O programa Minha Casa, Minha Vida e a configuração do território: o caso dos municípios de Carazinho, Marau e Passo Fundo - Brasil

O presente artigo busca apresentar e discutir alguns dos processos da política pública de habitação no Brasil, especificamente da aplicação do Programa Minha Casa, Minha Vida, nos municípios de Passo Fundo, Carazinho e Marau, no Estado do Rio Grande do Sul - Brasil. Através de uma análise multiescalar, busca compreender a estrutura do Programa e seus impactos territoriais nos municípios que compõe a área em estudo, verificando a aplicação dos recursos para habitação por faixa de renda e como estes se espacializam. Por fim, procura refletir sobre o modelo consolidado no Programa Minha Casa, Minha Vida e seus resultados em relação às políticas de habitação e a configuração espacial do território nos municípios em análise.This article aims to present and discuss some of the public policy processes of housing in Brazil, specifically the Programa Minha Casa, Minha Vida, in the cities of Passo Fundo, Carazinho and Marau, State of Rio Grande do Sul - Brazil. Through an analysis multiscale seeks to understand the program structure and its territorial impacts in the municipalities that make up the study area, to verify the application of resources for housing by income level and how they spacialize. Finally, discuss how the consolidated model in the Programa Minha Casa, Minha Vida, the results for the housing policies, and the spatial configuration of the territory in the municipalities in question

A Atuação do Psicólogo na Saúde da Família: Experiência em um Programa de Residência Multiprofissional

A residência é uma é uma modalidade de pós-graduação que se caracteriza pelo treinamento em serviço, tendo como base a aprendizagem pela prática cotidiana. Programas de residência multiprofissional objetivam capacitar profissionais para o exercício qualificado na Atenção Básica de Saúde, a porta de entrada principal do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS), por meio de metodologias ativas, trabalho em equipe e cuidado humanizado. O objetivo do presente trabalho é relatar a experiência e a inserção do psicólogo, enquanto residente, em um programa de residência multiprofissional em Saúde da Família. Segundo o Projeto Político Pedagógico do programa de residência multiprofissional, as atividades e ações vivenciadas durante o período da residência foram: matriciamento, acolhimentos e atendimento individuais, grupos, educação em saúde, consultas compartilhadas e visitas domiciliares. O processo de formação de profissionais em saúde pública constitui um desafio a gestores, educadores e trabalhadores envolvidos neste processo. Dificuldades em relação ao estímulo simultâneo de habilidades profissionais, interpessoais e humanísticas, bem como senso crítico sobre responsabilidade social são comuns. Ainda assim, a proposta de programas residência é uma oportunidade significativa de aprendizado e contato com outras áreas de saúde. Porém muitas foram as limitações encontradas no decorrer das atividades cotidianas da residência, tal como falta de conhecimento dos profissionais sobre a estratégia de saúde da família e o papel da residência multiprofissional no serviço de saúde.Recursos próprio

A Experiência da Atuação de um Psicólogo Hospitalar Relatos das Práticas Desenvolvidas em uma Enfermaria

Artigo publicado como requisito para obtenção de título de Especialista em Gestão em SaúdeEste artigo é um relato de experiência das práticas de um profissional da psicologia hospitalar, inserido em uma enfermaria de um hospital regional do oeste do Paraná, um recorte das atuações na Ala de Desintoxicação para crianças e adolescentes. Seu objetivo é relatar, discutir e analisar o modelo de trabalho, as práticas desenvolvidas, contribuindo na atuação profissional, e fomentar a discussão das práticas e políticas correspondentes. Scene Break Detection: A Comparison

The automatic organization of video databases according to the semantic content of data is a key aspect for efficient indexing and fast retrieval of audio-visual material. In order to generate indices that can be used to access a video database, a description of each video sequence is necessary. The identification of objects present in a frame and the track of their motion and interaction in space and time, is attractive but not yet very robust. For this reason, since the early 90's, attempts have been applied in trying to segment a video in shots. For each shot a representative frame of the shot, called k-frame, is usually chosen and the video can be analysed through its k-frames. Even if abrupt scene changes are relatively easy to be detected, it is more difficult to identify special effects, such as dissolve, that were operated in the editing stage to merge two shots. Unfortunately, these special effects are normally used to stress the importance of the scene change (from a content point of view), so they are extremely relevant therefore they should not be missed. Beside, it is very important to determine precisely the beginning and the end of the transition in the case of dissolves and fades. In this work, two new parameters are proposed. These characterize the precision of boundaries of special effects when the scene change involves more than two frames. They are combined with the common recall and precision parameters. Three for cut detection are considered: histogram-based, motion-based and contour-based. These algorithms are tested and compared on several video sequences. Results will show that the best performance is achieved by the global histogram-based method which uses color information

The benefits of melaleuca essential oil for acne treatment / Os benefícios do óleo essencial de melaleuca para o tratamento da acne

Acne is the most common disease that affects young people, among the various existing treatments, essential oils can be cited. Tea tree essential oil (Melaleuca alternifolia) also known as Tea Tree has medicinal actions that can improve acne degrees. The objective is to show the effectiveness of tea tree oil for the aesthetic treatments of acne, for this, bibliographic searches available on Google Scholar were carried out. Studies report that tea tree oil at a concentration of 5% can reduce the lesions caused by acne and its bacteria. The treatment aims to minimize the formation of scars and dyschromias, for that, it is noticed that the studies carried out have brought positive results and low adverse reactions in the treatment with the essential oil, before that the tea tree oil is used in cosmetic formulations helping in the treatments of acne

Spin Reversal of a Quantum Hall Ferromagnet at a Landau Level Crossing

When Landau levels (LLs) become degenerate near the Fermi energy in the quantum Hall regime, interaction effects can drastically modify the electronic ground state. We study the quantum Hall ferromagnet formed in a two-dimensional hole gas around the LL filling factor $\nu=1$ in the vicinity of a LL crossing in the heave-hole valence band. Cavity spectroscopy in the strong-coupling regime allows us to optically extract the two-dimensional hole gas' spin polarization. By analyzing this polarization as a function of hole density and magnetic field, we observe a spin flip of the ferromagnet. Furthermore, the depolarization away from $\nu=1$ accelerates close to the LL crossing. This is indicative of an increase in the size of Skyrmion excitations as the effective Zeeman energy vanishes at the LL crossing
