Assessment of the main indicators’ relationship of projects of information and communication services’ development

© 2016 Chernyavskaya et al.The relevance of research: The relevance of the problem studied is caused by the acceleration of transition of the Russian economy on an innovative way of development, which depends on the vector of innovative sphere of services and, to a large extent, information and communication services, as well as it is caused by the poor drafting of methodical approaches to the effectiveness’s evaluation of the processes of information and communication services’ commercialization. Purpose of the study: The purpose of the study is to develop a methodic to assess the relationship of basic indicators of projects of information and communication services’ development. Methods of the study: The basic methods of research are methods of stochastic factor analysis, method of pair correlation, multiple correlation analysis, matrix models and mathematical modeling. Results of the study: Based on the analysis of traditional methodic for assessing of the cost-effectiveness of projects of information and communication systems’ development the paper offers combined method to estimate the dependencies of financial indicators’ basic parameters of projects on long-term development of mobile operators in providing of information and communication services. Practical significance: The paper is intended for researchers, teachers and undergraduates studying the problems to assess the effectiveness of the projects’ commercialization in the service sector, particularly, in the development of information and communication services, as well as for specialists - mobile operators, engaged in the problems of development projects’ investment and implementation

Взаимозависимость природоохранной деятельности и инвестиционной привлекательности: финансы российской металлургии

All countries now share a long-term vision of the importance of implementing technology development and transfer to improve climate resilience and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Metallurgical enterprises play a significant role in achieving this goal, since they produce a large amount of carbon dioxide emissions into the atmosphere. In connection with the changing operating conditions and changing markets of presence, the issues of ensuring their investment attractiveness are acquiring obvious importance in the framework of the finances of Russian metallurgical companies. The object of the study is an assessment of the investment attractiveness of Russian metallurgical companies. The subject of the study is the relationship between the investment attractiveness of metallurgical companies and the results of their environmental protection activities. The purpose of this study is to identify the interdependence of environmental metrics and the investment attractiveness of steel companies. The methodological basis is a regression analysis of the impact of environmental metrics on the investment attractiveness of metallurgical companies. The authors chose the following indicators of environmental performance: CO2 emissions, energy consumption, water recycling, waste. To assess the investment attractiveness of metallurgical companies, the following indicators were used: revenue, EBITDA, investment in R&D. The authors concluded that the environmental activities of companies have a significant impact on their investment attractiveness. The scientific novelty of the study lies in identifying the interdependence of environmental protection activities and the investment attractiveness of Russian metallurgy companies. The results of the study can be used by both Russian steel companies and institutional investors as part of the development of an investment strategy.В настоящее время все страны разделяют долгосрочное видение важности реализации разработки и передачи технологий для повышения устойчивости к изменению климата и сокращения выбросов парниковых газов. Значительную роль в достижении этой цели играют предприятия металлургической отрасли, поскольку они являются производителями большого количества выбросов углекислого газа в атмосферу. В связи с меняющимися условиями функционирования и сменой рынков присутствия очевидную важность в рамках финансов российских металлургических компаний приобретают вопросы обеспечения их инвестиционной привлекательности. Объектом исследования является оценка инвестиционной привлекательности российских металлургических компаний. Предмет изучения — связь между инвестиционной привлекательностью металлургических компаний и результатами проводимой ими природоохранной деятельности. Целью данного исследования является выявление взаимозависимости экологических метрик и инвестиционной привлекательности металлургических компаний. Методологическую основу составляет регрессионный анализ влияния экологических метрик на инвестиционную привлекательность металлургических компаний. Авторы выбрали следующие показатели экологической деятельности: выбросы CO2 , потребление энергии, вторичное использование воды, отходы. Для оценки инвестиционной привлекательности металлургических компаний использовались следующие показатели: выручка, EBITDA, инвестиции в НИОКР. Авторами сделан вывод о существенном влиянии экологической деятельности компаний на их инвестиционную привлекательность. Научная новизна исследования заключается в выявлении взаимозависимости природоохранной деятельности и инвестиционной привлекательности компаний российской металлургии, результаты исследования могут быть использованы как российскими металлургическими компаниями, так и институциональными инвесторами в рамках разработки инвестиционной стратегии

The Role of Apoptosis in the Pathogenic Mechanism of Critical States (Review)

The purpose of the overview is to analyze the role of apoptosis in the pathogenesis of critical illness and discuss specific features of contributed biochemical processes. The paper reviews 117 publications, 76 of which were published during the recent five years. Published data show that the ability to control endogenic apoptotic processes offers opportunities for the development of functional therapy approaches to various diseases

Dynamics of the Free Surface of a Conducting Liquid in a Near-Critical Electric Field

Near-critical behavior of the free surface of an ideally conducting liquid in an external electric field is considered. Based on an analysis of three-wave processes using the method of integral estimations, sufficient criteria for hard instability of a planar surface are formulated. It is shown that the higher-order nonlinearities do not saturate the instability, for which reason the growth of disturbances has an explosive character.Comment: 19 page

First mock-up of the CBM STS module based on a new assembly concept

A molecular dynamics model has been developed to investigate the effect of the crystallographic orientation on the material deformation behaviors in nano- indentation/scratching of BCC iron. Two cases with different substrate orientations have been simulated. The orientations along x, y and z direction are [001], [100] and [010] for Case I and [111], [-1-12] and [1-10] for Case II, respectively. Case I and Case II exhibit different deformation patterns in the substrate. During indentation, the pile-up can be observed in Case I, but not in Case II. During scratching the pile-up ahead of the movement of the indenter has been enlarged in Case I, while a chip with the disordered atoms is generated in Case II. It has been found that Case I has both higher hardness and larger coefficient of friction. The ratios of the hardness and the coefficient of friction between cases I and II are nearly 2. The reason is attributed to the different crystallographic orientations used in both cases

A Comparative Analysis of Hardiness Among Different Generations in Contemporary Russia

Introduction. Studying the characteristics of hardiness among different generations merits special attention. The comparative analysis of the levels of hardiness and its individual components among representatives of Soviet, post-Soviet, and transitional generations has not been reported before. Methods. The study of hardiness among different generations employed the Hardiness Test by D. A. Leontiev and E. I. Rasskazova and involved 540 individual participants (234 men and 306 women) aged from 16 to 84 years. Results. The variance analysis was applied to reveal differences in hardiness and its structural components among the three generational groups. The levels of hardiness and its components differed significantly in the groups of respondents of the Soviet and transitional generations. Compared to the transitional generation group, the levels of control (p ≤ 0.0001), risk taking (p ≤ 0.0001), and hardiness (p ≤ 0.0001) were higher among representatives of the post-Soviet generation; the lowest levels of these variables were observed in the group of representatives of the Soviet generation. Compared to female respondents of the transitional and Soviet generations, males had higher levels of control (p ≤ 0.0001), risk taking (p ≤ 0.05) and hardiness (p ≤ 0.05). Discussion. The level of hardiness differs among generational and gender groups. The findings of the study suggest that the characteristics of hardiness should be investigated in late adulthood. This study has great potential for practical application for developing psychological programs for improving personal potential of vulnerable generations

Экономический анализ диагностических обследований у женщин с воспалительными заболеваниями органов малого таза

Practice of treatment standard application experiences the certain difficulties. On the one hand, the most treatment standards lay on insufficient economical base, on the other hand, the limitation of health protection in bankroll leads to the insufficient treatment efficiency.An analysis of diagnostic study costs in Tomsk special treatment-and-prophylactic institutions has been made on the example of inflammatory pelvis minor organ diseases.The results of the investigation have shown that the character of diagnostic study of patients with inflammatory pelvis minor organ diseases differed significantly from the treatment standard. At the same time this fact defines not only the necessity of expense increase for diagnostic study but, first of all, the necessity of changes of diagnostic study structure that has been proved by modern pharmaeconomical methods.Практика внедрения стандартов лечения испытывает определенные трудности. С одной стороны, большинство стандартов лечения экономически мало обоснованы, а с другой — ограниченность здравоохранения в финансовых ресурсах приводит к недостаточной эффективности результатов лечебного процесса.На примере лечения воспалительных заболеваний органов малого таза был проведен анализ стоимости диагностических обследований в специализированных лечебно-профилактических учреждениях г. Томска.Результаты исследования показали, что характер диагностических обследований больных, страдающих воспалительными заболеваниями органов малого таза, значительно отличается от стандарта лечения. Вместе с тем этот факт определяет не только необходимость в увеличении расходов на диагностическое обследование, но и, прежде всего, необходимость в структурных изменениях диагностических обследований, обоснованную современными фармакоэкономическими методиками
