectación de los procesos comunicativos de orden corporal en el contexto de aprendizaje por la mediación tecnológica” analiza cómo los procesos comunicativos de orden corporal tales como el lenguaje no verbal, los gestos corporales y las posturas afectan durante el aprendizaje en el contexto de formación, permitiendo hacer un comparativo sobre actitudes desde lo presencial y lo digital.  Otro artículo títulado“Imaginarios sociales de la seguridad laboral de trabajadores y jefes inmediatos en Pereira y Dosquebradas (Colombia)” tiene como propósito comprender los imaginarios sociales de jefes y trabajadores sobre el trabajo y la seguridad laboral, para reconocer posibles relaciones desde los imaginarios sociales de la cotidianidad laboral. Muy llamativo por las implicaciones y las perspectivas educativas se encuentra el octavo artículo titulado  “Percepciones ambientales de jóvenes de dos municipios del alto oriente Caldense” realiza una encuesta a diferentes jóvenes para indagar sobre las percepciones medio ambientales que tienen al respecto, pretendiendo crear una educación ambiental con estrategias que vinculen la participación ciudadana medioambiental. El noveno artículo titulado “La investigación sobre la diversidad sexual y educación en México: un estado del conocimiento” mapea una analítica de los estudios realizado en México sobre la diversidad sexual con el fin de configurar los vacíos investigativos sobre diferentes estructuras sociales existentes como por ejemplo la comunidad LGBT+. Por otro lado encontramos la “Teoría de sistemas: De Ludwig von Bertalanffy a Niklas Luhmann”  y este lleva a reconocer el impacto que ha tenido la teoría de los sistemas desde la epistemología del conocimiento, por lo que se puede abordar en el ámbito de la educación, derecho, política, sociología y demás disciplinas del conocimiento científico; con el objetivo de identificar, también las propiedades que lo hacen ser único en la unidad (autónomo, regenerativo y referencial). De esta forma también se encuentra un artículo titulado “Desarrollo de la economía turística comunal eco-socialismo en el Consejo Comunal la Concepción del “B”” el propósito de esta investigación se centró en diseñar una propuesta para el desarrollo de la economía turística comunal eco-socialismo, en el Consejo Comunal La Concepción del “B”. Se desarrolló inicialmente un diagnóstico comunal que permitió identificar las potencialidades y debilidades del sector para poder elaborar la propuesta para reactivar la economía del lugar. Para ir cerrando, el artículo titulado “Los lazos sociales en la contemporaneidad. Desde el individualismo hacia la cuidadanía” requiere hacer un amplio recorrido sobre la metamorfosis de los lazos sociales  y los modos de relación basados en el cuidado, y la posibilidad de construir comunidades a partir de prácticas de cuidado de sí, de los otros y de los ecosistemas, constituyen tal vez la más importante clave para el abordaje del individualismo narcisista. La tecnología y seguimiento escolar en pro del éxito de estudiantes víctima de desplazamiento forzado.

This article briefly presents a reflective analysis around the investigative process that is being developed on the issue of incidence regarding the condition of victim of forced displacement in the academic performance of students in the municipality of Galapa. Highlighting the academic follow-up as an element that through the systematization and automation of the processes by the hand of ICT tools, could allow the reduction of desertion and/or school repetition of this population, focusing on the analysis of the factors that intervene. in this process, based on the vulnerability of the population in question and the importance of generating proposals from technology that contribute to educational quality. The identification process of students belonging to an official Educational Institution of the municipality of Galapa is projected in this investigation, categorizing the academic performance during the last school year of these students and finally the relationship between academic performance and the condition of victim of forced displacement, from where the reflection proposes the role of technology in the pedagogical follow-up processes that support the work of the teacher.Este artículo presenta brevemente un análisis reflexivo alrededor del proceso investigativo que se viene desarrollando sobre la temática de la incidencia en cuanto a la condición de víctima de desplazamiento forzado en el rendimiento académico de los estudiantes del municipio de Galapa. Destacando el seguimiento académico como elemento que, a través de la sistematización y automatización de los procesos de la mano de herramientas TIC, podrían permitir la disminución de la deserción y/o la repitencia escolar de esta población, enfocándose en el análisis de los factores que intervienen en dicho proceso, partiendo de la vulnerabilidad de la población en cuestión y la importancia de generar propuestas desde la tecnología que aporten a la calidad educativa. Se proyecta en esta investigación el proceso de identificación de estudiantes pertenecientes a una Institución Educativa oficial del municipio de Galapa, categorizando el rendimiento académico durante el último año escolar cursado de estos estudiantes y finalmente la relación del rendimiento académico y la condición de víctima de desplazamiento forzado, desde donde la reflexión propone el papel de la tecnología en los procesos pedagógicos de seguimiento que apoyen el trabajo del docente

The LGBT (I) movement in Colombia: the voice of gender diversity. Achievements, challenges and challenges

El presente trabajo se organiza de la siguiente manera: el capítulo primero expone los antecedentes históricos de los movimientos sociales en el mundo y un acercamiento al proceso organizativo de los grupos LGBT(I) en Colombia; se realizó una recopilación de la información de los primeros pasos de conformación de los primeros movimientos por las luchas de los derechos homosexuales. Una de las formas de determinar el avance de la inclusión social en un país, pasa por el reconocimiento de la diferencia y la diversidad, por lo que el estudio de procesos organizativos y reivindicativos de grupos como las comunidades LGBT (I), es fundamental para determinar el estado de la democracia y la renovación de un país, sobre todo en uno de línea conservadora y renuente a abrir las fronteras del pensamiento y la libertad, como es el caso de Colombia.Por ello se hace necesario adelantar una investigación que recopile y estudie losavances y logros obtenidos por el Movimiento LGBT (I) colombiano, tomando como punto de comparación los derechos que posee la población heterosexual, y que permita prever cómo afrontará este movimiento social el desafío de defender y perfeccionar los derechos conquistados hasta el momento, para que exista una verdadera equidad entre la comunidad LGBT (I) y la heterosexua
