Evaluation of Company Performance

Diplomová práce se věnuje hodnocení výkonnosti podniku v letech 2007-2011. Za použití různých metod analýzy firmy a vhodných metod finanční analýzy je hodnocena výkonnost a finanční zdraví podniku. Výsledkem práce bude návrh možného postupu pro budoucí strategii.The diploma thesis deals with an evaluation of performance of the company during the years 2007-2011. Using various methods of firm analysis and appropriate methods of financial analysis evaluates performance and financial health of the company. At the end of this work the possible proposals for future strategy are suggested.

Case study of a Physiotherapeutic Treatment of a Patient with Diagnosis of Unilateral Above - Knee Amputation

Název práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou jednostranné nadkolenní amputace Cíle práce: Cílem práce je shrnout teoretické poznatky o amputacích, jejich rehabilitaci a zpracovat kazuistiku pacienta s touto diagnózou. Metodika práce: Teoretická část práce se zabývá problematikou amputací dolní končetiny a jejímu protetickému řešení. Obsahuje vyjasnění základních informací potřebných pro porozumění tématu, poznatky z oboru protetiky a možnosti rehabilitace. Část speciální je tvořena kompletní kazuistikou pacienta s diagnózou jednostranné transfemorální amputace. Kazuistika byla zpracována v rámci souvislé odborné praxe na Rehabilitační klinice Malvazinky. Výsledek: Fyzioterapeutická péče popsaná ve speciální části práce přispěla ke zlepšení stavu pacienta. Method: The general part of the thesis deals with the issue of amputation of the lower limb and its prosthetic possibilities. It contains summary of fundamental information needed to understand the problematics, basics of prosthetics and usual rehabilitation process. The special part consists of a complete case study of the patient with a diagnosis of unilateral transfemoral amputation. The case study was developed within the study practice at the Malvazinky Rehabilitation Clinic. Results: The physiotherapeutic treatment described in the special part of the study contributed to the improvement of patient's condition. In her work, the author compares three novels of the exile writers, Egon Hostovský, Lubor Zink and Zdeněk Němeček. The novels Missing, February and the story Shadow bring together the theme of the February revolution in Czechoslovakia in 1948. The author grapple with three main topics, which appear in all three novels: binary worlds and dualism, betrayed word and image of the history. In this work these newfound motives are put into the context with the general principles of literature in exile

Trend of zombification in contemporarymovie and serial production - audience analysis

The dissertation is titled "The trend of zombification in a current film and series production - audience-based research" and is aimed at explaining why people seek zombie themed series and movies. In the theoretical part, the author introduces the concept of a zombie in terms of its dominant position within the popular culture. With the historical background and the theoretical frame of the topic, the results of the audience research, that was focused mainly on the fans of a zombie genre, will be presented. By comparison of the media product discourse and the public discourse, the analysis reve als the hypothesis describing the relationship between the audience and the media content with a zombie theme.
