Customary inheritance law is a crystallization of people's lives born from their philosophy of life which they consider to be correct and in accordance with the construction of their lives. The author in this study uses a type of literature review research using a descriptive approach, because this research only examines and analyzes regulations, the Religious Courts are one of the law enforcement agencies and institutions for justice seekers for citizens who are Muslim, in running the Religious Courts system it is not only use Islamic Inheritance Law in the settlements of inheritance cases, but the Religious Courts and judges as executors need to explore, follow and understand the legal values and sense of justice that live in the community (article 5 paragraph 1 of Law No. 48 of 2009) so that can be used as a source of law in determining the judge's decision. Evaluasi Kinerja Struktur Gedung Bertingkat Menggunakan Nonlinear Static Pushover Analysis dengan Capacity Spectrum Method (CSM) (Studi Kasus: Gedung B Rumah Sakit Umum Muhammadyah Metro)

AbstractIndonesia is an earthquake prone area. One of the efforts to anticipate these impacts is to meet the needs of earthquake-resistant buildings. The building must provide optimal performance. Therefore, we need an analysis of earthquake forces in this case pushover analysis. Pushover analysis is an analysis in which the influence of the design earthquake on the structure is considered as a static load that captures the center of mass of each floor.This research takes a case study in Muhammadyah Metro General Hospital Building (B). The purpose of this study to determine the performance point and building performance level using pushover analysis with the capacity spectrum method (CSM). The standard provisions used in this study refer to SNI 1727-2020, SNI 1726-2019, FEMA-440 (2005), and ATC-40 (1996).Based on the results, it can be concluded that this Building shows performance with a level of damage control . However, the structure of this building in the existing condition doesn’t meet the ideal collapse concept. Therefore, the partial ductile behavior of the building results in structural damage but doesn’t collapse. The earthquake has a probability of being exceeded during the life of the structure of 50 years is 10%. Keywords: Pushover Analysis, Earthquake-resistant Buildings, Performance Level AbstrakIndonesia merupakan wilayah rawan gempa bumi. Salah satu upaya untuk mengantisipasi dampak tersebutadalahdengan memenuhi kebutuhan bangunan tahan gempa. Bangunan harus memberikan kinerja yang optimal. Maka dari itu, diperlukan suatu analisis gaya gempa dalam hal ini analisis pushover. Analisis pushover adalah analisis yang mana pengaruh gempa rencana pada struktur dianggap sebagai beban statik yang menangkap pada pusat massa masing-masing lantai.Penelitian ini mengambil studi kasus pada Gedung B Rumah Sakit Umum Muhammadyah Metro. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui performance point dan kriteria level kinerja gedung menggunakan analisis pushover dengan capacity spectrum method (CSM). Adapun peraturan standar yang digunakan pada penelitian ini meliputi SNI 1727-2020, SNI 1726-2019, FEMA-440 (2005), serta ATC-40 (1996).Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa Gedung menunjukkan kinerja damage control . Namun, struktur gedung ini pada kondisi eksisting tidak memenuhi konsep keruntuhan ideal. Dengan demikian, perilaku daktail parsial mengakibatkan kerusakan struktur tetapi tidak runtuh. EFEKTIVITAS MODEL THINK PAIR SHARE DALAM PEMBELAJARAN TEMATIK INTEGRATIF TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN PEMECAHAN MASALAH

?óÔé¼?ôThe Effectiveness of Think Pair Share Model in Learning Integrative Thematic of Problem Solving Ability at the Fourth Grade of Waru Demak State Elementary School?óÔé¼?Ø. The objective of the study is to know the effectiveness of think pair share model in learning integrative thematic of problem solving ability at the fourth grade of Waru Demak state elementary school. The research used quantitative method. The sample of the study is the fourth grade of A which has thirty students and the fourth grade of B which has also thirty students in Waru Demak state elementary school. It was taken by saturated sampling technique. The research design used quasi experimental design by using pretest-posttest control group design. The result of the study on the beginning analysis is to test the normality by using liliefors and the homogeneity by using F test. It is known the result is both of two classes are normal distribution and concluded that both classes are homogeny. The data got at the end of the study, it can be concluded that both classes are normal distribution and concluded that both classes are homogeny. For counting KKM test with left side test, it got concluded that problem solving ability in the experimental class reach KKM 70. It means problem solving ability in the experimental class is better than in the control class. The correlation test can be concluded that the relation between the brave character and the relationship of problem solving ability in the experimental class. It can be concluded that Think Pair Share (TPS) Model is effective to increase the ability of problem solving in learning integrative thematic at the Fourth Grade of Waru Demak State Elementary School..?é?

PEMANFAATAN LIMBAH JERAMI PADI SEBAGAI PAKAN TERNAK ALTERNATIF DI DESA FAJAR BARU

Fajar Baru Farmer Group is also faced with the problem of less effective and efficient maintenance management, namely feeding that does not meet the needs and nutritional balance. It is necessary to carry out feeding management that suits the needs and nutritional balance of livestock. This is to create an independent and sustainable Fajar Baru Farmer Group in the cultivation of superior seeds in South Lampung. This community service activity uses two methods, namely presentation and demonstration. The community service was held on Saturday, August 5, 2023, at the Fajar Baru Village Livestock Group Chairman's house at 10.00 WIB until completion which was attended by 33 Fajar Baru Village farmers. First, the speaker gave a presentation on the nutritional needs of goats and sheep, what substances and nutrients are needed by goats and sheep during life and breeding, what feeds can be used, and what alternative feeds can be developed at the service location. Furthermore, a demonstration of making ammoniation of rice straw waste which is widely available at the service location was carried out. PEMANFAATAN MINERAL ORGANIK UNTUK TERNAK RUMINANSIA DI KECAMATAN JATI AGUNG LAMPUNG SELATAN

Dalam usaha peternakan kambing dan sapi yang dilakukan di kelompok ternak Kelompok Tani Fajar Baru saat ini permasalahan utama adalah kebutuhan nutrisi pakan dan kualitas bahan pakan ternak kambing dan sapi. Manfaat dari kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu meningkatkan pendapatan peternak melalui peningkatan kualitas budidaya dengan pemberian pakan yang cukup dan asupan mineral yang sesuai kebutuhan. Kegiatan pengabdian berupa penyuluhan dan diskusi dengan anggota kelompok ternak melalui penggunaan mineral organik untuk ternak ruminansia (Kambing dan Sapi) untuk mendapatkan nilai lebih bagi perekonomian keluarga. Evaluasi dilaksanakan dalam tiga tahap yaitu evaluasi awal, evaluasi proses dan evaluasi akhir atas kegiatan yang dilaksanakan. Kegiatan pengabdian memberikan manfaat yang luar biasa terhadap pengetahuan dan kemampuan peternak tentang pembuatan dan penggunaan mineral organik untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan ternak ruminansia (Kambing dan Sapi). Tingkat pengetahuan peternak sebelum pelaksanaan adalah 50,78% kemudian meningkat menjadi 88,11% setelah pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi tersebut dapat diartikan bahwa kegiatan pengabdian yang dilaksanakan oleh tim membawa perubahan yang sangat baik terhadap kualitas pengetahuan dan ketrampilan kelompok ternak mengenai pembuatan dan pemberian mineral organik yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan daging sapi dan kambing yang dipelihara kelompok Ternak Desa Pajar Baru, Jati Agung, Lampung Selatan

Perlindungan Hukum Terhadap Penyalahgunaan Data Pribadi Debitur Dalam Aktivitas Pinjaman Online

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas fenomena pinjaman online yang hadir sebagai akibat dari adanya kemajuan teknologi. Akan tetapi fenomena ini tidak hanya memberikan kemudahan, melainkan juga menimbulkan permasalahan yakni berkaitan dengan dana pribadi yang diisikan saat melakukan pinjaman online yaitu rentan untuk disalah gunakan oleh pihak lain, sehingga sangat penting untuk dibahas masalah perlindungan data pribadi pada aktivitas pinjaman online dan belum ada penelitian yang sama seperti penelitian ini sebelumnya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yuridis normatif, berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa perlindungan hukum diberikan pada peminjam atas data pribadi mereka yang diatur dalam UU ITE, peraturan pemerintah, peraturan OJK, dan peraturan menteri. Selain itu apabila terdapat pelanggaran terhadap data pribadi dapat dijathui sanksi pidana maupun sanksi administratif. Perjanjian yang dibuat oleh lembaga pinjaman online dan peminjam dapat dimintakan pembatalan pada pengadilan negeri apabila terdapat pelanggaran terhadap data pribadi yang dilakukan oleh lembaga pinjaman online. This study aims to discuss the phenomenon of Online Loans that are present as a result of technological advances. However, this phenomenon not only provides convenience but also causes problems related to personal funds that are filled in when making online loans, which are vulnerable to being misused by other parties, so it is very important to discuss the issue of personal data protection in online loan activities and there has been no similar research as this research before. This research is normative juridical research, based on the results of the study it is concluded that legal protection is given to borrowers for their personal data as regulated in the ITE Law, Government Regulations, OJK Regulations, and Ministerial Regulations. In addition, if there is a violation of personal data, criminal sanctions and administrative sanctions can be imposed. In the event that the agreement made by the online lending institution and the borrower can be requested for cancellation in the district court if there is a violation of personal data by the online lending institution

Desktop-Based Office Stationery Management Information System Using Visual Basic at the Rancaekek DTP Health Center, Bandung Regency

The management system at the Rancaekek DTP Health Center is still processed manually, so it is less effective and efficient. Officers are still experiencing difficulties in collecting data. The purpose of this research is to facilitate the management of office stationery. The result of this study is a desktop-based office stationery management information system application at the Rancaekek DTP Public Health Center in Bandung Regency. The data processing method in this study used qualitative and the waterfall software development method, with Analysis and Design tools using UML (Unified Modeling Language), language visual basic programming and Microsoft Access database. The developed application is informative. Login and password will ensure data confidentiality and an attractive interface. We hope this application can speed up the process of managing office stationery and reduce errors of using a manual system, so that reports can be properly accounted.Sistem pengelolaan yang selama ini ada di Puskesmas Rancaekek DTP masih secara manual, sehingga kurang efektif dan efisien. Petugas masih mengalami kesulitan dalam mengumpulkan data. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mempermudah pengelolaan alat tulis kantor. Hasil penelitian ini adalah aplikasi sistem informasi pengelolaan alat tulis kantor berbasis desktop di Puskesmas Rancaekek DTP Kabupaten Bandung. Metode pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif dan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak waterfall, dengan alat bantu Analisis dan Perancangan menggunakan UML (Unified Modelling Language), bahasa pemrograman visual basic dan database Microsoft Access. Aplikasi yang dikembangkan ini bersifat informatif. Login dan password akan menjamin kerahasiaan data dan interface yang menarik. Harapannya, aplikasi ini dapat mempercepat proses tata kelola alat tulis kantor dan mengurangi kesalahan yang terjadi ketika masih dengan sistem manual, sehingga laporan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan dengan  baik
