Entrepreneur Management Customs Services (PPJK) serves to assist importers or exporters in shipping goods. The indicators of PPJK services are customer satisfaction, timeliness, suitability of quantity and condition of delivery goods. Based on this, distribution is a very important component. Decision making for determining the type of vehicle that will be used to distribute goods requires a comparison between costs and the selection of an appropriate method for making these decisions. The purpose of this study was to analyze the operational costs of PPJK vehicles using Vehicle Operating Cost Analysis (BOK). The conclusion is that the company is advised to use its own delivery vehicle if it has a budget for the purchase of the vehicle. This is because the funds spent on rental costs are greater than operating costs. Based on the calculation of PPJK's Vehicle Operational Costs, the fixed cost of the vehicle is Rp. 325,429,472/year, variable vehicle costs of Rp. 115,579,320/year and other costs of Rp. 43,560,000/year. PPJK was declared eligible to invest in vehicles because the difference between the calculation of the operating costs of the vehicle itself and the rental amounted to Rp. 1,088,910,152, which means the rental cost is higher. In addition, the use of company vehicles can minimize risk factors for work accidents, costs, time and customer satisfaction as long as they have competent human resources. One of the traditional treatment of mental disorders that Tradisional medicine that many attended by the community from within and outside the region that is the Tradisional treatment meltal disorders Surau Rimbo Tika located in Nagari Sungai Talang. Therefore this study was conducted to discuss or describe the Tradisional treatment of mental disorders and to identify the Tradisional medicine system of mental disorders Surau Rimbo Tika. This type of research is descriptive with qualitative approach. Data collected with participatory observation and in-depth interviews and literature study. Selection is done by purposive sampling informant. Total informants there are 23 people with 8 key informants and 15 regular informant. These results indicate that the traditional treatment of mental disorders when Surau Rimbo Tika has two forms of treatment, it’s traditional medicine and conventional medicine. Elements of traditional medicine looks of the treatment system or medical system that consists of knowledge, in the form of understanding mental disorders, causes of mental disorder who came from outside and inside the body and on the individual's spiritual core. This treatment also uses the principle of yin and yang, which is not balanced in the body of the patient as well as the materials used in the medicinal herb treatment. In terms of the conventional look of therapy used in the treatment and the health system similar in modern health systems such as the management of health, medicine organizations, production resources, health care and finance. Ketepatan Pengaruh Manajemen Logistik Terhadap Tingkat Kepuasan Pelanggan PT. Bhinneka Bajanas Cabang Cikarang

This study aims to determine how much influence logistics management has on the level of customer satisfaction at PT. Bhinneka Bajanas Cabang Cikarang. The population of this research is PT. Bhinneka Bajanas Cabang Cikarang customers as many as 100 people, while the sample in this study were 50 people using the Accident Sampling method, then the data was obtained by simple linear regression analysis. The independent variable in this study is logistical management and the dependent variable is customer’s satisfaction. The results of this study indicate that logistics management has an influence on customer satisfaction. It can be seen from the results of T test, the analysis’ results show the value of T count> T table (6.327> 2.01). It means that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, or there is an effect (partially) between Logistics Management and Customer Satisfaction Levels

Lung nodules: size still matters

The incidence of indeterminate pulmonary nodules has risen constantly over the past few years. Determination of lung nodule malignancy is pivotal, because the early diagnosis of lung cancer could lead to a definitive intervention. According to the current international guidelines, size and growth rate represent the main indicators to determine the nature of a pulmonary nodule. However, there are some limitations in evaluating and characterising nodules when only their dimensions are taken into account. There is no single method for measuring nodules, and intrinsic errors, which can determine variations in nodule measurement and in growth assessment, do exist when performing measurements either manually or with automated or semi-automated methods. When considering subsolid nodules the presence and size of a solid component is the major determinant of malignancy and nodule management, as reported in the latest guidelines. Nevertheless, other nodule morphological characteristics have been associated with an increased risk of malignancy. In addition, the clinical context should not be overlooked in determining the probability of malignancy. Predictive models have been proposed as a potential means to overcome the limitations of a sized-based assessment of the malignancy risk for indeterminate pulmonary nodules

DIÁLOGOS SOBRE A PESQUISA NA PÓS-GRADUAÇÃO: aspectos metodológicos e reflexões teóricas

Trata de um relato de experiência que objetivou apresentar o percurso metodológico adotado na disciplina Seminário de Pesquisa do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Educação (PPGEd) da Universidade do Estado do Pará (UEPA), traçando ponderações sobre as perspectivas da pesquisa acadêmica na pós-graduação. O relato contextualiza as fases do desenvolvimento da disciplina, tece discussão crítica sobre as temáticas abordadas nos estudos dos mestrandos do programa, discute uma proposta de pesquisa intitulada Multi/Interculturalismo na formação inicial de professores de Educação Física na Região Xingu e avalia o desenvolvimento teórico-metodológico da disciplina. Por fim, o estudo ofereceu discussões que permitiram romper com velhos padrões relacionados ao fazer científico, dando lugar a novas experiências quanto à produção do conhecimento na universidade e principalmente ao rigor metodológico a ser observado no desenvolvimento do trabalho de dissertação

Este artigo trata de uma revisão teórica que reflete os aspectos gerais que norteiam a educação superior no Brasil desde o processo de criação das universidades, as quais teve sua implantação legitimada pelo poder público em 1920. O estudo objetiva analisar as políticas públicas de acesso e democratização da educação superior no país. Para tanto, discute as principais políticas educacionais e o cenário atual vivido pela universidade. Debate como problemática de estudo, as questões relacionadas à concepção, funções e autonomia da universidade, que apesar de garantida em lei, tem enfrentado dificuldades para se efetivar na prática. Considera dispositivos legais que tratam da temática e pauta suas discussões baseadas em autores como Fávero (1999, 2006), Zoccoli (2009), Dourado (2008), Catani e Oliveira (2007). Conclui-se que a educação superior no Brasil tem seu reconhecimento pela legalidade da universidade, efetivação e consolidação, por meio da legislação e políticas educacionais. COVID‑19 pneumonia imaging follow‑up: when and how? A proposition from ESTI and ESR

Abstract This document from the European Society of Thoracic Imaging (ESTI) and the European Society of Radiology (ESR) discusses the role of imaging in the long-term follow-up of COVID-19 patients, to define which patients may benefit from imaging, and what imaging modalities and protocols should be used. Insights into imaging features encountered on computed tomography (CT) scans and potential pitfalls are discussed and possible areas for future review and research are also included. Benefits and Harms of Lung Cancer Screening by Chest Computed Tomography: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis

PURPOSE This meta-analysis aims to combine and analyze randomized clinical trials comparing computed tomography lung screening (CTLS) versus either no screening (NS) or chest x-ray (CXR) in subjects with cigarette smoking history, to provide a precise and reliable estimation of the benefits and harms associated with CTLS. MATERIALS AND METHODS Data from all published randomized trials comparing CTLS versus either NS or CXR in a highly tobacco-exposed population were collected, according to the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses guidelines. Subgroup analyses by comparator (NS or CXR) were performed. Pooled risk ratio (RR) and relative 95% CIs were calculated for dichotomous outcomes. The certainty of the evidence was assessed using the GRADE approach. RESULTS Nine eligible trials (88,497 patients) were included. Pooled analysis showed that CTLS is associated with: a significant reduction of lung cancer-related mortality (overall RR, 0.87; 95% CI, 0.78 to 0.98; NS RR, 0.80; 95% CI, 0.69 to 0.92); a significant increase of early-stage tumors diagnosis (overall RR, 2.84; 95% CI 1.76 to 4.58; NS RR, 3.33; 95% CI, 2.27 to 4.89; CXR RR, 1.52; 95% CI, 1.04 to 2.23); a significant decrease of late-stage tumors diagnosis (overall RR, 0.75; 95% CI, 0.68 to 0.83; NS RR, 0.67; 95% CI, 0.56 to 0.80); a significant increase of resectability rate (NS RR, 2.57; 95% CI, 1.76 to 3.74); a nonsignificant reduction of all-cause mortality (overall RR, 0.99; 95% CI, 0.94 to 1.05); and a significant increase of overdiagnosis rate (NS, 38%; 95% CI, 14 to 63). The analysis of lung cancer-related mortality by sex revealed nonsignificant differences between men and women (P = .21; I-squared = 33.6%). CONCLUSION Despite there still being uncertainty about overdiagnosis estimate, this meta-analysis suggested that the CTLS benefits outweigh harms, in subjects with cigarette smoking history, ultimately supporting the systematic implementation of lung cancer screening worldwide
