This paper analyzes the impact that inclusive marketing practices might have on society using modest fashion as a case study. The study employs an ethnographic approach to discourse analysis and explores the impact of modest fashion in reshaping the boundaries of exclusion and belonging in the United States. Throughout the paper the author argues that as firms try to become more inclusive in the marketplace, they inadvertently perpetuated hegemonic and micro-hegemonic systems of belonging wherein non-threatening forms of otherness are assimilated into a safe "new normal" and liminal identities are further marginalized

Thermotunnel refrigerator with vacuum/insulator tunnel barrier: A theoretical analysis

The authors use two insulator layers in thermotunnel refrigerator to modify the shape of the tunneling barrier so that electrons with high kinetic energy pass it with increased probability. Theoretical analysis show that the overall tunneling current between the electrodes contains an increased number of high kinetic energy electrons and a reduced number of low energy ones, leading to high efficiency. The particular case of vacuum gap and solid insulator layer is calculated using digital methods. Efficiency remains high in the wide range of the emitter electric field. The cooling coefficient is found to be as high as 40%-50% in the wide range of the emitter electric field.Comment: 9 pages, 3 figure

However, investors must also be observant in seeing the state of the company from certain capital markets. Because if you are careless, you can lose the funds you bought. This risk can be minimized by using technical analysis, namely by looking at the JCI, trading volume, and spread. Technical analysis is a technique used to analyze financial data from a company to find out the company's activities by looking at the price and volume. the effect of technical analysis on the stock price of state-owned banks on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2020. The method for analyzing this research uses a descriptive and quantitative approach. The data used is secondary data from the stock exchange website. And what is used is daily data from 4 banks with 1 year observation so that the data obtained is 968 data. The analytical technique used is multiple regression analysis.
