Pengolahan ikan bertujuan untuk memanfaatkan ikan yang tidak laku dijual dalam bentuk ikan segar atau ikan yang kurang digemari masyarakat. Lhok Seudu merupakan salah satu daerah yang mayoritas masyarakatnya melakukan proses pengolahan ikan. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tahapan proses pengolahan ikan, besarnya biaya dan pendapatan yang diperolah serta inovasi yang dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan para pengolah ikan di Lhok Seudu Desa Layeun Kecamatan Leupung Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode sensus. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif yang diuji dengan menggunakan analisis pendapatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Tahapan proses pengolahan ikan yang ada di Lhok Seudu masih dilakukan secara sederhana; (2) Pendapatan yang diperoleh para pengolah ikan adalah sebesar Rp. 4.235.090/bulan dengan R/C rasio yang diperoleh adalah sebesar 1,3; (3) Inovasi yang dapat diterapkan adalah pengadaan tempat pendingin atau freezer, pengadaan para-para jaring marlin dan pengadaan kemasan atau packaging.Kata Kunci : Pengolahan Ikan, Inovasi, Pendapatan

    CNN-SLAM: Real-time dense monocular SLAM with learned depth prediction

    Given the recent advances in depth prediction from Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), this paper investigates how predicted depth maps from a deep neural network can be deployed for accurate and dense monocular reconstruction. We propose a method where CNN-predicted dense depth maps are naturally fused together with depth measurements obtained from direct monocular SLAM. Our fusion scheme privileges depth prediction in image locations where monocular SLAM approaches tend to fail, e.g. along low-textured regions, and vice-versa. We demonstrate the use of depth prediction for estimating the absolute scale of the reconstruction, hence overcoming one of the major limitations of monocular SLAM. Finally, we propose a framework to efficiently fuse semantic labels, obtained from a single frame, with dense SLAM, yielding semantically coherent scene reconstruction from a single view.     PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE THINK PAIR SHARE (TPS) DAN MAKE A MATCH TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN PEMECAHAN MASALAH MATEMATIKA SISWA KELAS VII MTs AL-WASLIYAH KOLAM MEDAN

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pair Share (TPS) dan Make A Match terhadap kemampuan pemecahaan masalah matematika siswa kelas VII MTS Al-Wasliyah Kolam Medan Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian quasi eksperimen. Populasinya adalah seluruh siswa Kelas VII MTS Al-Wasliyah Kolam Medan Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018. Digunakan 2 kelas sebagai sampel, yakni kelas VII B sebagai kelas eksperimen 1 dan kelas VII D sebagai kelas eksperimen 2. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji t dan analisis deskriptif. Dari hasil uji regresi linear sederhana diperoleh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pair Share (TPS) memberi pengaruh terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa dengan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel yaitu, 274,5326 > 4,15 dan model pembelajaran kooperatif Make A match memberi pengaruh terhadap kemampuan pemecahaan masalah matematika siswa dengan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel yaitu 585,2415 > 4,15. Pada uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t dengan taraf nyata α = 0,05 diperoleh harga thitung = 3,108, dan ttabel= 1,996, dengan demikian diperoleh harga thitung>tbael atau 3,108 > 1,996, sehingga H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. dari data diatas dapat disimpulkan penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pair Share (TPS) dan Make A Match terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa kelas VII MTS Al-Wasliyah Kolam Medan Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018

    Influence of mhealth interventions on gender relations in developing countries: a systematic literature review

    INTRODUCTION: Research has shown that mHealth initiatives, or health programs enhanced by mobile phone technologies, can foster women’s empowerment. Yet, there is growing concern that mobile-based programs geared towards women may exacerbate gender inequalities. METHODS: A systematic literature review was conducted to examine the empirical evidence of changes in men and women’s interactions as a result of mHealth interventions. To be eligible, studies had to have been published in English from 2002 to 2012, conducted in a developing country, included an evaluation of a mobile health intervention, and presented findings on resultant dynamics between women and men. The search strategy comprised four electronic bibliographic databases in addition to a manual review of the reference lists of relevant articles and a review of organizational websites and journals with recent mHealth publications. The methodological rigor of selected studies was appraised by two independent reviewers who also abstracted data on the study’s characteristics. Iterative thematic analyses were used to synthesize findings relating to gender-transformative and non-transformative experiences. RESULTS: Out of the 173 articles retrieved for review, seven articles met the inclusion criteria and were retained in the final analysis. Most mHealth interventions were SMS-based and conducted in sub-Saharan Africa on topics relating to HIV/AIDS, sexual and reproductive health, health-based microenterprise, and non-communicable diseases. Several methodological limitations were identified among eligible quantitative and qualitative studies. The current literature suggests that mobile phone programs can influence gender relations in meaningfully positive ways by providing new modes for couple’s health communication and cooperation and by enabling greater male participation in health areas typically targeted towards women. MHealth initiatives also increased women’s decision-making, social status, and access to health resources. However, programmatic experiences by design may inadvertently reinforce the digital divide, and perpetuate existing gender-based power imbalances. Domestic disputes and lack of spousal approval additionally hampered women’s participation. CONCLUSION: Efforts to scale-up health interventions enhanced by mobile technologies should consider the implementation and evaluation imperative of ensuring that mHealth programs transform rather than reinforce gender inequalities. The evidence base on the effect of mHealth interventions on gender relations is weak, and rigorous research is urgently needed

    Field experimental study of traffic-induced turbulence on highways

    This paper is focused on traffic-induced turbulence (TIT) analysis from a field campaign performed in 2011, using ultrasonic anemometers deployed in the M-12 Highways, Madrid (Spain). The study attempts to improve knowledge about the influence of traffic-related parameters on turbulence. Linear relationships between vehicle speed and turbulent kinetic energy (TKE) values are found with coefficients of determination (R2) of 0.75 and 0.55 for the lorry and van respectively. The vehicle-induced fluctuations in the wind components (u', v' and w') showed the highest values for the longitudinal component (v) because of the wake-passing effect. In the analysis of wake produced by moving vehicles it is indicated how the turbulence dissipates in relation to a distance d and height h.
